El desayuno muy rico y agradable
Que dos personas de al lado del dormitorio los dos días en la noche hicieron mucha bulla y se escuchaba todo y no dejaban dormir aparte que fumaban y yo estaba en la habitación con mi hija de 4 añitos

it is very beautiful with lush greenery and tasteful garden decorations. the pool is fabulous! some parts of it was shaded all day, so it was a welcome, very welcome relief from the very hot sun. We spent a lot of time in the pool quite happily . The staff was super helpful and kind.
through no fault of Kimbas, the flooding messed up the roads in the area. however, it didn’t rain while we were there so it will probably be better soon

Nice little patio out front to sit, reasonable privacy.
Pool is nice for getting wet but too small for anything else ( eg. Swimming)

Really really sweet place. Some of the best wifi we’ve had in Peru :). Just a few feet off the main strip, yet far enough to feel in your own space. The entire place is filled with love, we even saw a hummingbird dancing over the pool! Delicious breakfast, amazing staff, very cozy and private accommodations, and the animals were all so lovely!! Will def stay here if we ever return to Máncora 💜

- Beautiful setting with lots of Buddhist and Hindu statues, many trees and flowers.
- Small pool (but with terribly cold water).
- Clean but dark rooms.
- The staff, apart from the owners, were friendly.
- The hostel isn't in the best location as it's a bit far from the main road and you have to cross a dusty plain to get there (see photos).
- The noise from the neighboring hostel kept me awake all night. It was like sleeping in a party hostel.
- That's why I overslept after the 1st night and came 20 minutes later for breakfast. The owner was very unpleasant to me because of this. Finally, she gave me breakfast. But she knocked the tablecloth so that it rolled on the ground. She put the cutlery on the dirty tablecloth (with the food parts outside the napkin). So, I realized that we didn't have the same standards of hygiene.
- From the 1st moment I felt very, very unwelcome there. The owner behaved aloof and arrogantly a lot towards me throughout my stay. However, she was nice to some of the other guests.
- Even a piece of lemon for breakfast was a problem. The owner said she didn't have it. If I didn't know the Peruvian culture and didn't know that having lemons was as common (and cheap) as having salt and sugar in every home, I wouldn't find it strange. Of course, they had a lemon, but the employee, who gave it to me, had a problem about it afterwards.
- The price of the hostel may not seem expensive to you. But considering the local conditions and environment, it was quite above average. It was definitely not worth the money.
- I'd recommend you to go to a cheaper hostel and you'll definitely get much better treatment than in here.
- Please note: Be careful when you pay. I paid and the owner took the money and considered it done. I had to specially ask her for proof of payment. Therefore, ask always for a document, which should include the RUC and the document number. (Many business owners in Peru avoid paying by credit card and do not issue documents to avoid paying taxes. These owners live in abundance while their employees in poverty.

Kimbas provided one of my favorite stays anywhere in the world! The property was beautiful. The room was comfortable. The location was convenient. And the wifi was strong. But most importantly, the staff was extremely welcoming and beyond helpful. They made my stay feel very special.

All the facilities were very clean and the staff super friendly
It is not located in the main street and the way to the hotel was very dusty and dark

The Bungalows are very beautiful, clean and the stuff very friendly. The breakfast was good too!
It is a great and pretty place to stay if you want to relax for a few days. They also offer Massage and Yoga Classes.
They charged me 20 USD more than the price shown on booking.com. There is also a party hostel close by so make sure to bring ear plugs for the weekend.

We really liked the staff, Jeny the manager was really friendly helped us with everything, and we liked the lady who leads the kitchen she remembers what you want or need and keeps it in mind, the nicest woman on earth and the cleaning lady we talked hours even though i barely speak spanish. There are options for the breakfast which is really nice, the place is really clean, and pretty, an oasis in the desert, close to the beach and the beach was amazing. Also, it has a huge guard dog, to keep you safe,Lupita. Zsolt and Kelly
Sometimes there was loud music during the night on the weekend from the local night pubs.

Lovely grounds and staff! Everything is thoughtful and good quality from the bed to the coffee at breakfast. Plenty of cats lounging around set a nice vibe. Definitely recommend.

I never imagined going somewhere as a solo traveler to completely disconnect and to find the absolutely most wonderful of owners/staff. They were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The rooms were very clean and the architecture of the place/bungalows was just wonderful. A little piece of heaven tucked away from the busy strip of Mancora yet incredibly well located if you want to be close by to all amenities.
For the ones who are prone to mosquito bites (like me) bed nets would be the best added essential.
