Séjour qui ne laissera pas de souvenir

J’ai beaucoup aimé sa situation et son niveau de propreté

Personnel très distant ( pas accueillant) Chambre 613 la douche était soit froide soit brûlante . L’air conditionné impossible à régler

Location & breakfast saved hotel. Not a 4 * service and bar has no food and in the lobby.

The room was quiet and no noise The location was the best thing about this hotel Breakfast was good with plenty of choice, clean & cleared quickly Concierge had lovely warm, smiling and helpful manner to deal with the only staff that reflected it was a 4 * Hotel

Room was much smaller than imagined like a box. Beds too unsupported when sat down and slept on them. Checkin to hotel 9-10pm tired travelling all day and girl was cold did checkin real fast no care. I had to ask her time for breakfast, where etc. Went to our room found it was a double and we booked twin. Went back to reception a man there told him problem with our beds and he accused me of booking it incorrectly he had a double for our booking, I told him I had booked two singles travelling with my 19 year old son and not sleeping with him in a double for 5 nights. He repeated that I had booked double & fully booked. I was getting frustrated at this stage and said I had never had this experience about booking wrong bed type before. I checked my phone and had a email confirming I had booked twin beds. The man on reception looked at it but gave no apology. Another man came out from behind the curtain behind reception and started to be aggressive in manner to me saying he did not like the way I was talking to his staff member? The staff member remained calm he started to look for another room for me. The man from behind the curtain continued to give me a hard time that they cannot guarantee twin beds. I had to argue back than why have the option to pick on the booking,com gave me option for double or twins, I picked the twins they were available. I would not have booked this hotel if I could not have gotten twin beds. He went quiet then but he was horrible to deal with and so unprofessional. I told him would not return to the hotel because of their carry on and would like to speak to a Manager tomorrow. He told me one on early in the morning and then said its a Sunday none but next day was Saturday!! I was given a twin room. Horrible start to our holiday. I was sick on the third day got sore throat/swollen glands would not allow my son bring me some bfast to my room told him she has till 10am to come down like everyone else. Unkind hard attitude.

Temiz ve merkezi

Otelin konumu çok iyi, Friedrichstrasse tren istasyonuna 5 dk, Berlin central station ve Reichstag’a 15dk mesafede. Çevresi güvenli ve gece geç saatlere kadar hareketli. Oda ve banyo çok temiz ve büyüktü. Çalışanlar yardımseverdi.

Yataklar orta rahattı. Duvarlar inceydi. Bina kanalın hemen yanında ama tüm odalar avluya ya da arka sokağa bakıyor.

Ideales Businesshotel

Das Hotel liegt 5 Minuten Fußweg vom Bahnhof Friedrichstraße entfernt in ruhiger Lage. Das Personal an der Rezeption arbeitet zuvorkommend und trotzdem zügig. Alle im Vorfeld genannten Wünsche wurden erfüllt und so erhielt ich auch ein Zimmer zum Innenhof. Das Zimmer ist ausreichend groß und verfügt über alles, was man so braucht. Das Bett war gut und die Ausstattung sauber gepflegt.

Der Vorhang ist ein wenig zu klein und lässt dadurch Licht von außen ins Zimmer, so dass es keine richtige Dunkelheit im Zimmer gibt.

Emplacement idéal et repos garanti.

Hôtel extrêmement bien placé. Le meilleur endroit pour moi pour visiter Berlin. Quartier agréable et très bien desservi. Notre chambre (chambre confort) donnait sur le côté, sur une petite rue très calme. Absolument aucun bruit. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les éclairages des tables de nuit et l'abondance de prises. Des petits détails qui apportent beaucoup de confort. Literie très confortable. Pas testé les petits déjeuners. Après des journées très denses nous avons pu nous reposer et bien récupérer.

Juste un peu déçu par la taille de la chambre. Elle correspondait certainement aux m2 indiqués mais les photos avec grand angle laissent toujours imaginer des espaces plus spacieux. Les huisseries étaient un peu écaillées mais la chambre était très propre.

Staff was always polite and helpful. Coffee station in the morning is a nice touch. Sound isolation was very good.

"Fitness room" is an exagerated name. There is a reclined bike, a treadmill, and a weights pulley machine that was out of order.

Superb

Great location - the many restaurants along the Spree waterfront nearby were excellent, and an unexpected bonus. We never lacked for dining choices. Proximity to the Friedrichstrasse S-bahn and U-bahn station was also most welcome.

Room size was a bit small, we had large-size luggage that was hard to access in such a small space. The room also could use more drawer space. otherwise the room was comfortable, clean, and well-appointed.

Brilliant stay in a great location - great staff.

Brilliant location, clean and modern building, very clean, friendly & helpful staff.

We had a great stay and would go back again. If there was one thing I would change, it would be to have UHT milk sachets to go with the complementary coffee in the room, not powdered - but that’s personal preference, and if that’s the worst thing I can say, then I’d say you’re doing a brilliant job! once again, thank you for a lovely stay.

Great location, with brilliant staff and management

A great location, with excellent transport connections while being away from the noise and chaos of the Alexanderplatz. Very good staff, polite and efficient and speaking marvellous English, and a sense of humour which they need sometimes when dealing with grumpy tired, old travellers like me.

I would have preferred a coffee machine rather than making instant in the room but that’s my only grumble, and it’s a very small one.

The location was perfect. The hotel is well designed with quirky decor choices. We had everything we needed in our cozy room, and the bed was very comfy.

The room was too warm, but the window opened out to a noisy courtyard. The room was also packed with furniture-- there was maybe 50 cm between the foot of the bed and the wall.

Very good location, good breakfast, nicely looking place, has the majority of basic needs. Bed was taking major space in a room, but a bit too soft if you have back issues and prefer mid-soft surfaces

Room is very small, barely could find place to store your luggage (apparently there are a bit bigger rooms in a hotel worth checking). no shampoo etc. no soap in a shower (empty bottle), no slippers provided (that's was super weird for 4* hotel), water was running on a floor from shower
