Lovely location, very peaceful. Garden was a great place with outside seating, brilliant star gazing overnight! Beds comfortable.
Sofa not comfortable, both that and dining table and chairs very dated.
A smaller table and chairs would make the room appear larger and make viewing the tv easier.
Not having a door (only a curtain) separating from main house meant a lack of privacy!

Good welcome, comfortable suite. Suite consisting of a day room/ kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom.
private secure parking.
Found the bed a bit too soft.

Great host, nice garden area
All chrome in bathroom was pitted, needs replaced and bread for breakfast had green mould… minor issues really.

Lovely hosts. Lovely Gardens. Very nice property.
However the suites are not totally separate to the hosts private house. This made it a bit uncomfortable.

Host very welcoming. Roomy accommodation. TV in bedroom as well as lounge
Patio area undergoing work at the moment - was not aware of this prior to arrival. WiFi reception was poor but we were advised of this on arrival - mainly due to location in countryside

Host was very helpful and friendly.
Breakfast although continental was lovely and plenty of it.
It was a bit far away from pubs and restaurants. Had to take the car all the time, might have been our fault for not checking properly.
WiFi didn't work and no signal on phone either

Christine and Ted were very friendly and welcoming. The location was ideal for optimum peace and quiet and the room I got was excellent. I had access to my own lounge area and bathroom. It was almost like having your own apartment. It was an excellent stay and the Continental-style breakfast was ideal for me. Top marks and thank you so much, Christine and Ted. I would definitely stay again.
There was nothing I didn't like. It was a nice stay.

Continental style option of breakfast great just what we like. The accomodation was great especially that we had a little sitting room with kitchenette separate to bedroom. The facilities of the kitchen gave us the option had we wanted to heat up a meal in micro ( we opted for a meal at a local pub)having access to patio enabled us to relax and enjoy the garden but also chat with host.

The location was excellent - very quiet and beautiful gardens to sit in. Lovely individual rooms - such a change from standard hotel furniture.

We stayed for a week in May 2021 and had a really enjoyable time. The owners, Chris and Ted were so friendly and would do anything they could for you. One of the first things we did when we got there was join them for a drink in the garden, and we spent a good while chatting.
We stayed in the Honeysuckle suite which consists of 3 separate rooms partitioned from the main house by a curtain.
The bedroom has a double and a twin bed with wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables. The bathroom has a bath and a separate shower cubicle, toilet and washbasin; and the lounge/Kitchenette combined has a 2 seater sofa and a dining table with chairs and a side Kitchenette with everything we needed.
You could cook a small evening meal but we ate out because there are so many nice pubs/restaurants in the area that were too good to miss. Owners will happily point out their favourite places to eat.
Breakfast is continental. There's a set list, you tick what you want and leave it for Christine and she delivers it to you each evening ready for breakfast the following morning. There was a large selection (cereal, eggs, meat, cheese, yoghurt etc) so we didn't get bored, and it was really tasty with fresh pastries from the bakery.
The B&B is set about a mile down the road from Bidford on Avon, with beautiful countryside and villages a short drive away.
We visited Evesham, Stratford, Cheltenham, and various cotswold villages during our stay.
There's more we want to explore in the area, so next time we can we'll be back, and would stay at Brookleys again.

The property was clean spacious and comfortable and there was a great choice of breakfast which Christine brings to you every evening. This is very much a crossover B & B as the accommodation side is much more self catering in style size and layout and breakfast is taken in private in your own kitchen/lounge area.
Very pleasant and attentive hosts
