Nothing.
Absolutely everything.
8.0
Vibrant location with many restaurants
Spacious rooms
5.0
Plenty of hot water, clean towels.kitchenette; good location for local transport so easy to get around
Kitchenette has mugs but no other crockery or cutlery (not even a teaspoon); carpet needed a decent vacuum; apart from 6 wall coat hooks there was no clothes storage; no hooks or rail for towels in bathroom had to hang on the door knob
6.0
Reasonably old
A bit of update shall be good

location is the only positive
pictures were deceptive and the place is extremely run down. there were holes on our walls, exposed screws, zero cutlery and plates or bowls or glassware. just a single spoon and 4 coffee cups. this places needs some serious work before it is fit for people to use.

Location
Cleanliness, marks everywhere on the door, fridge, walls. Very untidy!!
2.0
Room was very dirty, didn’t look like it had been cleaned, tables sticky, mirrors had fingerprints all over, couch looked dirty, bathroom was not nice either, tiny fridge that looked so old it was pealing on the inside. Only good thing about it was it was close to everything we needed.
9.0
Close to trams to get to ice Arena and close to shops and major food outlets.
That you could make food up in the room. You could wash clothes on site. When told staff about any problems they would go out of their way to get it sorted.
1.0
Location only.
Everything, the room is filthy and it smells. The shower wouldn’t combine the water it was boiling or freezing (I’m not even sure how that happens) nothing has been cleaned, the kettle is filthy and the shower and bed had hair all through it.
1.0
Nothing, very noisy, the whole building very old and dirty.

The Manager there was .....
Blah. I can't say the word I wanted to stay. Rude, arrogant, no help or empathy when I had a medical episode....Not a manager at all. On the location ..
If you enjoy drunk and loud Aboriginals then this is your place. 3am basically every night yelling and screaming. And not too keen on the doof doof coming from the bars and nightclubs.

location
bathroom sink wasn’t clean
exhaust fan sounded like a plane landing

The property is as advertised a 3 star hotel. Bit old, the furnishing are old, The aircon was noisy but worked as did the fridge and the tv... the bed was clean, the shower was hot...so it met my needs.
the cold water tap in the sink didn't work..

Close to the casino shops etc
Too small bed not really comfortable bathroom needing upgrade

Noise, TV didn,t work
The room , fittings all very tired

Nothing
Being locked out. No Remote for the TV, fighting heard in the street. Room was a disgrace, Parking cost more than double I was told, & the staff couldnt care less.

The hotel manager , Jason , was very friendly who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable . He was very attentive to any of our requests and upgraded our room to a bigger and better room .
Great location .
Close to trams, Adelaide Casino and Rundle mall . Easily walk to Adelaide festival parks , Adelaide Oval and River Torrens .
Surrounded with lots of nice restaurants, bars and cafes.
The building is quiet old . Great location but the rooms needed a refresh, beds are a bit tired and could be updated, but it's okay and fits in the price range.

Good location.
Noisy Air conditioner but glad there was one.
TV fuzzy at times.

Close to train , girls at reception were lovely and restaurants across the street had great food
2 bedroom apartment didn’t have cupboards or cutlery , all you could hear all night was the street below ,not a good neighbourhood if you want sleep find somewhere better , and it’s very run down and not safe at night if you go out

location
very run down in need of renovations and rooms extremely hot, one aircon doesn’t cut it!

Bed was comfortable. Location excellent, just down from Rundle Mall. Easy to walk anywhere and close to tram stop.
Being on the first floor I got a lot of street noise.

everything 😊
there was nothing I didn’t like about the property 😊

The two ladies at reception Kyle and Abbey are lovely. A guy is working there seems a bit off.
All of it. Although the rooms are clean. The windows are single pane so a lot of street noise can be heard. The bathroom lacks hooks and shelves and the sink is tiny.
Also, there is only the main lighting in the room which is too bright. Could do with lamps and wall lights.
You can tell it's been converted from an office, they've just added some beds and a bathroom.

Didn’t get a wink of sleep it was literally what murder movies are made of. Boarded up window hallway was dark and you could hear everyone on their rooms ?? My bathrooms window was boarded up with graffiti on it and it wasn’t even sealed. Mattress wasn’t even on the bed properly the list could go on it was filthy and good riddance the noise level the building isn’t up to scratch for overnight stays floors needed mopping and at least a vacuum between stays. I’m not gonna waste to much time on this review it’s just not worth it. On a more positive note if you read the reviews you won’t make the mistake that I did hahaha!

Location
The cost of the accom did not match the features or cleanliness. Floors were unvacuumed. Hair still in shower drain from last guests. Would expect it to be clean for paying $140
1.0
nothing
dirty stained sheets, entire room carpet was soaking wet, the door didn’t close properly and we felt incredibly unsafe.
6.0
location was amazing, walking distance from everywhere we needed to go. staff were helpful, I liked the cheaper parking passes as well.
the bed had broken/no springs in it, was really uncomfortable!! walls were dirty in the room and hallways. the whole floor smelt like weed. the elevator didn’t always line up with the floor, tripped up a couple of times. we were booked in for a room service on day 3 of our 7 night stay and never received one, had to go down to reception to ask for toilet paper and shampoo etc.
