Perfect place for a couple days at the beach.

Great, right on the beach!

Facilities a bit weak (mosquito nets with holes, no isolation, door that could easily be forced open...). Minors details.

Very good

The location was great. It was super close to the beach which was what we were optimising for. A cleaner came often and did a great job at keeping the place clean and tidy. Our host was really helpful. Beach towels were provided

The bed concrete bed bases really kept the heat and without aircon it was hard to cool down. There aren't a lot of places around with aircon though and we knew this going in.

large, comfy room that gives you the feeling your sleeping on the beach

if you want a place that is right at the beach, where you can hear the waves, that’s cheap, this is your spot. it’s a bit ragtag here and there but to be honest we really enjoyed our stay here. it felt very beachy. it’s basic, but the sounds of the waves and the price make it all worth it.

it’s not a modern establishment so do not expect everything to be slick and new. adds to the fun of the place.

Sub standard accomodation

The water was not running. The toilet did not flush. The door to the 'patio' opened onto a dangerous, very small slab of concrete that dropped about 7 feet to the court yard below.

Mal functioning toilet and limited water supply. It could be rented as a very basic hostel, but NOT as a regular inn that did not meet basic expectations.

Very good

Nice room with comfortable beds. Has a small shared kitchen that can be used to cook and a shared fridge for storing groceries or keep water cold. Nice balcony as well!

Great location, needs some updating.

Great location at San Agustinillo. Having the kitchen facility was really useful. Provision of beach towels was very thoughtful.

The room was not well lit. In the picture it looks as though you can access the beech from your room, you can’t. the rooms are a little tatty with broken, loose floor tiles. with bug screens instead of glass in the windows it is very noisy at night with dogs barking. The doors are flimsy and squeak noisily.

i feel a bit more care could’ve been taken with the room, there were some very large cracks in the floor where the tiling was broken & lots of huge ants coming through the cracks!

had a lovely stay and definitely recommend for single women budget travels.

Gaby is a wonderful host and an excellent masseuse! rooms are super clean, good bed, nice linens, organic soaps and fans. waking up and falling asleep to the sound of the ocean.

there are some street noises and rooms are quite hot but I slept well with the fans.

Location, great view to the ocean, parking inside property and staff very helpful

It is very good for friends and couples, for kids it might be a little complicated due to place is very simple and basic, but I can’t complaint for the price

Incredible location, beautiful view, very clean and accomodating!

The location is phenomenal, just steps from the best beach in town! You can see the ocean waves from the room! Exceptionally clean. Had everything we needed. Owner was very accommodating. Would highly recommend.
