Location, service, facilities, and amenities

Needs a refresh and the aircon wasn’t cold enough. Room was sitting around 25 the entire stay. Sleep was a little uncomfortable.

The staff was really helpfull

The room, the ambience, dan the food.

The variety of food that can be ordered via room service is not much. Besides that, maybe the hotel can considering to add places/rack to hang the towel inside the bathroom.

Location is near shopping mall. Newly renovated room. Internet WiFi connection speed is good, able to play Diablo IV, watch streaming movies with VPN :) Bubur Benteng is their best!!

TV needs to be improved, my room got an old TV.

Nice, clean, friendly and good value.

No breakfast. Location convenient to Mall Serpong - but, crossing the road to get there is pretty dangerous as there is no pedestrain walkway/cross-over road/path

Very good

Location upgradong hotel after last year, only price to expensive.

Room nrar elevator so at night you hear and see the loght. So no good night rest this time, maybe asilent strip unter the door will help!

It could be a better experience if the AC worked.

The breakfast has many varieties, my 2 year old niece enjoyed the meal, the taste was ok for me.

AC. It was so hot in our rooms (2nd floor), I had to call the staff for more than 3 times and still did not fix the issue, I couldnt sleep and the hotel didnt do anything about it until the next day when they finally moved us to different rooms.

There was a repair work when i was stay there, it was very loud right above my room on 12 floor. And quickly taken care of after i called receptionist

my 2 yo son enjoyed his bath in the bathtub . Bed is comfy, room is well kept. However , food for the buffet breakfast

clean and comfortable although abit small.

design flaw for the suite room as water from bathroom can flow into the room.

Clean and, location-wise, it is accessible

Breakfast. Taste-wise, it is just ok. But one thing I felt annoyed is that the staff glanced at me when I put my children’s breakfast into a lunchbox. I mean, one of my kids is still a baby, doesn’t have many choices of food out there to eat. They didn’t have to look at me like I’m about to take away all the foods in the restaurant.
