The location provides a very good view of the fjord in Flåm. It would be a better choice to take a summer vacation there.
It would be better to provide some slippers since we were told by a notice attached near to the door that the shoes must be taken off before entering.

Good location. Clean.
Organization of layout was not thought through. Microwave far away from kitchen counter, no space to put things down any ware in bathroom or hang things in bathroom, not a lot of counter space in kitchen, too many tables. Large bed was two twin mattresses put together so middle was a gap and bed was uncomfortable. Stove directions poor and missing painted indicators on dials.

After some negative reviews we were surprised. The property is about a kilometre out of town, but an easy walk along a flat path next to a lovely river. It was actually nice to stay away from all the tourists in town. We were met by a lovely friendly receptionist who couldn’t have been more helpful. Although old, the room was clean and included many things not found in fancy places - like a coffee machine and microwave. It’s quite with lovely views. We were happy to stay there.
The furniture, cupboards and bathroom is a little worn out and could do with updating. It is pricy, but in relation to all the other hotels in this very touristy place.

It was central in Flåm with parking which made things easy.
It was very cheap no frills hostel accommodation provided at luxury price point and I was very very disappointed. The apartment was furnished very cheaply and was superficially clean but there was dust on the skirting boards and side tables. The soap dispensers were empty, for the price I would have expected some toiletries provided. There was no tea or coffee or welcome guide. Instead, from the notices on the wall it seemed rather a chore for the staff to keep the place clean. The apartment next door by was even worse with four beds in a room dormitory style. Futhermore there was no sound proofing so we could hear the people in the room above stomping around in the evening and rearranging their furniture at 6am. This is by far the worst value accommodation I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in both hostels as well as 5 star luxury hotels throughout the world. I would suggest staying anywhere else. Flam is attractive but there are other beautiful and accessible places to stay before resorting to staying here.

The location was gorgeous, green, beautiful with Brekkefossen (waterfall) within walking and viewing distance and close to the train station.
It was more like an Airbnb than a hotel, so in comparing it to other Airbnb’s it was quite basic. The bed was pushed up against the wall, so I had to climb over my husband in the middle of the night to use bathroom. The kitchen had dishes and some utensils, but random - no spatula for eggs, dull knives, no basis condiments or coffee for the coffeemaker, the most basic soap in bathroom.

Close to great hike and Flåm the town.
The apt are small and really only comfortable for 2 maybe 3 people. Though not many options in Flam so squeeze 4 if needed and enjoy the outdoors!

Host was responsive to answer questions ahead of arrival, parking was easy, fridge and stove worked.
The accommodation was the worst by far of all the places we stayed in Norway, particularly at the very high price charged. Almost too many problem points to list:
- The "bedroom" is just an open space right next to the entrance, with a window that had broken blinds. You have to crawl over one of the beds to get to the other one (see picture). No blackout curtains. Even with all the lights turned off, the outside light streams into the bedroom, making sleep very difficult. We had to try and do makeshift curtains with garbage bags to cover the light as much as we can. The door entrance has glass with no blind.
- The bed "mattresses" are cheap thin foam. The bedding provided for the sofabed was the wrong size and there was no one on site to help address any issues.
- The toilet flusher button was broken, although it was still possible to flush. The shower and toilet area is tiny.
- Limited hot water, when you go into the unit they have a sign saying to not take long showers or they run out of hot water.
- We could hear every move of the neighbors next door.
- It is a long walk to the town center on a dirty and dusty gravel road dodging farm sprinkler systems and oncoming traffic. We felt sorry for some people arriving by bus and carrying the luggage down this road. You can smell the cow manure everywhere because you're next to a farm.
- The host requires you to empty the garbages and take of all the bed sheets and towels and put them on the floor after the stay or else you get charged an extra fee. You only find this out when you check in.

We had a 2 bedroom apartment. While basic, it had everything we needed. Views across the field to the mountains were lovely. Dinner options in Flåm are limited and expensive, so great to be able to cook instead. Good shower and comfortable bed. Free car parking and an easy 15 minute walk into Flåm.

Beautiful little apartment with a patio and excellent kitchen facilities. Staff were vey helpful and check in/out was very easy.

La ubicación es excepcional. La comodidad y cercanía al pueblo es un privilegio. La atención en todo momento fué fluída.

Mooie omgeving. Schoon appartement. Alle keukenvoorzieningen. Waterkoker, oven, kofiezetapp, broodrooster ed zijn aanwezig en allemaal schoon. Buiten diverse zitjes ( nit echt combi). Zicht op de watervallen en geiten/geitjes en varkens / biggetjes.
Prijs /kwaliteit verhouding viel tegen. Ruimte was te klein voor 3 personen. Als je de slaapbank uitklapt is er geen loopruimte. En elke x inklappen doe je ook niet. Badkamer lekte maar dat wordt nog gerepareerd. Tijdelijk met handdoeken het doorlopende water uit de douche opgevangen. Supermarkt en restaurants ligggen net te ver om te lopen om 'even' wat te halen. Ong 20-25 min heen x 2.
Mis paar fijne (lig)stoelen om vanuit de veranda te genieten van het uitzicht. Keukenspullen is aan vervanging toe.

La ubicación es espectacular, en plena naturaleza. El apartamento realmente es una casita con una cocina totalmente equipada, es muy buena opción para pasar varios días.
Pese a que hay carteles indicándote que seas responsable con el agua de la ducha ya que es comunitaria, fue imposible que nos ducháramos, el agua estaba congelada!

Es un grupo de casitas, a unos 15 minutos a pie del pueblo de Flam. El entorno es precioso, vale mucho la pena. Son tipo bungalow, pero tienen todo lo necesario, incluso una pequeña cocina. Muy limpias y cómodas. Las vistas son espectaculares. Llegada autónoma, si llegas después de las 8. Todo fácil y práctico.

Clean apartment and well equipped kitchen. Location is a short nice walk from downtown.
We had to wonder how to check ourselves in as we didn't get clear instructions on how to do it prior to getting there and there was no one in the reception to receive us, the back door of the apartment wouldn't lock so we had to leave our stuff and sleep the night with this door unlocked, I don't care how safe Norway is, this just made for an unpleasant experience. Wouldn't book again.

Amazing location, lovely apartment with sufficient facilities including a washing machine, oven and hob. Shop nearby and lots of hikes to do. Hosts were lovely and replied super fast.
The WiFi wasn’t working for the duration of our stay, although our hosts did try and fix it and apologised for the inconvenience. I’m sure this will be something sorted for any future occupants though!

La struttura esterne molto caratteristica, il paesaggio ha creato un'atmosfera spettacolare.
Il bagno era piccolino ma veramente molto curato.
C'era il microonde, il bollitore e il tostapane...tutto il necessario!
All'interno della camera si trovano gli asciugamani e le lenzuola pulite (bisogna farsi il letto)
Mancava l'asciugacapelli.
Letto scomodo, materasso pessimo.
Non abbiamo visto nessuno della reception: appena arrivati ci siamo trovati una lista di nomi e cognomi con le assegnazioni degli appartamenti.

L’emplacement est agréable et accessible à pieds des activités et du centre (1,2 km du centre de flam et de la gare)
La vaisselle est très salle, la literie très inconfortable (canapé lit dont le matelas est déformé, lorsque l’on bouge tout le lit bouge) impossible de dormir à 2 et mal de dos le reste du séjour. Les locaux sont vétustes. Pas d’eau chaude pendant 1 jour et demi. A -16 degré dehors c’est inadmissible. Par ailleurs les joints de la douches sont vétustes entraînant l’inondation de la salle de bain.

Nothing at all.
We were 3 people. At the site it was saying it was one bedroom and one sofa bed. But when we entered the room there was not a bedroom but a common place with a fake wall in the middle that separated the bedroom and the sofa bed. I tried to explain to the manager that I don’t feel comfortable like this cause I am traveling with my husband and one of our friends but she really didn’t care. I told her that the booking confuses the client and she also denied that. She was really ironic and mean on the phone. After that and when we entered the room, the beds were not being made and we had to made them cause this is the policy!!! First time in my life is see something like this. Also, sheets pillows blankets and towels they were missing like they didn’t see that the reservation was for 3 people and not for one. No shampoo, for your shower they are offering HAND SOAP!!! The location was really far from the village, they offer transfer by paying 15€, the place smells really bad, there is no privacy, even there is light coming inside the room when you try to sleep because the bed is literally next to the entrance door. It was totally a disaster and the staff working there makes it even worse with their attitude and the fact that they don’t care about the customer at all, only to take the money and nothing else. Imagine that for paying the transfer they bothered us twice by knocking on our door and not letting us to settle down first.

Bedroom had no heat. Bathroom had no heat. Very cold. There was noise from the unit above us until 2:00 am. Was not able to ‘fix’ the issues.

Nos alojamos en una casa en la colina, no en la zona de recepción. Casa muy grande, con dos plantas y 4 habitaciones. Las vistas desde la terraza espectaculares. Nos costó encontrarla pero llamamos a recepción y vinieron rápidamente a guiarnos hasta la casa.
No es nueva, pero esta todo aceptable. Los huéspedes tienen que hacer las camas y poner las fundas a los edredones y antes de irse quitarlos.

Location is at the base of the mountain, but close to train and dock, that made the location good for us.
The bed has only one side open, the picture shows it, which makes it not practical
The sheets are not wide enough for a double bed. You need to swipe the floor even if there is a fee for cleaning
However, the sheets are clean, the kitchen has the necessary, there are benches for eating outside , surrounded by nature! All good for 1 night!

You felt like being very close to nature and very nice mountain views from the flat. Very quiet location and parking space next to the flat. City center of Flam was only 500 meters away which you could access by car or by foot. Kitchen and bathroom were very basic but clean. Beds were comfortable.
Hot water in the shower could be problem since there was only 1 shared boiler for the building.
