Absolutely stunning place and great staff!
I'm glad we went for a junior suite as the standard rooms were on ground level where there's not a lot of privacy.
Fresh water every day was a nice touch
Breakfast was the same every day and quite expensive too
Noisy guests can disturb your night as the sound really travels

The property was absolutely beautiful and super clean. The staff, especially Lubna ,Tariq and the the night shift person, were top tier. We went there for my daughter's birthdays and they made them feel SUPER SPECIAL! Anytime I come back to Marrakech, this will be the ONLY Riad I'll stay at. Everyone was super attentive and knowledgeable - my daughters and me feel like family. I wish I could rate them higher than a 10. They have a special place in my heart!

The property was within a great walking distance to all Medina Tours. The suite room we got was spacious and inviting! The only thing we hoped they had was an included breakfast in the roof top space. The view is great! Wonderful facility!
No breakfast was included! No atmosphere with background music or entertainment

Location was great and accessible to all activities within walking distance in the Medina. Loved the setting, decor. Terrace had a beautiful view of the area and fun to hang out with a drink. Spa was small, but really relaxing. Recommend the spa massage. Great overall!
I bit hard to walk with luggage from main gate to property. Driver called staff to ask if they could send someone to assist us as other riads do. They did not offer to help. Staff was pleasant but not accommodating in my opinion.
8.0
clean & accessible to medina area
wifi connection a bit slow, water pipes have to be repaired so that the water can flow smoothly, no water kettle, coffee/ tea sachets & free water bottles (which common practice for hotel/riad guests)

Beautiful location just close enough to the centre of the Medina.
Gorgeous spa, relaxation places and the duplex room was perfect.
Peaceful, clean and welcoming place to start and end the day.
Breakfast service was slow and items were forgotten after ordering.
The rooftop terrace all day wasn’t staffed for drinks or with cushions laid out so we did this ourselves which was a shame.
It would have been very nice to have drinks served on the patio in the evening.

The staff were very friendly and very helpful with giving advice on the area and hotel. The breakfast was lovely and room was amazing, a very large room for the 3 of us. The entire riad was very clean and comfortable

Fantastic place to stay if staying in Marrakesh. Walking distance to most tourist attractions. The premises is immaculate throughout. Staff are friendly. A lovely breakfast every day of our stay.

It is a beautiful traditional Riad but with modern touches.
Luck of a reception area (meet and greet service is in one of the side rooms in the main hall). It’s a bit confusing.

the location
it’s advertised as a Spa, but it really it’s not….theres no steam room or sauna.
The internal pool seen in the photos is not heated and it was very cold so there’s not really a point in using it - in fact no one does
The riad does have hammam and you can have treatments like a body scrub but it should not be advertised as a Spa as apart from the lounge chairs there’s nothing else in the very dark basement. They have a massage area, but you can’t just go and hang in the Hammam as the room will be occupied with someone having a body scrub! disappointing to say the least
The courtyard water fountain was not working and neither was the roof top with it’s jacuzzi pools - they looked out of order….there was constant noise of drilling the days we were there so that was not great. Each balcony has a plastic sheet, not really a curtain as it’s see through but again just looks odd
Our room was a little out of date, but the bead was huge and comfortable, we struggled with the hard pillows, but others might like them. The bathroom was fine and you do get dressing gowns & slippers
Staff are sweet and helpful but when I needed a plug converter there was not one!

The convivence of being within walking distance to the city center. When you enter the lobby area is impressive as well as the rooftop. The breakfast was simple but good. We did not get a chance to use the spa services however we were told by another customer that is was lovely and we should go. The host was very accommodating. He gave us his number so that we can call him when we needed to get in the door afterhours. ( no receptionist after hours, no lobby)
The riad has lots of charm but when we were there we really couldn't take pictures of the some of the featured area because they were digging up the dirt and replanting, but at the same time it showed they cared about the property so I did like that. No elevator, no fault to property. The room we had was a dated and you can see there was previous water damage on the wall. But this did not in no means ruin or vacation, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had to contact host to let us in door after hours. He was responsive, just wanted the freedom to come and go as we pleased with out bothering host to let us in.

Quite stylish hotel and location good. Also helpful staff.
The rooms were very cold as heating was through a small portable heater and air-conditioning unit which we did not use as it dries out the air. Breakfast was basic with small portions also in a very cold room. There were 2 portable heaters in the room one of which was permanently not working ( we stayed 4 nights).

the property is stunning, a white pearl in the madina. our room was nice and clean. great location. I think that for the hotel and the price the service should be improved. breakfast is good but the service is really slow, first morning we wait 45 min to receive the food, that is not helping if you want to go out and visit the city or run for a tour. the spa is beautiful but cold water. me and my friends did the hamman and we found that for the price was not worth it, the girls where speaking with each other, staying away of the room around 10-15 min in a 30 min treatment and during the treatment they were not paying a lot of attention to create a nice atmosphere. my massage instead was great but probably a bit overpriced.
slow service for breakfast, spa treatment
