Do not recommend!!

Staff at pool bar & cleaners were extremely helpful & welcoming and did their utmost to ensure our stay was pleasant. Great food, friendly and extremely hospitable and professional service. Thank you for making our stay bearable.

Management was extremely poor and unprofessional which was disappointing. Would not stay here again as manner in which we were spoken to was insulting and rude. Room decor was dated and bathrooms need upgrading. Pool area was unsafe, slippery and not to code.

Quiet hotel in great place near the beach, shops and restaurants

Great place, just 2-3 minutes from wonderful beach, many shops and restaurants around, but it was very quiet in the hotel and we really had a good rest. Very friendly and helpful stuff. Rooms were cleaned often. Pool area at the first sight looks not big, but we always had enough places here, both rooms had balconies. Recommend this place!

A hidden gem.

The hotel is in a perfect location: Just steps away from the beach in one direction,and just around the corner from the village. A few supermarkets twenty yards away in case you want bottled water,milk or anything The pool is lovely,with a little bridge over the middle. It has a beautiful garden and gazebo, well kept by Basil the owner.The reception area is bright and airy with a TV and huge sofas to sit on.Our room had a large double and a single bed,with loads of storage for clothes ,loads of hangers,and a full length mirror.Double doors open out to a nice size balcony overlooking the pool.It has quiet air-con and a safe,(£10 a week for safe).The shower has a sliding door and works well.The kitchen area has a kettle,fridge and cutlery ,plates etc. The staff are lovely,so welcoming and helpful.The pool bar is run by Bernie and Jan,who went out of their way when they heard that one of us was celebrating a birthday. They brought a cake with candles and four glasses of prosecco for us! This is the second time for us and I can see why people keep coming back.

It would be good to have a toaster and a couple of bowls for cereal since we're self catering.

Our second time here & very pleased with our choice, will go again.

Perfect position in town. Quiet area so not noisy but near to restaurants & bars, beach close by & an excellent pool area.

Bed was a little hard for us and pool a little cold but it is October!

Lovely hotel in a lovely location and lots of great restaurants nearby......superb.

Brilliant location 2 minutes to the beach and similar to the restaurants and bars but still quiet enough for a peaceful nights sleep, a good sized room with a lovely shower. The on site kitchen seemed to be very popular and cleaning was impeccably done every day, fabulous effort from the ladies. Did the beach on our last day and wished we'd done it earlier, a narrow beach crammed with sunbeds all to pay for, but the bay was really shallow and the sea nice and warm.

My biggest complaint is the usual one of beds claimed early morning with towels then not occupied for 2 or 3 hours, there should be a restriction until 10 AM to give people a chance. Minor complaint for the self catering facilities....bigger cups and a toaster needed for the brits who like their own brekkies.

fab holiday on a very pretty island

Pretty property with a lovely pool area. Location could not be faulted, a 3 minute walk to the beach in one direction and 3 minute walk to the bars, restaurants and shops in the opposite direction. All the staff were lovely and very helpful, and worked very hard to keep the property clean and well kept. Would definitely stay at this property again.

TV reception was very hit and miss (not that you go on holiday to watch TV), would be beneficial for the owners to fit satellite TV

The Hotel and the staff are really great 👍 It's like 3 minutes to the beach and 3-5 minutes walk to the center of Tsilivi. Hotel has a pool, rooms are spacious, clean, it has everything you need. Parking lot in front of the house. If you need something, staff will help you.

Very nice staying

The internet was unexpectedly good, and the bathroom was nice 👍 very close to the beach and center of Tivilis.

The pillows are very uncomfortable.

Great location - 200 meters from the beach. Around a lot of great restaurants and local shops if you need to do purchases. Very good location to visit the island by car or quad. Nice personel, very clean and nice swimming pool where you can get some rest after a whole day :).
