The apartment is spacious, stunning and enhanced the whole Venice experience. The origanal features, paintings, amazing pieces of furniture and art work make this apartment the perfect place for a stay in Venice.
The kitchen was well equipped and there was more than enough cooking and eating utensils.
It is positioned in the perfect spot on the canal close to everything you need but still quiet and peaceful.
Francesca was amazing meeting us on arrival and talking us through what we needed to know and gave us means to communicate with her throughout our stay should we need anything.
This apartment is a definite must for anyone who wants the whole authentic experience of Venice.

Genuine venetian palazzo with amazing decor but with 21st century bathrooms. Stone balcony over the canal. Still in the ownership of the original family including doges and 14th century explorers: loved the history. Good location, peaceful but within easy reach of the main tourist attractions.
Kitchen facilities acceptable but minimal. Not a problem as there are good places to eat nearby. WiFi patchy.

A Perfect place in a Perfect city

An amazing Venetian experience! The apartment is both quirky and luxurious, with some small rooms (two bedrooms) and the others enormous: one giant bedroom overviewing the canal, three other large rooms, and the large, well-equipped kitchen which we used a lot for cooking and having family meals.
Overall the setting is stunning (one gets the experience of living in a palace), the place is very clean, and the location is perfect to explore various parts of Venice—incl. other islands as the apartment is very close to the Fondamente Nove Vaporetto station.
We couldn't find wine glasses!
