Very good

The apartment was great with plenty of facilities. We were able to get paid street parking right outside the apartment most of the time which was good. Beds were very comfortable. Hosts were extremely helpful when there was no coffee pods left for the machine, they delivered a box straight away.

All the taps in the apartment were different and it took quite a while to figure out how to work many of them. In the main bedroom with the ensuite bathroom the shower holder was useless and you ended up flooding the floor with water most of the time. It needs a holder for the shower head higher up and on a different wall.

Very modern premises - very well equipped. Excellent central location.

Furniture was good & modern but sofas not comfortable. A toaster would be useful

We would use it again - overall very happy

spacious, contemporary, central, all amenities

issue with bathroom, staff reacted but it did not get fixed (day 2 of our stay - no proper shower) would have lived some better furniture at balcony or at least one more chair (we were 3 persons)

Superb

Very spacious & clean. Excellent decor to a high standard… good location for railway station

Nothing except it was not the property we had booked … so photos on booking.com did not reflect the apartment we stayed in …. for example we were expecting outside space but this was not the case

Pleasant

Be careful, the photos show at least 3 apartments. You think to have booked the nice apartment with balcony, and nice view, but you end up in a room, with view to the "lichthof" or the neighbour at 3 m away.

Great flat!

After 2018, we were once again guests at the Loft Master Palace in July 2021 and had a great time in Catania. The flat is still great: the furnishings are high quality and very well maintained. The kitchen is also well equipped for self-catering. When we arrived, the fridge was already filled with juice, water and milk. That made us very happy! Besides a coffee machine and coffee-pads, there is even a washing machine and a tumble dryer. An Italian breakfast is delivered free of charge to the front door every morning on request: delicious, Italian pastries (dolci) sweeten the start of the day. The owner Gianluca is very nice and attentive and tries to fulfil every wish. We will be happy to come back and are already looking forward to seeing you again soon in Catania at the Loft in Master Palace!

Everything exceed my expectations.

If I well understand it’s a family business. Gianluca it’s responsable for thé check-in, check-out and all the other informations necessary during your trip. Salvatore is in charge with the breakfast :) every morning. And of course Diego offer taxi services at a very good rate comparing with others. What I would like to underline, that the propriety was very very clean, the bed was very comfortable and the location was very good. If you wanna enjoy your stay in Catania, book this propriety & you’ll be delighted.

Clean apartment

The owner left us the apartment super clean. We enjoyed a 4 day stay there. The fridge was filled with water fruits, milk and juices. Furthermore there were super delicious cookies there with helped us a lot on our daytrips! Thanks for a great stay!

Great apartment in a great location

The person I was meeting with for the keys kept great lines of communication open. He messaged me via WhatsApp a few days prior to my arrival to facilitate the key exchange and made sure he was there waiting on us upon our arrival. He showed us the apartment in great detail and ensured we knew how to operate all kitchen appliances. He also made WONDERFUL food recommendations! We went to 3 out of the four he recommended since we were only there for 3 nights, and both were fantastic. This was our second time in Catania , and these three restaurants were so much better than anything we've had before.

Warm welcome

Not only is this property beautiful, clean and comfortable, Salvatore is very accommodating. He is very prompt in replying to any questions in the lead up. He made sure we knew where we could park, took his time to point out the highlights in the area and left us some lovely local produce to welcome us into the flat! Will definitely be back!

Excellent apartment in a wonderful location and with a great host!

Superb location in the center of Catania. Salvatore was super helpful with check in and check out and the place was very comfortable and well furnished. We would have been very happy to stay longer if we could - there was something magical about living in your own apartment in such a central location.
