Absolutnie polecam 😊

Absolutnie fenomenalna obsługa, bardzo klimatyczne miejsce, dobrze wyposażony przestronny apartament + bardzo wygodne łóżko . Będę wracać jak tylko będzie okazja 😊

Faktycznie że względu na stare budownictwo słychać wszystko, dźwięki i rozmowy sąsiadów niosą się korytarzami

They had an issue with our apartament and gave us another one, which was quite poor. Not their fault, they were also nic

Quite ok place for a short holiday.

Easy to go in out. Close to the shopping center, restaurants. Easy to get food.

Bathroom, water pressure is too low. No shampo. Too noisy in the evening and night.

Расположение просто шикарное, вид из окна потрясающий

Очень огорчило ,что на фото было одно а в реальности другое, мы бронировали номер с туалетом и душем в номере, с балконом, а получили ванную комнату на коридоре, когда поездка с детьми то это важно., кухни нет, да в придачу куча тараканов. Не рекомендую

Quirky, Central and Clean.

The receptionist man was really nice and friendly. The apartment was large, clean and bright with a nice little balcony and great views. Fridge in room. Comfy bed. Centrally situated, easy to get to everything. Zabka shop downstairs so you can get a proper coffee/breakfast in the morning.

Noisy neighbours! Apartments are big, old and echo, so if you get loud people in the next apartment you can hear everything! Couldn’t sleep the first night very well. You do get a bit of noise from the bar on the ground floor if there is a football match showing. Bathroom was clean but toilet wasn’t, and the seat was broken.

If noise isn’t a concern for you, the location and other aspects of the property are great

The location was great, offering easy access to nearby attractions. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Moreover, we managed to check in earlier.

We left a slightly lower review due to the noise during our stay. Additionally, the property was undergoing some renovations on the second floor that began at 7:30 in the morning, adding to the disturbance.

Świetny pobyt!

Bardzo duży pokój. Duże łóżko. Lodówka. Miejsce blisko centrum. Przy wejściu do apartamentów jest sklep Żabka!

Do łazienki przypisanej do pokoju trzeba isc przez wspólny korytarz, ale była osobna ;-). TV gubiło zasięg

Dobre miejsce na 1-2 noce

Lokalizacja w centrum miasta, blisko na Rynek jak również łatwe dojście ze stacji PKP, w okolicy restauracje i sklepy. Czysto i schludnie, dodatkowo dostępna kawa i herbata w pokoju.

Apartament jest w ramach hostelu w starej kamienicy więc słychać wszystko z innych pokoi. Miałem prywatną łazienkę ale wydobywały się z niej odgłosy pracy pompy co jakiś czas, co może nie pozwolić wypocząć po całym dniu.

Zepsuty prysznic (słuchawka niedokrecona do sciny, deszczownica zatkana) lejaca sie woda na podloge podczas mycia sie pod prysznicem, hałas innych gości (słychać wszystko nawet jak ktos chodzi)

Bardzo dobre miejsce w Centrum Krakowa. Obiekt stary, z klimatem.

Lokalizacja. Miły balkonik zawieszony nad placem Matejki. Podręczny barek- herbata, kawa do wyboru, małe co nieco. Dostęp do wielu kanałów TV. Czystość.

Tylko hałas innych lokatorów wracających nad ranem i przedłużających imprezę w sąsiednim pokoju. Należało by jednak w regulaminie zarządzić ciszę nocną . Kraków jest tak gościnnym miastem, że imprezować można w tak wielu miejscach, by inni mogli się wyspać bez przeszkód .

Everything is great, we will definitely come back

The staff was very attentive. We were allowed to vacate the room a little later and leave our luggage until the evening. The location is just perfect. 30 steps to the center. There was tea and coffee in the room. Nice

There is a double blanket on the bed. I had to sleep under a blanket. Small toilet and missing curtains on the window at the entrance. In the evening it felt like you were on stage

Overall good stay for the money.

Location is good,in the heart of old town amd near to the train station.

The building where the hotel is located is part hotel and part private flats.I could hear somebodys washing machine in 11pm. Didnt get clean towels nor toilet papper for our stay.

Great location, great facilities, great value

Only a short walk to the main square. Either side of the entrance there is a nice bar and a store. Staff were very accommodating and helpful. Room was nice with everything you could need.

The pull out bed was a little uncomfortable but fine. In hot weather it does get very warm but you can't help the weather 😊

Recommend for short-stay period for tourists

Comfortable hotel in the city center. Close to the train station and in front of Grunwald Monument and Barbakan. There is an elevator in case of heavy luggage. Nice room with a combination of old-fashion design and modern features.

There were noisy neighbors. Unfortunately, in the room, there is no noise isolation, so you will wake up from your neighbors' noise or just someone will enter the main doors.

Great stay!

Great location, nice and very clean apartament, well equipped, reception staff very friendly and informative. Very comfy bed, definitely worth to visit.

Housekeeping staff were very loud on early mornings when cleaning neighbourly apartments, chatting very loudly. I don’t think it’s necessary for guests to listen to their conversations and comments.

Excellent location at excellent price

It was basic accommodation, however it was spacious, very clean, the beds were really comfortable. Location is excellent, only 4 minutes walk to the old town and the staff was really lovely and accommodating. I cannot fault it really. It’s good value for money and serves the purpose. We had nice, quiet sleep after the long day of sight seeing and exploring Cracow. Additional bonus was the possibility of getting late checkout at a really cheap rate.

The room was clean and it was fully equipped. I arrived at late evening but still it was not a problem thanks to self check-in

The only cons of stay at this apartment was a bad smell coming out of the shower, it was not a pleasure to spend time in the bathroom

Very good location - close to the center and the train station, Krakow Gallery. Pleasant staff, the administrator told where to eat deliciously and inexpensively and what to see. Clean and beautiful apartments, there is everything you need, in particular, tea, coffee, sugar.
