Hôtel pratique pour sa proximité de l’aéroport

Bon rapport qualité prix. Proximité aéroport.

Personnel serviable mais pas toujours fiable. Chambre petite avec climatisation inadaptée, trop forte (pas d’intermédiaire possible). Pas de dressing dans la chambre, nous avons accroché les cintres sur des vis plantés dans le mur de la chambre. Pendant tout notre séjour, un chien du voisinage a aboyé tous les matins pendant des heures sans arrêt. La nourriture du restaurant était passable.

Perfect stay at local owned friendly hotel

The women who run it are great. They were so helpful. I also loved the pool and the laidback feel.

La casa es muy linda , la piscina hermosa con sombra de árboles .

Me gustaría que tuvieran más variedad de mar en la carta tipo mariscos , me pareció muy básica la comida .

Good hotel close to airport.

The hotel is very nice. We chose it for its proximity to the airport, for we had a very early departure. The room was very nice and clean. The staff are helpful and the kitchen puts out some really good food.

This place was perfect for our purpose. The beach is a short walk away, but there isn’t much else around it.

Muy buena opción a 3 cuadras del mar

La comida es preparada en el momento, muy rica. La piscina se ve limpia y tiene sombra. Queda cerca de la playa La sra Angela es muy amable Amamos los animalitos del hotel, Rita, Cuba y Chico.

La habitación muy cómoda y linda, la comida que preparaban deliciosa, los espacios comunes muy acogedores. El aire funcionaba a la perfección

La ubicación, se puede ir a la playa pero no hay nada más cerca, ni supermercado, ni tiendas, nada turístico, es decir, todo se debe hacer en el hotel. Y si quieres ir a santa Marta, debes tomar taxi que cobran bastante, o autobús, los cuales manejan como cavernícolas. El vecino del hotel hacía fogatas todos los días y noches, lamentablemente la habitación que nos tocó daba directamente al vecino y se sentía olor en la habitación, además del temor que el fuego pudiera salir se de sus manos. No incluye desayuno, pero por un precio módico se desayuna en el hotel. La carta podría ser más variada.

The dorm room I was in gave me enough privacy. The included breakfast was great. Nice pool and plenty of vegan options at the restaurant.

The photos are slightly deceiving, it didn’t look quite as I expected. A little tricky to get to, especially if you have a suitcase!

Hotel convenient to the airport Santa Marta

It was very clean . The staff were kind. The breakfast and food is payable, it was prepared on the spot.

Personally I would prefer a handheld shower hose, I am not fond of only ceiling ones especially when it’s not powerful . I would have liked a toilet seat & lid, my toilet had no such thing (see photo ) . The location wasn’t the best. Nothing to see apart from beach. Unfortunately the Light and WiFi went out for seven hours. Expect noise at all times from barking dogs and overhead planes ✈️ as it’s next to the runway . Not to mention the neighbor guests, the walls are paper thin. The rip off taxi for the few minutes ride to the airport.

Hermosa estancia y playa con un ambiente acogedor.

Es un hotel muy cerca a la playa, es una zona tranquila, segura para ambiente familiar está muy bien. La atención especialmente de la señora Angela fue muy buena. lindas habitaciones y a muy buen precio. Es un hotel pequeño pero muy agradable, confortable y han creado unos espacions muy acogedores y lindos. Tiene una terraza con vista al mar. Es aproximadamente a cuadra y media de la playa. Recomendado.

Al hacer la reserva en la plataforma de booking decia que era incluyendo impuestos y luego booking cobró el 19% de iva. La plataforma debe ser honesta, este tema no fue del hotel sino de booking.

LA ATENCION DE LA SEÑORA ANGELA, PENDIENTE Y MUY PERO MUY AMABLE. NOS AYUDO CON TODO LO QUE NECESITAMOS, VIAJABA CON MIS PADRES DE 80 AÑOS Y NOS CONSIGUIO HABITACION EN EL PRIMER PISO Y AYUDO CON SU ACOMODACIÓN

NADA , SOLO ALGUNA RECOMENDACION, EN LA DESCRIPCION DICE VISTA AL MAR , LA CUAL ES EN LA TERRAZA DEL 4 PISO , NO ES PRIMERA LINEA DE PLAYA, PERO ME QUEDARÍA DE NUEVO SIN DUDARLO

Que cobren sin avisar un 5% más sobre el cobro total por cobro con tarjeta de crédito. Reglas de juego nuevas no me parece correcto. Diga lo desde el comienzo y uno decide

Nice hotel, disappointing airport transfer

Nice, clean rooms, friendly staff, super clean pool

One of the staff members wanted to drive us to the airport at 6am. I asked 4 times to make sure it's going to work out and she confirmed it and told us it would be 25.000 cop. In the morning there was nobody there and we couldn't find her anywhere or reach any other member of the staff. We had to get a taxi which took very long to get there as there is not much around. We almost missed our 700 Usd- flight because of that. It made us angry and disappointed. Other than that the hotel was really good.

Hot shower and spacious room.

Dog and cat interuppting meal continuously, staff weren't too helpful in trying to shoo them away. No 24 hour reception. Power cut.

Close to airport yet off the beaten path; close enough to the beach, yet far enough for isolation

the quiet and calm is what I hoped for, that is once the planes stopped flying overhead. there are positives and negatives to staying close to the airport. luckily the plane noise did not disturb us during our sleeping hours. staff super friendly and attentive; their kitchen had a variety of tasty food choices; once they get their rooftop remodeled it'll be a great place to hang out and enjoy the view

for 2 women it was not a good location to be able to go and walkabout after dark, even if it is only 6pm. as they say, off the beaten path, which for many it is a rush and an adventure; not our cup of tea, but not bad for our first visit to Santa Marta.

Hotel to rest, not to walk to the beach.

The friendliness and attentiveness of the hotel staff (Angela, Lauren, Kelly's and Yose). The comfort and decoration of the room Angelita's "arepas de huevo".

Unfortunately, the location of the hotel is not the best.
