Was just a two minute walk from the blue gate and with plenty of places to eat nearby.
Peaceful quiet location yet right at the heart of it all.

The hotel location is very close to the Main Street which is easy to find after parked car. 5 mins to the blue gate and 15 mins to the royal palace. The hotel is very clean and staffs are very friendly and welcome. Muhammad welcomed us with a great smile and offered Moroccan tea. The next morning, we had our breakfast at the rooftop. we booked a local tour guide for half day from hotel recommendation. Hamza who is another hotel staff also helped us on the 2nd day a lot when we need more tea during the day and breakfast to go.

The receptionist was super helpful and gave lots of detailed information . He was a young man with a lot of charisma and enthusiasm. The reception room was extremely beautiful.
The walls were thin so we could hear street noise.

The place is beautiful and the location is just perfect (a few minutes from every place of interest and just near the streets where cars can park). The recepcionist, Mehdi, is so so kind and helpful, he is always trying to make your stay easier. The terrace where the breakfast (really good) is served is quiet and lovely. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in Fez. Thank you Mehdi!
Everything was perfect

The Riad is located close to the Blue Gate and a lot of restaurants and shops. The Riad itself has a beautiful reception hall and the views from the roof were fantastic. The staff was very kind and helpful and the breakfasts were excellent.

Wow, this riad was simply gorgeous, we could just sit in the lobby drinking mint tea the whole day!
Room was super comfortable.
Great breakfast with a view from rooftop
Friendly english-speaking receptionists
nothing, it was perfect
just keep in mind if you have a car that it will be a short 5-10 minutes walk from the parking. There are few parking places near medina, like Parking Bab Boujloud, paid I belive 20 dirhams for night.

Everything. The interior is gorgeous. Room is spacious and I am absolutely in love with the mosaic wall and celling. Facilities are on point. Staff are extremely helpful and accommodate our needs 24/7. Located right outside the medina. The breakfast on terrace was the best I have had in Morocco. This place is a 11 out of 10.

Excellent hotel with great location right in the medina. Lobby and rooms are excellent with lovely mosaic work. Breakfast at rooftop is excellent! Great value for money

The breakfast was a great traditional Moroccan breakfast! The staff was absolutely amazing, we only encountered, one but he was incredibly attentive and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone! It has AC, a beautiful sitting area and terrace as well.
Not a negative against the hotel, just be aware that you will need to pay separately (and preferably in cash) the tourist fee. Also cars cannot pull up to the hotel directly as it's in an alleyway in the Medina, but very easy to get to!

We really liked Mohammed. He was personable and a great host.
The smell in our room was musty. The water pressure was low. The pillows were hard.

The staff is exceptional and took such good care of ys when Fez was locked down and there were no restaurants open. They found someone to cook us dinner and deliver it to the riad. Best of all they kept us updated on the situation during the city shutdown due to corona virus, made phone calls for us, etc. The breakfasts are huge and delicious and the rooms are lovely.
Nothing. Everything was perfect.

The location is nice for sightseeing
The riad is cold, bathroom smells disgusting and the staff are slow and not ready to proactively help, some don’t understand English and not even French

We enjoyed nice stay in this hotel. Traditional Moroccan architecture is like a palace. Good location and friendly staff. I will recommend it to my friend.

The staff were incredibly friendly.
My room has a funny smell, which probably came from the rugs in the room.
