The location in the town was superb. The staff greeted us on arrival and helped throughout our stay. The room was unbelievable with jacuzzi and sauna. Food and service in the bar was exceptional. The hotel is superb and I would highly recommend it.

Das Abendessen war phänomenal, schade dass wir Wetter bedingt den schönen Garten nicht nutzen konnten.

Fabulous hotel in a perfect location

Excellent hotel with great facilities and a short walk to the town centre

Breakfast was excellent and enjoyed the outside terrace

Room was in the roof and not particularly large especially the bathroom

de hotelkamer was stil, geen lawaai of zo. De afstand tot het centrum was ideaal.

De permanente te harde muziek in het gehele hotel en zelf op de terrassen. Wij vonden dat onaangenaam als je wat wilt lezen of in gesprek bent. Het is een opdringerige trend van deze tijd. Echt een onnodige hype!

Es war alles top! Schnelle flexible Reaktion auf alle Wünsche und vor allem das Frühstück war ganz toll.

Aber nur als Jammern auf ganz hohem Niveau: Das Waschbecken war etwas klein, so dass sich die Nässe rundherum verteilt hat.

2-day stop-over.

Clean, comfortable hotel. Exceptional attention to detail. Very well maintained. The staff are very attentive and helpful. Excellent breakfast and top quality restaurant. This was our second visit in the last year and we will return later in the year. It is a convenient stop-over in an interesting location between the UK and Germany (and beyond)

Staying in the hotel was one of the reasons to go to a local event for a 2nd time.

The staff are warm, welcoming, efficient and personable. The hotel is modern and clean in its style, but is also soft and relaxing which is what you want for a stay. With parking and 5 mins from the Grote Market and 10min walk to the Menin Gate... its location is perfect.

Nothing... This was our second visit and both visits have been great. Staff are not sly or false... they are cheery and capable.

Loved the location, the beautiful hotel and the staff were so friendly. The exhibition of WWI artefacts was a real bonus and fascinating.
