4.3

First of all, great location! Value for money as well as i got upgraded into a bigger room. The room itself is very spacious and clean. Staff, the front desk were very friendly and helpful.
4.3
decoration and cleanliness as well as service
suite layout could be better, lack of privacy, partial bathroom area intergrated into the bedroom

Everything I like
Nothing

The property is very well located! the room are spacious, very clean! All restaurants within the facilities are excellent!
The staff is very very pleasant! at the front desk Alejandro has been unbelievably kind with me to make my stay as comfortable as possible.
4.3
excellent service and facilities

Excellent location, easy to move around.
Service was not excellent everyday, somedays they prepared the room for the night and somedays didn't. I wanted to use the pool area one day of the week and they didn't let me because it was going to be used for a private event. I think those areas must be always available for people staying at the hotel.

location, location, location
clean, comfortable beds, spacious, staff very accomodating
is dated, needs renovation. 1 out of two elevator was not working on day of arrival.

The staff were wonderful. Very welcoming and helpful with our particular needs. Accommodating and generous in their nature.
Shower was a bit tricky to figure out but that's about it!
4.3
very good location, nice staff
rooms look a bit deteriorated. some parts of the bathroom were broken.
there was a lot of noise/ party coming from the room next door, preventing us to have a good rest.

Great location. Easy to get to around. Lovely, clean property.

everyone was so helpful . 24 hour room service
smoking section is away from front doors. which is ok but annoyance

location
wonderful concierge
loud partying in corridor of my floor 1-3am
hotel did not do anything
4.3
The location, staff, and the over the top marble interior.
The shower sucked. not enough pressure and the shower head was spraying all over the place.
On the last night the turn down service must have mistaken our room and thought there was only one person in our room so they took a pillow (weird) and didn’t leave a second water bottle. When we called to ask for more pillows they must not have understood as they never turned up.
Poor signage about the spa facilities. We were told different things by different staff about the closing time and missed it each night we were there.
Also, there was a very strong fragrance throughout the hotel which was quite overwhelming. Nice but too strong.

We were offered an upgrade from a standard king to a junior suite for a nominal cost increase. The suite was large and very comfortable. I liked the wide corridors to the rooms and the ability to use the hotel bikes for free on the city's ample safe bike lanes. The pool was a generous length for a hotel and allowed for actual laps (surprise).
There was a tendency for nickel and diming. We were charged for a couple extra Nespresso pods for our in-room coffee and, awkwardly, for showering after our swim in the pool (pool was free to use, so go figure) We found the lobby a bit tacky but that's just taste

location
nothing

The hotel is in such a prime location. Next to the St Regis, the ritz and across from the four seasons… yet it does not shine the way the others do. It’s very dated
It’s beyond out dated. The room was so brown. The carpet the blinds the furniture the wallpaper. All brown so dated

The food could be improved.
