A very clean and modern apartment

Very clean and modern apartments, with nice bathroom and large shower cabin. Good cooking appliances. Great host. Confortable beds. We enjoyed our stay.

Wifi was not great, but this is generally the case in Greece.

Superb

Property was located close to a lot of amazing restaurants and one local supermarket. Facility was really clean and the owners thought of everything when planning out the room design. There’s a small kitchenette with two burners which I didn’t realize when booking and it was a huge plus for me as I have celiac disease and eating out 3 meals a day would’ve been a challenge. There was a coffee machine, toaster and kettle as well as fridge and a hair dryer. The kitchenette also came equipped with enough dishes, cups, glasses and cutlery for two people, sieve, strainer, cutting board and one amazing non-stick non toxic pan. The balcony was lovely and we had a drying rack as well. We also loves how modern and well thought out the bathroom was and the fact that the shower had a rain shower head and a hand held one for easy cleanup when coming back full of sand. There was a lovely little cafe right next door with amazing coffee and we treated ourselves with takeout coffee each morning. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful with all of our needs. All in all, highly recommend this place and I would book it again.

The one thing we found weird but this seemed to be a problem all over the island and not specific to this location, we were ask to not throw any toilet paper into the toilet and by any I meany ANY. We were provided a small garbage bin near the toilet and were asked to use that and it was being emptied by staff daily. Again, we’ve encountered this all over the island and it’s just something to think about if you’re really squeamish. Cleaning staff was really nice but for some reason they would get to our room really late in the day (2-3pm). For people who’re out at the beach all day it shouldn’t be a problem but we were the type to come back to the room for lunch and to take a nap so they would make it to our room mid nap sometimes and would only empty the garbage and leave towels so no cleaning was done (but the place was spotless and we maintained it as best as we could). Towards the end of our stay (last 2 days), they did make an effort to get to our room faster which we did appreciate. Lastly, the property is 10-15 minutes walk from the beach so that’s something to keep in mind when booking. We usually try to book something really close to the beach but this year we booked late and we prioritized the facility over closeness to the beach.

Very good!

All the facilities in the room, the wide balcony, salt & pepper which is already available for cooking and last but not least; the very kind and service oriented host/manager of the accomodation. He is always there to help you out if you have any questions or just to have a chat!

Excellent accommodation. Highly recommend.

Superb apartment. Very clean and modern. Comfortable beds. Excellent cooking facilities. Good shower. Easy walking distance to restaurants , bars and beach and two supermarkets. The owners were very welcoming and helpful.

Tsivili beach a little too crowded for us but we had a rental car and spent wonderful days on st. Nicholas beach in vasilikos. The beach beds ranged from €35 euros per day (!) To €12 euros per day at the Venus beach bar which had lovely beds and great service and food on tsivili beach.

Good apartment

Clean and ordered sheets and towels, alot of appliances (tosti, magnetron, oven, grill etc.), owner is optimistic and helpfull, apartment looks luxurious and everything works properly. If you want you have small garden and pool. He personally drove the (free) airport ride(s).

Shower/bath (very low shower in bath under sloped roof, not handy for long people >1.8m, you cannot properly lie in the bathtube because it is installed with crane on wrong side), washingmachine (you need to stay home during running), sound isolation is not very good (untill 12pm-1am you hear music, karoake, football etc.)

Highly enjoyable

Everything went well Kyriakos picked us up from the airport & gave us a tour of the property which was very central explained how everything worked showed as the swimming pools for use & gave us directions to the beach etc.

Exceptional

We really enjoyed our stay in Mavrias Village. Kyriakos is attentive, helpful host, who arranged our transfer from airport. Room is newly refurbished and clean with all equipment you will need. Apartaments are in perfect location, near the main street with access to all town's tavernas, shops and beach in few minutes walk. We definitely recommend to stay in Mavrias village and Tsilivi!

my new fav place

everything, the room was modern and nicely decorated. you get more here than I’ve had in 5 star rooms, including air conditioning, hair dryer, safe, iron and ironing board. it also has, a kettle, toaster, fridge and coffee percolator (even 2 bottles of water and coffee in the fridge). the owners are friendly and on hand if you need anything. my only regret is I didn’t take pictures 🤦🏼‍♀️

it wasn’t a problem for me as I knew this when I booked but it doesn’t have a pool, however you are surrounded by pool bars and apartments that you can use if you use their snack bar which is fair enough because they are businesses.

The stay at Mavrias Village was awesome.

Mavrias Village is very well positioned in Tsilivi, it is in the center and you have access to restaurants, ATMs, markets, everything you need. In terms of cleaning every day we received clean towels and the room was perfectly cleaned. They really put a great emphasis on this aspect. Also, the owner, Mr. Kyriakos helped us with everything we needed and his way of treating all the guests from Mavrias Village is impressive. I highly recommend Mavrias Village and for sure I will get back.

There is nothing that I didn`t like at the location, it even exceeded expectations. Really, there is nothing to address related to this.

It was clean and new. The owner is super cool guy. He and his wife were always fully available. We were very sattisfied.

They do not separate garbage. But what I saw is common problem in Greece.

Everything. The host, the room, the cleaning etc. I would highly recommend to anyone to stay there. The location is perfect, close to anything you want, it's a safe place, you have private parking and there is nothing you wouldn't like :).

Best commodity, room and owner

It's hard to say what I liked most at the property because everything was better than we expected and the expectations were high. Kiriakos the owner greeted us since the arrival and he was very nice and talkative during the entire stay. The room was exactly like in the photos, very clean, fresh, spacious, modern, nothing was missing. The cleaning was done daily and the sheets and towels changed at 3 and 2 days. The location was ideal, close to everything in Tsilivi: restaurants, super market, beach. I think is the best accommodation I had using booking and also the price was great.

I think the only minus that I could find is that there are to few parking places.

Nice and pleasant accommodation

We had a nice and pleasant holiday at Mavrias Village. The host was very kind and helpful. There is also a nice garden with barbeque where we could enjoy a few evenings. The room was very clean. The bed sheets and towels were often replaced during our stay. We rented an 4 person apartment with living-room and small kitchen. There were TVs in every room and also in the living-room, air conditioning in both our bedrooms. The kitchen was fully equipped : oven, electric stove, toaster, sandwich-maker, coffee machine, microwave oven. I definitely recommend this accommodation for your summer holiday.

Thank you for a great stay, we would definitely stay here again if returning to Zante.

Very clean, modern, well equipped. Very friendly. Short walk to the beach. Perfect for our family with kids age 3 and 5. Pool is at hotel just over the road, it didn't bother us there isn't a pool at Mavrias as it's so close. Some of the reviews said there was just fridge and microwave, but we had a loft apartment with full kitchen which was great.

There are quite a few stairs which could be difficult with a buggy but it was fine for us.

A stunning place!

Everything!

Ignore unhappy face,tried editing this won't let me for some reason! Everything is 10/10! I can't recommend this place highly enough. Really modern studios with everything in you could think of, a super comfy bed, close by to everything, but not close enough to be noisy. Kyriakos and his lovely wife are really accommodating. We loved it so much we stayed an extra night even though we had a hotel paid for in Zakynthos!

Amazing holiday in Zakythos was made even better after staying at Mavrias Village. Highly recommend!

Kyriakos and his lovely wife were so welcoming and friendly as soon as we checked in, we felt right at home! Anything we needed, they helped us with which was absolutely amazing and our holiday ended on the best possible note! I recommend for anybody looking for a lovely place to stay in Tsilivi, look no further than Mavrias Village, you have a great coffee shop right next door and everything else is right on your doorstep .
