Stylish. Well maintained.
Noisy; needs double-glazing. Lack of a decent table or desk. Insufficient cooking implements.

Lovely and comfortable bed, really nicely decorated room and bathroom. Great to have a fridge and kettle. Staff were very responsive and helpful. Handy location 15ish minutes walk from the main market square, and a small corner shop nearby.
The stools were at an odd height for the counter. Other chairs in the room could have been more comfortable. We had some WiFi issues, though the staff were very helpful and responded quickly and tried to help, the issues persisted with the connection. But overall we had a very enjoyable stay.
4.5
The apartment location and ease of checking in
No shower gel in the bathroom.

Everything I needed, 15 minutes walk from the old town and main attractions. Staff replied very quickly when I had any issues/queries and were very polite. Comfy beds and the fridge is ideal. The view from the balcony was pleasant. LOTS of stairs which was okay for us but keep in mind if you have big suitcases/mobility issues.
The air con remote was missing and as a result I struggled to control the air con which sometimes blew hot air! It was very hot outside. Staff tried their best though when I messaged them about it, even late at night they still replied.
The area outside felt a little unsettling at night.
4.5
Cozy beds, very nice furnitures, a little but nice kitchen with everything you need! And important in the summer: the pretty good A/C!
Everything was fine but I just realized the fridge is a bit hidden, it’s directly next to the closets and also looks like it :)

Very convenient for the Old Town. Architecturally it was beautiful. Shower and lighting excellent. Be aware that there is no lift. In my case I was on the 3rd floor - 75 steps including the lobby. Everything is remotely arranged with an electronic key-locker, so I didn't meet any staff.
The fridge is quite noisy and it appears to be on a time switch - off a night, presumably because it's so noisy. During the nights the ice tray melted completely. This wasn't a problem for me, but beware if you want to keep frozen food or ice-cream in it.
There isn't a microwave.

Close enough to the old town without being smack in the middle.

how easy to check in and out and the spaces. the balcony was a nice add to have some fresh air
very minimalistic. No coffee or shower gel. that was a bit disappointed specially if you come late and want to have a quick shower before bed there was no soap. but they had washing up liquid 😄
3.5
The location was great, as you are close to all main attractions. The bed seemed comfortable and we were able to get a decent night's sleep. The flat had a small kitchenette, which we didn't require but it's great to have.
The place was dirty! There were hair stuck all over the shower walls which indicates that the shower wasn't cleaned in-between the bookings. The floor throught the apartment was dirty as well as red brick dust(all the walls are red brick) all over the countertops, sink, basically all the surfaces.
The bed was placed next to the window with insufficient curtain arrangement, as there was a massive gap between the window and curtains so we were woken up by the light in the early hours in the morning as the light would fall directly onto the pillows..
The refrigerator is awefully noisy. If you struggle to fall asleep or are a light sleeper this will drive you nuts.

it was nice clean bathroom nice. big lovely mirrors bed ok.
well going into it feel a bit unsafe. got into the properly felt like yes lovely. but you open the doors on said balcony.. and it feels really dangerous. not sure nothing and no one bothered us but they don’t lock with a key so feels abit on edge. tv is useless. the Wi-Fi was fine. the power however kept cutting out when we tried to use it and blew both our uk adapter plus. only European ones worked. could hardly use my hair tools luckily there was a Haigh dryer in the bathroom. would of been a greasy hair girls trip … in saying that they did try to come help us out. and for what we paid we had a brilliant time Uber was the best way for us to get to the square cost about £.2.50 to get from there to main square.
4.5
The place is great. I had a few concerns reading a few negative reviews before I arrived, however none of those were true. The place was warm, shower was working fine, we didn't have to go anywhere to collect keys, they were very easy to access. The bed was nice and comfy.
It could've been a tiny bit more clean. I could see a lot of dust on the walls. Would be nice if there was a daily minor cleaning service.
Also, I think the place is slightly overpriced, but I loved it so it doesn't really matter.

At least my apartment was OK.⁹
Booked 2 apartment they were not ready for 15.00 I was stood astride waiting for the access codes. One was absolutely fine no problem the second one had a sewing needle on the floor, splashes of what looked like coffee on the end of the wood at the end of the bed and had a smell that my son smelt like someone had been smoking a lot, when mentioned to the woman in the flat down stairs who seemed to have something to do with the running of the block she gave us a plug in air freshener. Getting in the front door I had to shoulder barge the door it was that tight

would be nice to have washing machine for free somewhere.

Clean room, very good location, an a quiet street, but very close to the center. A small grocery store just across the street,
Very hard to contact the host. The "24hrs reception" is 15-20 minutes away, and does not answer the phone.
3.0
Good location. Quite and safe. Comfortable and clean.
This is not an apartment. Just one room with a bathroom, and a stovetop in the room. There is no reception, contrary to the description. Hard to reach out for help, when needed. There is someone available within 15-20 mins walk, but not on the phone. Phone numbers given in emails and inside the property do not work.

The stay is great and everything was good.
The rest of the building smokes right out you window so you will have cigarrets smell all day, and the other visitants are loud and always making noises at night.
4.0
It was spacious, the shower was good and there were good quality toiletries provided. It was clean.
There were lots of stairs and no elevator, thankfully we didn’t have any bags with us but if you did it would be a real pain. It was an acceptable distance away from the Center, but more than detailed online. It was missing some simple and cheap things which would have improved the stay easily, like a chair on the balcony which was huge but bare.
4.5
Clean
Location: less than 10 min walking to the old town
Supermarket in front of the building
Air conditioner was not working
Lack of ventilation in bathroom
5.0
Great location, helpful staff and comfortable room
We were on the 5th floor and the building does not have a lift which was difficult with a suitcase but everything else was perfect
3.0
very comfortable bed, the room was rather clean (but not top clean)
- there was no pilot to air conditioning, and it was very hot in the afternoon (direct sun in the room)
- it was impossible to turn on the stove
- you have to collect the keys from the place which is 20 minutes walk from the object
