It was ideal for me staying on my own for getting to Snetterton race circuit early in the morning
I found the room cold

Very comfortable and homely. Bed was comfortable, duvet and pillows excellent. Shower good. We brought our own food and the cooking facilities were fine, did the job.

It was private and spacious
Door was very difficult to lock, parking should be number and allocated depending on the room booked.

A delightful overnight stay close to Norwich. Exactly what we needed at the time. Completely self contained and private.
Warm and cosy with good facilities: small oven, microwave etc. We were met by Joe , who showed us in and explained things like where to leave the keys in the morning.
For more than one/two nights, it would be too small.
A direct contact phone number would be useful; I needed to go back as I'd left something behind.

Location
Dark Road no lights to get to pub in evening. Torch would be handy 😀

I loved my stay at Cobweb Cottage, the room is well appointed nicely furnished and well decorated, Lovely and Homey perfect for a travelling sales rep, will be booking again. SO CHEAP!
The Local pub recommended was lovely to eat and food was fairly priced, the walk is straight forward but bring a Torch it gets so dark, Great for star gazing on the way back!
Ok, the WIFI is shocking! and considering the poor signal in the area too, it was an issue BUT its a period property so its kind of to be expected, the door height to the bathroom was comedically low, Again, its a period property so it more made me laugh that caused issue.
Parking is difficult but was clearly explained.
All issues entirely surmountable and added to the charm, just wish the WIFI was better.

The view from the field was beautiful.
I'm sorry to have negatives comments but the lodge needs a bit of work. It didn't look as though it had been cleaned properly.itI could be lovely with but not at the moment.

It was easy to access and had everything we needed when we arrived. It was clean and tidy.
We could have done with a bit of contrasting finishing to the lintel above the bathroom door. We appreciate its low due to the cottage structure but as you have to step down into it we could have done with a reminder to duck.

It was a charming relaxed place with a delightful hot tub overlooking a field and sunset .lovely gardens to sit in
Feather and down pillows were fab
The front door lock on our unit was not working well .Caused us a bit of stress and argument! Other than that a delightful place

The Shower

Property was nicely located in a quiet lane off the main drag. Inside it was small, but ideal for a short stay, with a kitchenette and shower in the bathroom. Served my needs spit on. Tea and coffee were also available along with a coffee filter option.
Nothing to dislike.

Absolutely gorgeous! A well equipped, beautiful cottage with access to a shared, stunning, large garden. Instantly felt at home. Very relaxed. Joe and his mum were great hosts!

Lovely little accommodation. Small but everything you need for a short stay. Comfy bed and great surroundings.
Sofa very uncomfortable and shower base extremely slippery.

lack of communication- had to chase the owner for check in and out times and details twice. only told on day of arrival of limited parking. we were never told what the check out time was!
lack of communication/knowledge of check in and out times and also only found out on day of arrival that we may not have
parking.

it was cosy and self contained
The WC didn’t flush, there was no soap in the shower and no milk in the fridge. Because the property is about 5 miles from the nearest shop I had to go out to buy milk. I can understand milk might be overlooked but it would have been a small but quite essential touch really.

the location
It was smaller dated and the bed linen had not been iron (small point). the cooking facilities weren’t great.
the garden looked like a derelict farmyard and the whole place looked like it needed a refresh.

Lovely little cottage. Great for a stop over for work. Good instructions on how to get there, which you need as very rural. Very warm and cosy. Had to turn heating down.

Nice location and space. I stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment and my colleague in the studio. Nice furniture and comfortable sofa and bed. Kitchen with all you would need, including hob, microwave, oven, coffee maker, toaster and kettle( it needs descaling)
The door was difficult to close. Bathroom sink was in the bedroom. The toilet and kitchen were clean but there was a lot of dust everywhere. I turned on the lamp near the sofa and you could see the layer of dust in it, same in the bedroom, especially in the frames and behind the headrest.
In the morning I tried to toast some bread, and not 30 seconds later the smoke alarm went, the same happened in the studio.
The worse for me is that I was having a phone conversation and suddenly I heard a voice coming from behind me, Turns out there was an Alexa in the living room, I don't understand why and why I wasn't notified of it. I don't really like to have that kind of devices spying on me and was not abused about it.

the quirkiness and access to the garden if it was a lovely hot day
very hot in the 1 bed apartment; so had window open as couldn’t turn down heating; quite small for a family of four. but perfect for just an overnight stay.

Very small, very quaint, quite old fashioned in many ways, but we actually loved that about it. Definately perfect for a couple, but a little squeezy for a family of four! However, it was great! It was clean and felt welcoming.
Nothing really negative, so only a few minor niggles: Tricky to find at night, but not much the host can do about that. Had trouble connecting with host, messages kept bouncing back and he wasn't keen to speak on the phone directly, so was a little frustrating, but we got there in the end and he was ultimately very helpful. Parking is also a squeeze, but all of these things should not put you off staying, just something to be aware of!

Hosts were very informative and helpful
Highly recommended
