We always order the fried bangus its delicious. The Hotel has a great location and is accessible within walking distance to Mall, Public Market and our office Standard Insurance Laoag Branch.

The staff were friendly and did their best to compensate fo other issues with this hotel.
The parking was off road and safe.
The hotel is in a densely populated part of Laoag. The street is packed with bikes and tricycles which par all along the whole street. The neighbours have dogs, which NEVER STOPPED BARKING. It was impossible to get any sleep on the first night. I spent the second day in bed trying to find some sleep at least during the day, IMPOSSIBLE. It was like so unbearable I went to several hardware stores locally, to buy sound proofing material to block the window out. They refused to cancel my booking for the remaining three days or to repay my fees. The owner tried to make amends, but noise is noise, worst of which is the to hear dogs barking. The third and fourth night was slightly better, because the hotel owner was able to get the neighbour to put the dogs indoors, but they were let loose / out again by 6AM each morning.
The breakfast was provided in packs and was a JOKE. The ONLY good point was the staff who somewhat compensated for this poorly managed and badly maintained facility. Bad, bad stay in general !

Great Location close to everything. Super good wifi. Wonderful hot shower. Comfy beds. Good value for money. Friendly helpful staff. Cool city. We saw the motorcycle taxi parade and loved it! Mind blown. Great old church tower too. City full of friendly people.
Do not get the breakfast in a box. You can thank us later. No elevator - but staff very helpful in getting bags up and down. No kettle to make Nescafe coffee and not allowed to use your own kettle.

The staff were friendly and quick when asked for something. The breakfasts were nice and they didn't try to scam us with the final price at the end of our stay.
The rooms aren't cleaned unless you specifically ask for it, you have to keep asking for toilet paper, the hair dryer you have to get from the front desk... It's taped up and has low blowing pressure so. It's a really bad hairdryer.

The location is nice and in the city center.
They don’t accept card. they are limited just cash only.

The location is great. Walking distance to our meeting venue. The place is clean and the room smells fresh. Comfortable beds and linens. The staff is polite and courteous. Breakfast in bed is just fine.
The noise of the door on the next room and conversation at the lobby is annoying in the middle of the night. They should have been warned to lower their voices during rest and sleeping time

The rooms are clean.
The staff are accomodating during the checkin.
The location is good.
I felt like i was deceived. I understand that the payment will be handled by the property but rates posted in booking.com is totally different upon payment. They charged more. And they didn't even bother to at least alert the customer. We have been exchanging messages in booking.com apps for some of my queries but they didnt mention anything about the pricing. Because of this, i won't be recommending this hotel to any of my friends or family.

Stayed here for 1 night, though our bus arrived from Manila at 7.30 am, the hotel allowed us to have an early check-in with no questions asked and no extra payment. We were very grateful for this.
The room was spacious and clean and the bathroom had a hot shower.
The location of the hotel is great to explore the few attractions in the town center before going further afield. It's a minutes walk to the Sinking Bell tower, the cathedral and the main square.
The receptionist even helped us get in touch with a taxi driver which we needed to head to Vigan later.
Would definitely recommend Hotel Lourdes when in the area.

Clean property. Clean room. Friendly staff.
Not that much in terms of food options, the tv went out for a while, and the wifi didn’t work at all.

Big bathroom, lots of hot water, decent wifi
A lot of noise. Our room close to reception and guests banging about at 6am. There's a lack of basic manners in this country.
