Hot shower, spacious clean room.

Nice hot shower, spacious clean room. Close to beach and main street. Quiet area.

No much public area. Bed makes noise when I roll over.

A nice location, very short walking distance from the center. Good wifi

It was very hot, a room with AC would have been preferable. Sheets on one of the beds were dirty. No hot water in the shower. It was hard to find the owner when needed - for example when needing more toilet paper.

It is okay for short stays and value for money.

Value for money was okay

Wifi connection was bad, not cleaning the room every day, not giving new toilette paper, a bit loud in the surroundings in the night.

amazing stay for an amazing price

The host was very nice and always trying to help us. The place is even better than what is shown in pictures.

passable, but it's difficult to sleep there

Close to the beach and the central part of the Mancora town. the building has safe entry . it is cheaper than other properties, however has a lot to improve!

the fan in the room is not enough, there was heat and the lack of fresh air due the way the building is constructed. The staff is not attentive at all, you need to go and every time ask for toilet paper or even towels, which are quite crappy, so better bring your own. Not even a kettle or mugs to boil some water.. it's like being in a tent but made of bricks..

Good location with spacious room

Great location just a short 5-10 min walk from the beach and the main strip of bars / restaurants. The room was spacious and clean and the internet worked well. Would recommend.

Clean and New, would stay here again

The building is very new I loved it, everything was kept clean, the woman in charge lives upstairs if you need anything. The wifi is great, which I needed for work, bed was good. It's a 5/10 minute walk from the main road away from the beach, so a plus is that it's quiet

It's like a hotel in that, there is no kitchen or common area, but not necessarily a bad thing

The place was new and clean! We liked the big room and hot shower a lot! Its location is very good because the nights are calm.

Very good

Nice quiet location out of town centre in residential area but 5 minutes from restaurants and beach. Terrace with chairs and table outside the room. All new, modern and clean! Recommended for couples who search tranquility and privacy. Good WiFi!

Bed makes far too much noise but it's comfortable. It's not a hotel but more a vacation home so don't expect a reception but owner is happy to give information and help you out.
