The longaniza sausage breakfast was excellent. Very peaceful place to stay. Some small animals walking around. Lots of birds. Pool looked nice but was busy doing other things. Great location. Had issues with rental car and the staff was very helpful and refused my tip for their help. They can increase water pressure upon request. Air Conditioning in room works good.
Mosquitoes but they are all over this part of Mexico not just here. They do a good job keeping them out of room. Need to deal with them when we leave room. Bring repellant.

beautiful property a short drive from the town. quiet and peaceful. the staff was very attentive
shower pressure

It’s nice and quiet.
There were a few things broken in our room. The shower and the door handle. Also the electricity broke my hair straightener and wasn’t charging our phones properly. For the price there are basic things that need to be checked and fixed.

The property in general: very green and with a lot of plant varieties
The pool is super nice !
Doors don’t close properly from the inside

unique and great location - close to valladolid and cenotes

The location was great as we loved being outside of Valladolid but not too far and close enough to Chichen Itza without the crowds. We loved the peace and quiet.
I loved the staff. They all worked hard to make our stay pleasant. Elena, Daniella, Luis, Imella and others. Even the gentleman who swept the public areas after a big s storm was lovely.
The bed was very comfortable and we slept well in our rooms.
The peacocks were a bit intrusive at night along with the guinea hens. I didn't mind them too much but my husband was not a fan. I felt like I was staying on a farm. I liked the animals.

Very helpful office staff. Quiet location with lovely flowering trees.
Very comfortable rooms.
Definitely a place to remember! Thank you for your hospitality.
We enjoyed the local breakfast it was very nice but could have been a bit more varied if you stay several days. We missed a small minibar and a chair in the room.

What a nice place! We had such a great time. The pool is great and there is strong wifi at every area. The personal is very friendly.
8.0
Very peaceful and the pool area was fantastic
It didn’t look as good as the pictures, as they seem old and were likely taken when it was newly renovated. Also because it’s on a working farm with animals there were some bugs getting into the room. Finally the WiFi didn’t work well when in the bedrooms

the property is incredible. Rich in history, managed by a fantastic and friendly team. premises were spotless. quiet and relaxing with excellent amenities.
wifi was a bit weak at time in the room and the shower water temperature a bit difficult to control. but these were minor issues as compared to all the good things about that place.

it is a historical Hacienda and we liked that it wasn’t shiny and fancy; it offered all the comfort including great beds, a nice breakfast, and great location to Valladolid, multiple cenotes and Chitchen Itza. We did not use the pool but looked great. It is nice to walk the grounds of the hacienda and the wood surrounding it. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Beautiful old Hacienda, great place from which tk explore different cenotes around Valladolid and Chichén Itzá. Wonderful staff. My two points would be: it’s quite isolated and the restaurant is fairly basic (mainly re-microwaved not fresh food, plus the place hasn’t been modernised in a while. Could be awesome with a bit of cash splashed on it

We loved the peace and quiet of this beautiful property. it was close enough to get into town easily (by car), but felt a world away!

Lovely out of town stay in a traditional hacienda. History story there for you to read. Lovely staff, spoke some English, we had lunch and dinner (same menu) and a great breakfast. Nice pool

The colonial style of the property and its peacefulness.
limited food menu and long waiting hours for food service.

Beautiful, authentic setting, nice pool area to relax. game room is great.
Very basic, small rooms. Lots of mosquitoes in the rooms (they could have sprayed the rooms). Taking a shower was difficult without getting the complete bathroom wet. Electric wiring was dated, only one outlet in the room, so it was difficult to charge the phones. Rooms smelled very humid. For this price we expected some more luxury.

very beautiful hacienda with various areas
very quiet with lots of birds
beautiful view of the night sky/stars
lots of bugs that easily got into the hallways and rooms
bed was not very comfortable
breakfast was not very good

Beautiful location with history. Gorgeous pool area. Nature sounds. AC and fan worked well.
Pricy considering how outdated the rooms felt. Due to insufficient lighting, it was dark inside. There was poor water pressure in the shower. Also the breakfast was very average (not freshly squeezed juice or at least heavily watered, seemed that the pancakes were only heated).

Beautiful grounds with a lovely pool which we had practically to ourselves. So many amazing cenotes and ruins close by - Validollid was the highlight of our trip. My youngest loved all the animals on the property.
Our Spanish isn’t great and we struggled to communicate with some of the staff which made a menu-less dinner interesting. As a result we explored Validollid in the evenings most nights which is a really lovely town with lots of great food options. Beds were pretty hard and our room quite dark.

Great room. Large in size, clean and modern. Fantastic location. Very private - great for a couple's trip. Easy access from the main road. Lovely farm with several animals. Beautiful pool and friendly staff
No fridge or telephone in the room. It was hard to reach the staff as you had to walk around looking for them. Most of the staff didn't speak English but once you communicated what you would like, they were able to help. Furthermore, the location of the property is quite remote so it would help to have a proper dinner service

Everything! Essentially the service was amazing, the place, we loved the rooms, they had a little chapel, hammocks, and a pool to relax. The bed was extremely comfortable and we didn't have mosquitos at all. The food was great, they even made me chocolate that wasn't on the menu!. When we walk around the place was so quiet and relaxing, we felt that it was super authentic rather than another of those "designer" places. It just felt real and we had the best relaxing chill time there and we were just so happy we didn't want to go.
Because the place had been recently renewed it lacks some additional features that are useful like hooks on the bathroom wall for towels, but those things were so tiny I cannot really remember anything else.

A nice colonial building with a lot of charm.
The stay was very disappointing. We thought we would have a calm stay with good service, also considering comment from some previous guests, but had the opposite experience.
The hotel is very noisy, partly because their restaurant is very close to several rooms’ windows, but also because they allow chicken and a very loud rooster to be everywhere. we were kept awake until midnight from the restaurant noise and woke up at 05.00 by the rooster, 2 meters from our window.
Service is very bad.
We asked for two mojitos at the pool, the first two were dropped in front of us with broken glass etc. (and can happen for anyone) but when coming back w new ones they were not containing rum. I asked why but they insisted there was Rum.
The restaurant only serves one plate of food at dinner and for breakfast they insisted we should pay until realizing we had bought a package.
A place to avoid.
We had paid for 2 night but left after 1.

atmosphere, nature, staff
decor is a bit old, can be modernized a bit. it is 15 min ride from the city center where you have to go to get dinner.

Very nice hotel, very friendly staff and an awesome location not far from the town of Valladolid.
The AC was quite loud, so could not stay on at night. But we had a very nice stay and would definitely come back again
