Lovely hotel. Staff so nice.

Hidden gem in the heart of the old town. Very smart very clean and very friendly staff

This hotel has obviously been recently refurbished and the rooms were immaculate. The bathroom in particular was beautifully tiled and the shower was hot and powerful. The breakfast room was very stylish The staff were very friendly and welcoming

Nothing not to like. We were aware they did not have a pool or sun terrace however we were able to use these facilities in the sister hotel The Melina which is next street down and it was excellent

Clean breakfast was ok .

Up a hill if you wernt fit to walk. They need aircon on in may. A kettle would have been nice in the room the bus from airport leaves you a good walk with your bags

It was just perfect.

Location was great, near to heart of the old town. Dinner was excellent in the nearby hotel and breakfast, in Celymar, was very good also. The staff on reception were wonderful, so friendly and couldn't help enough. Would definitely stay again.

Well worth the money, highly recommended.

The hotel was located a few streets back from the beach, we had a small balcony, the room was clean, we had a twin room and the beds were probably about 4ft beds so comfortable. The staff were very nice and helpful and a nice breakfast to start your day.

If I had to say something, there was no safe in the room.

lovely wee place to stay and all very friendly place to stay.

breakfast not for us we love a fried egg but only boiled ones,bacon but spanish bacon not for us and we always use new town so it was to far to travel,but apart from that we enjoyed our stay we loved the staff all friendly and helpful so thank you all very much.

breakfast not for us a bigger choice would of been nice ,we can not any thing else.

Good hotel but unfriendly staff 😖

The location is good for the price, about 6 or 7 blocks from the beach. Two blocks from Los Almendros road. The room was clean. The breakfast was great serve in a nice room.

The front desk staff was not very friendly, I almost got kicked out of the hotel while taking a picture of the breakfast room for this review. A woman from the front desk came to me very rudely asking me if I was staying at the hotel and didn’t even apologize for her rudeness after I stayed that yes I was a guess and that I had just been talking to the other woman in the front desk and that she could corroborate that I was a guest at the hotel. I also told her that I was taking a picture to include in my review of the hotel. However, she look at me like she didn’t believe me as she walked over to the front desk to talk to the other lady who was on the phone I guess to ask her if what I was saying was true make me feel very uncomfortable and upset. The other front desk staff was not to friendly either, that is the reason why I am giving the front desk staff a low rate overall.

excellent value for money

this is the first time I have stayed here since 2019 due to covid but I have used this hotel for many years and have never been disappointed. since my last visit they have made some upgrades to the rooms and also to the breakfast room. the rooms are well appointed and very clean and new smart bathrooms. The reformed breakfast room is very spacious and light and airy and the continental breakfast buffet is always well stocked with fresh items .selection of juices and fresh fruit and the coffee machine actually makes a good cup of coffee. The lady on the reception is as ever very pleasant and helpful. The position of the hotel is really rather good and convenient for the beaches and the center of benidorm with its shops.

For me there is nothing not to like about this hotel

very very clean hotel,nice decor ,great staff, bed made every day,good breakfast,nice little balcony.this hotel was amongst a group of other hotels in the immediate area and on the same street as benidorm police station so i always felt safe. would defo stay again.handy locatoin to visit all the places of interest,local shops and stores,tapas bars etc

no British tv stations but not really a problem,

Amazing

This hotel is definitely one of the best places to stay. I travelled the whole world but have never experienced that a cheap hotel could be so good. Would definitely stay here again.

Great value Hotel, we have stayed a few times, great location easy access to old town, lots of very local bars offering good coffee and eating, the hotel is always very very clean and refreshing, the dining area is spotless thanks to the approach and constant maintenance from the attentive staff, amazing for a small simple family hotel 👍
