Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good. I brought my dog with me and we had no problems at all. Above it all, the place was very clean and with an amazing fresh smell as well.
I came by car and used the car to get around Rome. The parking spots near the hotel might get full depending on time but we still have plenty public spaces nearby (20 meters or so). Not a big problem but if I have to mention a downside, this was it.
3.5
The staff are super nice and supportive.
The rooms are clean.
The have a good simple breakfast.
The distance from the city.
The bed is not comfortable.
The hotel is on a high way so its bit noisy at night.
Though I requested non-smoking room but the room was so smelly.

cosy room
the wifi didn’t reach into our room and I wanted
to change but then I would have to pay for a whole new room. and the staff in the breakfast didn’t tell us that we could have
more rhan the croissant that they gave us one
each so that was a very bad breakfast
but the girl in the reception was a star

THE ROOM WAS TOO DARK. NEED FOR MORE LIGHTS.
I THINK THAT IT NEED RENOVATION.
THE LOCATION -WAS FAR FROM THE CENTER (NEED BUS, METRO TO APPROCHE CENTER)
BREAKFAST WAS TASTY BUT BASIC-NEED MORE OPTIONS

Close to the main road
The breakfast service is away from respecting the customer needs. They brought tea in water glass and in pot for another customer stating they have 1 pot (in a bistro!) and the other person is their regular customer although ordered after me! So this is the approach, what a pity! I gave the feedback to the staff and they didn't even care. Because I am not a regular customer of bistro!!! For the rooms, the isolation between rooms are like made of glass, meaning no isolation. Sleeping before 2 a.m. and after 6 a.m. is impossible. While another person is having a shower in the another room, all the water sound is in your room. Everything is way too old and uncomfortable in the rooms. You can compensate some of the things if you have a good service, however this is not the case in this hotel at all.
