It was a nice stay and I experienced one of the best hotels that I have ever been in.

Sauberes, komfortables Hotel in Flughafen Nähe, nettes und professionelles Personal. Sehr leckeres Frühstück mit frischen Zutaten. Wir haben nach der Ankunft nur eine Nacht übernachtet. Wir können das Hotel weiterempfehlen und würden es wieder buchen.

Everything was nice , the reception is wide , the rooms are really comfortable ,we had two rooms and they upgraded 1 room for free, that was nice ! Rooms are clean . there were 2 pools we enjoyed 1 was indoor and one outdoor there was a spa and sauna as well . Breakfast was delicious and had lots of options, there was also a changing variety everyday. The staff at the breakfast were very friendly and always checked if you are all good. Tetiana, Ugur, and Esra were very helpful and friendly at the reception Tetiana also gave us little gifts and jt was a very nice gesture.

Miracle asia hotel

The hotel is very clean but the rooms and bathroom were small not like the pictures. The staff were very friendly and professional. All restaurants and viaport mall were all within walking distant. We really enjoyed it. Airport only 5 mins driving.

From july 3rd to July 5th

Me and my family of 5 had a wonderful time in this 5 star hotel! They had everything covered and gave so many options and intel in turkey :). Special thanks to the staff (and am sorry if we missed the staff from July 3rd) And today July 5th when we Checked out. Thank you to Tatyana,ugur,cem and adam for making it easy :)

المكان بعيد عن الضوضاء للاستجمام و الخلوه و التأمل ممتاز ، الغرفة واسعة عائلية ممتازه 5131 ،جميع العاملين ممتازين بشوشين خدومين في خدمة المطعم الجميع دون استثناء و بالاخص زينب و ايضاً المشرف و الفطور متنوع ممتاز . و بالاستقبال علاقة النزلاء و حل المشكلة Tatyana لم تقصر معنا في التوجيه الارشادي للاماكن السياحية و Mustafa و Cem (جيم). جميعهم راقين في التعامل .

Sehr gutes Hotel

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles war sauber und einladend. Zimmerservice sehr gut. Personal Reception und Guest Relation war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.Die Lage zum Flughafen und Outlet Viaport ist klasse. Auch mehrere Restaurants in der unmittelbaren Nähe. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Всем, кто на длинной пересадке - очень рекомендую!

Лучший отель недалеко от аэропорта. Понравилось всё: сам номер нам проапгрейдили до deluxe, а это 2 комнаты. Удобная кровать, большой санузел. Все необходимые расходники были + халат и тапочки 🔥 На ресепшен работала девушка (Ozge Batuhan - hi 👋🏻) настолько проактивная, что мы обаддели. Завтраки очень разнообразные, порадовал выбор горячих блюд, выпечки, салатов.

Даже не знаю, что могло не понравиться. Ну давайте напишу, что сок яблочный был разбавлен, если очень надо к чему-то придраться :)

Awesome

My stay was short but amazing at this hotel. The breakfast was perfect , the room was so classy and comfortable. It's a walking distance from via port Outlet ( an amazing open mall with vr gd prices ). Restaurants and coffees are near by. it's 10 to 15min to sabiha gokçen from the hotel. I want to thank the staff, they were soo helpful, Nehir, Alp, Mustafa, and Cem. Thank you for your kindness and the quality of your service. I will definetly be back !

Nice Hotel within a short taxi journey of the airport.

Room was very nice. A short taxi journey from the airport ( less than 5 Euro Turkish equivalent) Reception was very efficient and friendly. Traditional Turkish style breakfast was of a good quality.

I’ll never go back there ever

There is no AC in the winter and they said open the windows and it’s noisy outside and hot it was like 25 c I could not sleep. The food is not that good for the price. Some of the worker has no manners. The bathroom smells bad and it’s not clean I got infected. They don’t speak or understand English except one receptionist. The pillow gave me a backache so I had to buy a pillow. They treat foreigners badly.

Exceptional

We stayed just one night at the hotel due to flight connection. We booked it just 30 min before arrival and when we arrived ( only 10 min by taxi from airport ) we had fast check-in and Bade on reception was so kind to upgrade our room for free, so we had enough place for us and a baby. The stay was so relaxing and we enjoyed the clean fresh swimming pool. The breakfast was amazing and also we received some sweet surprise in the room. Also we are very thankful to Tatyana for detailed description of beautiful places of Istanbul, that we can visit. Near the hotel there is a great shopping mall with restaurants. We will definitely return and not only in case of flight connection. The hotel is well situated for discovering Istanbul

Location,friendly staff (specially Mr. Mustufa), quiet rooms,breakfast very good,fitness facilities very good,for sure will be coming back.

The towels needs to be replaced,they are not good to use any more.

Very unpleasant stay

The rooms we were given stank of fresh paint and the ventilations didn’t work, the smell was suffocating and gave us headaches when we woke up in the morning. The drainage for the sink and showers were extremely slow, the water in the sink didn’t drain even after one night. The staff members didn’t do anything to resolve those issues.
