الاقامه مريحه ومكان هادى لاكن يريد الاهتمام بالتفاصيل

قريب من الاماكن السياحيه الكورنيش وسوق واقف والمتحف الوطني والاسلامي ومساحة الغرف واسعه ومريحه

عندم تجهيز الغرفه بشكل كافي من فوط الحمام وادوات النظافة وايضنا مياه الشرب والشاي والقهوه غير كافي الا لمره واحده لشخصين

Hotel aceptable para pasar unas horas durante una escala.

El precio es lo mejor, pues es de las opciones mas baratas que encontramos para descansar durante una larga escala, pues ni siquiera la usamos para pasar la noche. La habitación es muy grande y cuenta con una cama de matrimonio grande y otra individual es un anexo de la habitación. Tiene el metro del National Museum bastante mas cerca de lo que indica Google Maps. Son solo 5 minutos andando, pero google maps te propone dar una vuelta innecesaria.

El horario de la piscina cambia durante el ramadan y es partido, así que no pudimos sacarle provecho a la piscina. Por otro lado, el hotel se que necesita retoques, pues se ve un poco descuidado. En nuestro caso, el baño tenía una perdida de agua y estaba todo el tiempo mojado, lo que hacia bastante incomodo cada vez que entrabas y prácticamente de encharcabas los pies.

Superb

The reception was welcoming and the other staffs were all worth the time spent there for they knew how to talk to and handle the guests. Masha'Allah the hotel is located at a good place not far from souq waqif. Evening hours when the sun has set one can go for a leisure walk and come back to enjoy the rest of the evening at the restaurant to enjoy the desi delicacies.

I love everything,best staff ever really..very polite,kind, ready to help whenever.. beautiful room as well..I also love that you listened to my complain before n you acted on it ,very very nice..there was an ash tray thanks .. Best hotel ever 💯

First of I admit it was my mistake but I still think the hotel was to blame as well..anyway I checked in at 1sth am which means I should check out at 12midday.but I overslept n when I woke up it was 7pm so my partner n I rushed to take a shower cz we knew we was way past our check out.while showering we received a call from the reception that we need to check out asap n we was like it's okay let's just finish showering we'll be right there.long story short,we was told that we needed to pay extra money for the extra 6hrs that we stayed which is not a problem but I feel the hotel also is to blame because they didn't call us at 12pm to remind us we need to check out or even knock our door incase we didn't answer the hotel phone which I thought was the hotel policy (as far as I know) I had the money yes but it was not in my budget thus it was inconvenience for me.It was my mistake I admit that,I should have put an alarm for check out time but I overslept since I slept late which is an honest mistake But please to avoid such an altercation again please try and call someone if it's time for their check out or knock the door..I will highly appreciate for future purposes cz am definitely coming back🤪
