Casa Susanna is a reasonably priced hotel located in the heart of the romantic zone.

super clean friendly and helpful staff

pool was closed but they did give out bracelets allowing you to use the pool of other hotels

Great location, great staff. Room very basic.

Loved the location- right in the heart of things. Just a block from the beach and restaurant options galore. Staff was friendly and helpful

Room super small and uncomfortable. Had a min-fridge, but nothing to sit on but the bed. No microwave. Room 104. Was told the rooms on the inside corridor are standard rooms so pretty basic. Upgrade your room to one with a balcony- those rooms are bigger and not that much more expensive.Had a musty smell that just wouldn’t go away. No ice available

location is amazing. the roof top pool is great after the beach plus get to use Arcs hotel beach club. 2nd time stayed there. will stay there in 2023.

First time I stayed there and it was wonderful. The concierge, Lamar, was exceptional and she went above and beyond my expectation. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. It was very clean and comfortable. Convenient location. I plan to return. Great place to stay again and again. Thanks.

The pool was not in service for my entire stay, which I was not expecting.

Beware

Location was great

The rooms STINK. I even moved to a second room and it didn't matter. The smell hurt my eyes. The advertisement is misleading. The lovely pool and beach pictures are at the sister resort, which I only had access to once I paid for the all inclusive. The pool on site was under renovation and this should be noted on the site.

It our second visit and we expect another next year!

This was our second year at Casa Dona Susana and it was beautiful and amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful and we got a free meal at one of the restaurants because of the length of our stay. It was really amazing to spend a week with a balcony.

Great hotel

Location and price were perfect! I was offered a room upgrade and the room was very quiet.

The shower frequently overflowed and with the summer heat that was less than optimal. This was a minor inconvenience though!

Very good

Charming hotel--very centrally located--quiet--exceptional staff. This is a small, older hotel that is not particularly spacious but is well-maintained. I love the little rooftop garden. This is a modest place and priced accordingly but is a very pleasant place to stay.

the upstairs pool and rooftop is beautiful. the building is charming.

the bed was awful and the room was tiny. the only “cleaned” once in a week and it was just the floors and making the bed. they didn’t change the sheets, we had to ask for water and toilet paper everyday. not great

Pleasant

The hotel is close to everything we wanted: the beach, restaurants and shopping. We really enjoyed strolling around the streets. The entrance and lobby are charming. The pool was very comfortable and the pool lounge areas are very quiet and lovely, with the shade of an enormous tree.

The room was quite small and the ceiling was low, which made it uncomfortable. There were very few electrical outlets, which we needed to us our laptop. There is no bar or cafe in the hotel, which I missed in the description of the property.

Exceptional

Had room on ground floor and it was bigger than other rooms that we had stayed in before. This was our 4th time staying in this hotel. Love that it's quiet, adult only hotel. Nothing fancy but it's got a comfortable king bed, bath and easy access to the beach at sister hotel. It's our go to hotel in the Romantica district of PV.

Wifi was spotty at the pool area on the roof top otherwise no complaints.

My stay was great, comfortable, fun, and a perfect location to everything.

I had an issue with my room, but that staff helped and then I was upgraded. Very thankful for that and it was a great room. I was very happy with how accommodating the team was.

The wifi was going in and out sometimes. But wasnt too bad. Thats about it.

Great location in a very nice hotel.

Second stay with them. Can't beat the location. Room was clean and the bed comfortable. We had a vehicle and we had a parking space. Next time in PV we will stay here again.
