Relaxing stay good breakfast

First of all the breakfast was really good staff was very friendly, we love our room it was spacious for three people. The room was clean, bed very comfortable.

Een teleurstelling op Zakynthos

Ruime kamer met grote badkamer. Degelijk ontbijt. Leuk zwembad

Geboekte suite was niet conform de boeking. Was niet op gelijkvloers, géén zicht op de tuin, zetel vanop de foto's was er niet (na aandringen wel een extra stoel gekregen) De manager wou eventueel de 2de dag (op maandag)wél een andere kamer geven doch wij hebben dit weliswaar geweigerd omdat wij niet wisten wat wij wél gingen krijgen, omdat wij al volledig geïnstalleerd waren én omdat wij niet nog meer vakantietijd moesten opofferen om opnieuw in te oakken, verhuizen én opnieuw uit te pakken. Dit neemt niet weg dat er toch andere minder leuke, aangename elementen waren. Piepklein terras Wel aan de drukke straatkant gelegen met uitzicht op een afdak waaronder vuilnis enzo stond met slechte geurafgave. Badkamerraam en klein raam in de kamer zelf sloot niet goed af waardoor veel lawaai vanop straat.

De bedjes bij het zwembad Ondanks het extra kussen wat je er op kon leggen En verander de kleur van de stoelen bij de Poolse dan zal het er een stuk leuker uitzien

Personeel heeft mijn verblijf fantastisch gemaakt!

Ik ben nog nooit bij een hotel geweest waar het personeel zo vriendelijk en behulpzaam is zoals hier. Allereerst werden wij enorm vriendelijk ontvangen. Het personeel spreekt ook goed Engels. Helaas was mijn telefoon gestolen in Laganas na een avondje stappen. Het personeel van het Sunrise hotel heeft mij enorm geholpen met alles regelen, ze hebben ondanks mijn situatie mijn vakantie helemaal laten slagen. Je merkt gewoon dat het personeel er alles aan doet om hun gasten tevreden te houden. Ik ben enorm dankbaar voor alles wat het personeel voor mij heeft betekent en ik raad dit hotel dan ook aan iedereen aan! De kamer was ruim en schoon, daarnaast hadden we ook een ruim balkon. Het ontbijt is goed en ze hebben overdag een restaurant met heerlijk eten en drinken. Het zwembad is heerlijk rustig en er zijn altijd ligbedjes beschikbaar, met parasol en matras! Ook zijn er pooltafels, en werkt er een vriendelijke jongen bij de bar waar we mee konden lachen. De bedden zijn ruim en de airco werkt goed. De service is bovengemiddeld.

La posizione rispetto alle spiagge, la piscina, il parcheggio disponibile, il fattore “adults only”. Lo staff è eccezionale e gentilissimo senza eccezione alcuna. Le camere vengono pulite tutti i giorni e ogni due giorni cambiano gli asciugamani. A bordo piscina lo staff passa per eventuali ordini di cibo e bevande, dando la possibilità di rilassarsi. In piscina a disposiIone ampi ombrelloni e sdrai molto comodi.

La stanza vista strada è parecchio rumorosa a qualsiasi ora, sia per il traffico che per i rumori dei carrelli di servizio alle 7 di mattina o per le porte che sbattono al rientro degli altri ospiti. La luce entrava dalle piccole finestre senza possibilità di oscurarle. La colazione dovrebbe essere un po’ più varia per il reparto “dolce”. Sarebbe da introdurre la possibilità di cenare nel ristorante dell’Hotel che, invece, chiude alle 17.

Top hotel!

Rustig gelegen maar je was ook redelijk snel in een bruisend gedeelte. Personeel en vooral de manager was enorm attend en behulpzaam! Geven veel tips van waar je heen kan gaan en helpen het boeken

Our fabulous stay at Sunrise!! 😎😎

The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful! Oksana was fabulous during our stay, really looking after us. The room was ideal for us , in close proximity to everything we needed! It was very clean and spacious! The minibus to the beach was great! Breakfast was delicious with a great variety to choose from! We loved our stay in Zante and will definitely be back to the Sunrise hotel! 😎😎😎😎😎😎

There was nothing we didn't like but could have done with a tallboy chest of drawers and/or shelves in the room, especially with three ladies sharing! And a couple of shelves in the bathroom would be great too! 👍👍👍👍😎😎

Ottima esperienza

Personale gentile e disponibile, piscina dotata di tutti i confort, pulizia impeccabile, colazione abbondante e di buona qualità. Ottima la posizione a poco più di 1 km dalla zona centrale di Tsilivi per cui, volendo, è possibile anche arrivarci a piedi ma l'albergo da la possibilità di spostarsi con una navetta e un ampio parcheggio a dispozione gratuitamente per i clienti

I letti separati (non c'era possibilità di avere un letto matrimoniale) e l'arredamento un po' minimal della camera.

Would absolutely love to return!

We thoroughly enjoyed our all-inclusive week! This property had friendly staff, we were always greeted and served with a smile. The food was great with good variety day to day. We enjoyed the pool table and table tennis and spent countless hours lounging by the pool. Great value for money!

The best hotel I ever stayed in. It’s perfect.

I honestly loved this hotel. The hotel met all my expectations. The location is perfect, the market is 4 minutes away and Tsilivi is one of the most beautiful places on the island. The people were extremely friendly. All the staff at the hotel made you feel at home. I travel a lot and have been to many hotels but this hotel is one of the best I have stayed in. The staff were very friendly but I would like to especially mention Anna and Veronika who were always smiling and friendly. I would be happy to return to this hotel. Keep up the good work. The food was excellent, the food at breakfast was always freshly prepared and available at all hours no matter when you came for breakfast. The room was exceptionally clean, the air conditioning worked great and the pool had a great atmosphere.

I loved everything. Nothing was negative.

Nice for couples

Recommend for couples, not for solo travelers. Good location.

Room towel only changed every 3 days. Showers by the pool need updating, the door doesn’t close properly and lights turn off while showering

Beautiful stay

The hotel is very pleasant and I felt very good and welcomed during my stay. All the staff is polite, friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the food! Before booking, I considered if should have only breakfast or the all inclusive package. I took the all inclusive and I was so happy about it! Every day they have a different menu, greek food and everything is delicious! There is also the possibility to have snacks like pizza & burgers by the pool in the afternoon. They have a shuttle that will take you to the beach for free, they go 3 times a day, and the sea there is really beautiful! Thank you all for having made my stay beautiful!

Nice place but could do better

Freindly staff. I liked the out of town centre location. Clean room.

We only did B&B but the breakfast was awful. Honestly up there with the worst we have ever had. We did have one lunch and one dinner there and teh qualiry was OK, but the cost for the portion size was far too high. The drinks were also poor quallity - very weak. I paid for a "junior suite" and it wasn't what I expected. The shower leaked over the room floor and when I reported it i was told that they knew about it and that they would give me some extra towels to mop up the water (which I never got). There was also some initial resistance to provide more that the allocated one nespresseo capsule per person per day.

Just what we needed. Comfortable.

lovely hotel,reasonably priced,good location would definitely stay again

a spotlessly clean hotel with very friendly and efficient staff.The breakfast was excellent and set us up for day. The room had very comfortable beds and a good shower, although we did notice the water a little cooler in the morning. They have a private car park directly opposite the hotel and a mini market about 300m away. I have seen some comments re location but it is literally a stroll into the town.

advertised tea/coffee facilities in the rooms which we didn’t have,although I’m sure if we asked they would have provided.

Lovely hotel & staff

Hotel staff were super friendly and accommodating- we wanted to switch to an upstairs room and they made it happy very quickly! We also unfortunately got food poisoning from a restaurant in town and the staff were amazing about cleaning the room after an unfortunate bout of sickness :/ and calling a doctor when one of us was pretty unwell. Food selection at breakfast was good, though we didn't get to eat much due to illness! It was very typical of the area e.g.eggs, mini Frankfurter sausages, bacon, breads, fruit cereals etc. Looks exactly like pictures in terms of the hotels, rooms come with what you pay for. Bed was comfy and there were two pillows each!! Air con worked perfectly and lots of space in room.

For us, we prefer a double bed instead of two singles put together so be warned this isn't guaranteed. The room didn't have a full length mirror & no coffee/tea facilities in the room. Shower took a little time to warm up and there wasn't the most wardrobe room, but maybe not an issue if you aren't an overpacker! Location is a little far out, but you can the see the pool from the street but if you move to the other side then the problem is solved.

delightful week.

The Sunrise is spacious, the pool area is well maintained The room I had overlooked the pool and caught the sun on the balcony during the late afternoon which was perfect. The sun beds around the pool were comfy as they had separate toppers and were not too close together. The pool was spotless and inviting. The room was big, not cramped with excellent en suite facilities. Always had plenty of hot water and the shower had good pressure. The restaurant areas were a good size, plenty of space between tables. Staff were friendly, polite, helpful and there was not anything that was too much trouble. They appeared well trained.

I suppose I could say there is not a lift, but staff ensured I had assistance if needed, it did not impact on my stay
