Hotel mit erheblichen Schwächen - so nicht zuempfehlen

Der für die Suite-Kategorie beworbene Shuttletransfer wurde nur einmal gewährt - und dies erst nach mehrfachen Nachfragen. Die Zimmer sind in keinem guten Zustand. Die Klimaanlage lässt sich nicht individuell regeln und ist derart laut, dass kein ruhiger Schlaf ohne Ohrschutz möglich ist!

Das Hotel - und vor allem die technischen Ausstattungen sollten schnellstmöglich renoviert werden.

Très bel établissement à Murano

Le confort de l’établissement Le mobilier et les équipements de la chambre Le petit-déjeuner servi dans un cadre très agréable proposant différentes formules avec produits de qualité La disponibilité et le professionnalisme du personnel La navette pour le retour vers l’aéroport

L’absence de navette depuis l’aéroport après 19h L’absence de navette proposée par l’hôtel vers Venise, qui le rend très isolé (7,50€ le trajet par personne) avec la fermeture de tous les commerces et restaurants à Murano vers 19h/20h (difficile de trouver un restaurant ouvert!)

Posto con potenziale ma non all’altezza delle aspettative.

Bella struttura in ottima posizione a Murano difronte la fermata del water bus. Buona la colazione.

Ci è stata data una camera per diversamente abili al piano terra con una vista su un cantiere, con sporcizia e trappole per topi. Per aprire la porta della camera, bisognava forzare e spingere intensamente tanto da farci male più volte. La porta del bagno si apriva per metà e non era fornita di una chiave. Non è stata gradita la tenda della doccia. Ci si aspetta fornitura di pantofole usa e getta. Alcuni dello staff non erano in grado di fare il loro mestiere, al contrario degli altri che magari erano più professionali ed esperti. Si è avvertita differenza tra di loro.

Un coup de malchance avec la chambre..

L’emplacement, l’hôtel dans sa globalité, le choix proposé au petit-déjeuner.

Le fait d’avoir été mis dans une chambre en face du local ménage (très bruyant) et la vue de la chambre (sur un mur et des travaux), du scotch dans la salle de bain pour rafistoler un miroir.. pour 300€/nuit ce n’est pas acceptable..

第一次住Hyatt，服务和房间硬件只能用差劲来形容。

唯一满意的地方是提供马可波罗机场的接送机服务。但要注意的是，送机必须自己在前台提出，在官网申请无效，办理入住的时候工作人员也不会主动提起。

酒店设施：房间非常一般，毫无园景可言。卫生间水龙头很难打开。酒店服务：首先，我们去的当天正好赶上strike，打电话问如何到达酒店，接电话的工作人员英语非常差，且告诉我们只能自己坐water taxi。后来还好问了water shuttle工作人员，告诉我们公共交通路线，不然就要浪费几百块钱。其次，手指受伤打电话给前台要创口贴，催了两次，每次都说马上送，结果过了半小时还没有来，亲自下去拿的时候前台在和同事聊天，还说“对不起，刚才有点忙，忘记了”。请问你在忙什么呢？忙着聊天？酒店餐厅：服务员很少，有位年轻女服务生打翻面包也没有道歉，且搞错上菜顺序，导致几乎所有客人都吃好了我们才吃上饭！等了1个半小时！买单的时候POS还坏了，只能退房的时候一起结账。避雷酒店晚餐！最后，酒店雨伞很少，下雨天9点多出门已经没有雨伞提供了。你倒是每个房间准备一把啊？

Le gros avantage de cet hôtel est son personnel absolument adorable. Sinon attention, la note monte vite

Le personnel est adorable ! Toujours disponible, souriant, arrangeant, serviable.

La facture peut vite monter mine de rien. En effet, l’hôtel annonce une navette gratuite avec l’aéroport. Apparemment il y avait une maintenance la semaine où on y était... Mais en lisant des commentaires je vois que ce n’était pas seulement sur notre période. Donc en fait je pense que la navette est disponible que l’été et qu’elle n’est pas rentable pour eux l’hiver … mais autant être clair dessus. Du coup nous avons du payé le trajet… Ensuite ils annoncent un spa et une salle de sport à disposition… moyennant un supplément que nous apprenons en voulant y aller … là encore, ce n’est pas explicitement dit. La dame à l’accueil comment à discuter et nous dis que c’est partout pareil. Et bien non, personnellement nous avons déjà réservé des hôtels spa ou l’accès était compris… Ensuite attention au restaurant de l’hôtel. On a pris 2 menus le soir. En principe cela vaut le coup donc on ne s’est pas posé de question. Mais en fait en recalculant les plats que nous avons pris, ça nous aurai coûté moins cher de les prendre séparés. La note était de 30€ de plus … c’est là encore un peu sournois … Et enfin, dernier soir à l’hôtel, on veut se faire un Room service, avec des plats donc différents et donc moins cher que le restaurant… là encore le room service ne fonctionnait pas (pourquoi, on ne sait pas, les cuisines étaient ouvertes et il était juste 21h). il fallait commander les plats à la carte du restaurant … et donc payer plus cher … Rien de dramatique mais cette accumulation de petites choses nous ont un peu gâchés le séjour avec une impression qu’on nous prend pour des pigeons…

Great hotel for both business and pleasure!

This is a lovely hotel. Fun to get to via the taxi boats. The restaurant is superb. Great dinner menu and breakfast. Cannot fault it at all.

Excellent, we cannot wait to return

Breakfast very high standard ,from all the Italian Cheeses ,Meets ,Hot and cold food excellent great Italian Coffee. Sweets from the Bakery.Thank you Max and team Shuttle from the Airport was there on time very quick to the hotel. Room 304 great view over to Saint Marks ,Clean and all facilities there. 10 out of 10

Very disappointed

The breakfast was very poor and on top if we. Wanted a omelette or fried eggs we had to pay 10 euros extra

Wouldn’t stay again as it’s expensive and the rooms were all too hot.

Breakfast was very good but fairly expensive. Modern and clean all round. Their outdoor area was very nice too.

The room had a mezzanine floor with a big bed up top (nice) but the ground floor just had a pop up bed and a sofa bed. Not the best. The Air conditioning didn’t work properly and they couldn’t move us so we all slept in 30+ degrees heat (didn’t sleep much)

It was a heatwave in Italy this week. I can’t imagine being crammed in the main area of Venice!

Fabulous

What a wonderful experience! This was my first time visiting Venice and this hotel made the trip more memorable. The staff picked us up from the airport complimentary and took us right in front of the hotel. Check in was smooth, and we were able to drop off our bags before our check in time. The front desk staff was friendly, accommodating and helped us navigate around the area. We needed to stay an extra night at the last minute and the staff were quick to help. The rooms were well kept (my photo is after I took a quick nap upon arrival), air conditioned, with comfortable beds. The balcony door opens without a screen, which I liked. They have a lovely patio area shown in the first photo. The location is perfect for the island of Murano, as well as to access the main island of Venice via ferry taxi. The restaurants within the hotel had great food and the breakfast buffet is the best morning option on the island. Thank you again for a great stay!

The only issue I faced was that we were given a bathroom with a tall bathtub that was difficult to enter and exit, as well as very slippery.

perfecto for a short break!!!

loved the location, very opulent. The private water shuttle was magical felt like a celeb. I would also like to thank Francesca for her support and making me feel so special. In my room was a complimentary bottle of Prosecco to mark my birthday. definitely returning at some point and hope the care, standards remain the same.

the WiFi was non-existent in my room and had to resort to using my data package. Also on Thursday morning, cleaning staff entered my room un-announced. lastly no iron in room, however once requested, one was provided along with a robe.

Great location is lovely, small and quiet island where you're away from all crowd and just 15min away from Venice. There is a lot of daily ferry, so transportation is not an issue

The hotel is nice and clean, staff are polite and helpful. It would have been nice if the hotel had more leisure facilities like a swimming pool or even bathtub

There is no air conditioning. They said a water taxi from Marco Polo Airport is free based on the "availability" but we had booked our rooms and the water taxis many days before arrival but once the cancellation policy was passed, two days before our arrival, I received a message saying the taxi was not available for us.So we couldn't cancel because it was passed the cancellation policy and we had to pay for the taxi to and from Murano and Venice.

Tried to order food at the bar and was told the kitchen was "closed" yet shortly after, a family or four was seated and was served. Not surprised as this happens often as a solo traveler.

Hotel cleanliness Food was good and fresh 5M away from Murano Museo water taxi stop
