It was an ok hotel.

Comfy pillows

I complained about the smell of the room and the staff didn’t really care what I was complaining about and said he will take care of it once I leave the hotel but never considered what I had said.

Comfortable bed!

Dining was unavailable which was unfortunate due to Easter weekend. One would have thought Saturday would have been open. Eating at nearby pubs got tiresome.

A pleasant, clean and comfortable hotel convenient to Parklands Station.

It was ok. Limited food options available at night. This is obviously the result of the Covid situation.

It was close to where we wanted to walk to and the restaurant was really nice.

Wasn’t happy with the car park. Was always full and called reception to help me finding a park and didn’t get much help

Due to an engagement on the 6th floor we were offered to retain our room directly under the party or move to the 1st floor. After 6 hours of driving we just wanted to rest so took the first floor room. Unfortunately the first floor has no balcony which we were not advised of which ment hubby had to leave the room, wait for an elevator go to the ground floor, head out of the hotel and down the street to have a smoke each time. Then the follow morning we were woke at 6am by what sounded like a plane going over head, nope it was the exhaust fan from the kitchen right next to the window. Needless to say we were unable to sleep with constant roar. So disappointed. If they had notified us that there was a party above our room and the only other room available was loud with no balcony we would have booked elsewhere and literally saved ourselves the headache.

It was a reasonable stay

We would describe the interactions with a number of your staff members as a "fawlty towers" type of experience. Different people were given different information about the discount provided for meals and drinks, the shuttle to the train station, the availability of a meal in the bar upstairs. It was as if some staff members had not been informed of basic information to provide to guests and just "winged" it. In the end it became a bit of a joke to us.

Pleasant enough stay.

Good size room with ability to access balcony. Large bed and comfortable chair.

The shower was quite difficult to use and get right. Towels not supplied one evening and call to reception not answered. Had to go down and ask for them from night manager who was very helpful and sorted it quickly.

Comfortable and Clean

Beds were very comfortable and rooms were clean. The view and balcony access from the room was fantastic and customer service was warm and welcoming.

The in room meal service was very limited resulting in us ordering out. The shower over the bath was quite small and slippery.

Great place to stay.

Loved everything about our stay here. Room was clean, Dinner at night was magnificent. Bed was comfy. Just what we needed after a long drive from Perth and staying in some less comfy motels/hotels.
