It was abit run down, the rooms just needed a freshen up

The location
The room service staff were extremely rude. Also there was no water in the morning for 3 hours so i was unable to shower.
3.5
Breakfast great lack of vegetarian options on some nights
Second night was a chicken, meatballs or scampi

Felt breakfast was poor but couldn't fault dinner
Only top window opened in bedroom, windows covered in opaque plastic, no outlook, room very stuffy. No housekeeping in the 3 days that we stayed. Lift was out of order was told when received phone call to advise lift was out of order that would be given a room with as few stairs as possible due to having breathing issues, was given room on top floor.

Excellent value for money stay. The room was very well furnished, and it was also very comfortable as well. The bathroom was very clean, and it had a bathtub as well. The hotel itself is in a quiet location, located on the North shore, but still within a reasonable walking distance of Blackpool town centre as well.
Everything was fine really, there was nothing particularly unlikeable about the hotel or the room at all.

Room was quite big for Blackpool, bathroom was huge!! Booked for new years eve was pleased we got a parking spot and had plenty of room to get ready. It's only a short taxi ride or approx 25min walk into Blackpool centre pier. The hotel was quiet and well managed despite being quite busy
I dont have any complains....

I always ask for a double bed n furthermore the room was very small and the room that was given to me initially had a blocked gutter n the whole room had a stench. Got another room but the bed was against the wall room was a pigeon room small as hell

Location

There was nothing to like at the Savoy blackpool regarding my stay other than parking outside the property and the lady on the desk in the morning said sorry regarding the early morning wake up call/Intruder. 😡
The picture on here was nothing from what I booked with Savoy hotel Blackpool on booking.com !.. My partner and i were put in a very dated room with 2 double beds and bunk beds. The bathroom had no locks and door wouldn't stay shut. Windows wouldn't close and Bed uncomfortable. When asked for help or different room. I was offered a mattress topper yet I was given a mattress protector lol. To add salt to the wound, early morning at 7.50am somebody walked in the room without warning... Avoid this place as my first experience was a terrible. 😡😡😡😡 Britannia hotels ltd ( https://www.britanniahotels.com/about-us ) this wasn't acceptable at all.

I was very much looking forward to my stay I am solo traveller and was ready for a rest, there was some confusion about the timing which I felt could be rectified the following day, however your receptionist refused to allow me into the room which I felt was unreasonable and not good practice for the hospitality industry.

Worried the thin quilts might not be sufficient but the room was warm, and additional blankets were made available though not needed.
Room rather "dated". Bath had no plug which may have been to encourage its use as a shower facility only but sometimes you just need a pleasant soak after an arduous journey!

The food on offer was of good standard catering staff were fantastic.
The room was dated and in poor repair, no working door handle to bathroom, communal areas well lit, bulbs removed in room, bed hard and noisy needed replacing, tea, coffee stains to walls and skirting boards, thread bare carpets to main stair way. Parcel tape holding glass windows together, overall no investment back into an ageing building.
