Biarritz is a hidden Gem and the Hotel really delivered in every way. we had an amazing stay.

Great location and fun vibe

Great location by Port Vieux, and not far from the centre with loads of restaurant options etc. Friendly welcome and cute decor made it a warm place. Clean and comfortable throughout.

Nothing not to like. Some street noise on occasion.

comfortable and nicely designed hotel

I liked the location, the theme of the hotel which brings a very nice design in the rooms. I liked the personnel as well because they were so nice and friendly. I loved the breakfast.

in the room I stayed the fridge was making a very annoying sound. since we had to store the baby’s milk, I had to keep the fridge on

Rooms were really nice and comfortable. Staff was friendly.

The breakfast was served opposite to the hotel. The place was cold and there were birds flying around and touching stuff that was not covered like honey. This was the only reason why I gave a lower review

Cute eco furnishing, comfortable beds, spacious shower room, friendly and helpful staff (particularly the young man at the reception), street food resto across the street

Funny little thing: the chair's design is outwardly nice but inconvenient to use because the crossbar digs into the spine (or is mine crooked?).

Hotel Palmito is an adorable, unique, cozy, family friendly boutique hotel.

The location is amazing! It was only half a block from the beach, and in close proximity to explore the city by foot. My kids and I stayed in the family room, with 2 lofted beds above the full size bed. we loved how unique & cozy the room was!

We really loved the property, but it wouldn’t have worked as well if we had a car as there is no parking attached to the hotel. There is a small public car park between the hotel and the beach, but spots were hard to come by & i feel it would be difficult for overnight parking.

rubbish. we wouldn’t go back. It would probably suit a young surfer type person as that appeared to largely be the demog

location was excellent

no parking, very small room, no bar in hotel. To get a drink you have to cross the street to the Tiki bar of the same name. Bar across the vey narrow street was noisy until the early hours and people stayed around chatting until 04:30 so we had very little sleep
