Comfortable, quiet and near the town centre.

Breakfast was superb. Top quality ingredients and cooked beautifully and served by courteous and gracious staff.

Lovely weekend break

Lucy and Cheryl were extremely helpful, friendly and efficient. Property and bedroom were very clean. Lovely toiletries. Good selection of breakfast. Close to all amenities and walks.

Very clean well organized with lovely views, food and decor. There were also really nice added details such as ¿local soap? or even just a nice soap sample, good mix of teas and coffees and biscuits in the room. The breakfast and staff was great and friendly

Perfect weekend get away

It was an ideal location for access to the town , short walk. The accommodation was perfect, the breakfast was excellent, the owner and staff very helpful Would most definitely stay here again

we love Keswick so we had a lovely time. it was just the parking for us. we would stay somewhere that had parking next t

lovely comfortable and clean ! very warm too

only problem was there was no where to park. it was only street parking so felt it wasn’t quite advertised correctly. we had to pay 30 pounds extra to park in a public car park which meant carting our luggage bank and forth. we’ve never had to do that before so we’re a bit miffed off.

Would 100% return

Breakfast was amazing, such a good selection to choose from and they were super flexible with choices. Beds were comfy. Loved the lounge with the honesty bar.

Nothing negative to say other than the Wi-Fi was patchy and nonexistent in the breakfast room.

A very comfortable and welcoming Guest House that we would no hesitate to use again

Its excellent location within a few metres of town centre. Food first class! Room exceptionally clean and comfortable.

Service at breakfast a little slow. Even if main breakfast course takes a while some thought needs to be given to serving initial tea/coffee and the cereal course a lot quicker.

perfect stay in Keswick made better by staying here.

everything about our stay here was perfect,our room was bright and very clean with tea and coffee plus bottled water every day.The shower room was lovely with very nice toiletries and the best shower I’ve ever used in a B and B,just what’s needed after a hard days walking. The breakfast was really good with a good choice and very well presented and served by very friendly staff.know wander the Edwardene is always popular.

Stairs As a mature ladies we needed a little extra help with our cases but the landlady was very helpful.

Very pleasant and excellent location.

The breakfast was superb, very nicely cooked and presented beautifully. The attendant working on my first morning was super friendly and I loved chatting with her - she was a delight and really brightened up the morning. The entire property is decorated and furnished superbly - stunning antiques and the interior details in the decoration are really first class.

Amazing

We have been welcomed by an extremly friendly member of the staff that shows us all the building common rooms and facilities. My room was clean and well presented, all the utilities worked perfectly. The breakfast was amazing and delicious, I particularly liked the scrambled eggs. If you are in Keswick I warmly raccomend this place.

Nothing, all exceeded my expectations. There is nothing to complaint about.
