Your new home is perfectly situated in the historic tree lined Montford District which is one of the most desirable neighborhoods to live and stay in Asheville. This is a charming, scenic, residential area close to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. It is ideal for taking leisurely strolls to admire the architecture, visit with welcoming neighbors, or venture into town. This bright, recently remodeled one bedroom apartment has an atmosphere which can't be beat!Delight in eclectic sun filled rooms with old world charm and a design aesthetic which is both cozy and sophisticated. It is perfect for your extended stay as it has a fully equipped kitchen with a new 5 burner gas stove, dishwasher, full size refrigerator with ice maker and drawer freezer, filtered water from every fixture, a fully stocked cabinet with handmade dishes and glassware, laundry facilities, and dedicated parking steps from the front door.
This private space is a large one bedroom unit with a compact, yet fully equipped cooks kitchen, relaxing sun room, and a bright, charming bathroom with large refinished antique tub. Relax in the airy living room, stream your favorite programming, or read a book in the sun room on the convertible love seat which can become a chaise lounge or single bed. The comfortable large bedroom with queen sized luxury mattress and bedding is surprisingly serene in the evenings as the bustling neighborhood goes to sleep for the night. Traveling professionals, retirees, and adventurists alike will enjoy the convenience to downtown, the byways to the mountains and rivers, and neighborhood green spaces.
All guests staying with me will be asked to provide a copy of their ID, and those staying for more than 7 days will be asked to sign a rental agreement and pay a $1000 security deposit.
Several nearby eateries offer a variety of menus and libations within walking distance including; Nile Mile, Chiesa, Little Jumbo, 5 Points, and All Day Darling.
All of Asheville, including the River Arts District, downtown, the South Slope, East side, and West Asheville are a mere 3-7 minute drive from your accommodations.
The apartment is located .07 of a mile from downtown Asheville, .05 mile to UNCA, and .05 mile to grocery stores. Taxi's are a $5 ride to the city center or you can walk there in about 15 minutes. It is approximately a 20 minute drive to the Asheville Airport, and the bus line is only a block from the house. .
Please plan on spending some time together when you arrive so I may introduce you to the building, it's amenities, and familiarize you with the area. I will always be available to answer your questions or address concerns by phone or text 24 hours a day should a problem arise.

The apartment is charming, cozy, and such a peaceful, relaxing space. The location is amazing to walk around Montford and so close to downtown. The host was wonderful and very responsive. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
