The owner Terry was very friendly. B&B was the best we’ve ever been to

What a wonderful little gem of a place this proved to be. Terry is so welcoming and helpful. Rooms superbly well appointed, all very stylishly designed - interior design goals right here!! Breakfast was fabulous, there wasn't anything we couldn't have, and food was plentiful, well cooked and HOT! The teenagers in our group were super happy with the huge croissants and copious amounts of Nutella.
Having a little lounge for guests and an honesty bar was a brilliant touch and we made good use of both. Really felt like a home from home!!! Especially with Digby the cat (who is actually a neighbours cat and not Terry's as we had thought - oops) making himself at home in our rooms.
Head to The George, only a few metres down the road for good pub grab and a warm, friendly welcome.
There is not one thing we didn't like...even if I really try hard to think of something.

There was a warm welcome, and the apartment was very comfortable. Excellent, generous breakfasts. It was a really enjoyable stay. Croscombe is a pleasant and historic village a short drive from Wells – a good base.

Very good clean room with quality linen and very comfortable bed. Very accommodating hostess.
Parking was OK but could prove a little tricky for some. Narrow street and manoeuvring on a hill.

Easy to find, easy to park. Very warm welcome including tea and scones. Beautiful village and building. Quiet ambiance. Nice comfortable room with good bed & nice shower room. A well-stocked self-serve bar. Breakfast gave wide choice of high quality produce, hot & cold. Easy access to Wells.
Breakfast could benefit from better quality bread.

The hosts (Liam and Jo) were very welcoming, chatty and informative. Liam's homemade shortbread and a decent coffee on arrival was to die for. The apartment was very nice and fully equipped.
