Excellent facility, smart room kept clean by the cleaning staff, great breakfast and staff were really helpful.
Balcony bar appears to be a different establishment to the rest of the hotel.

I loved drinking coffee in the lovely rooftop patio every morning. I also had asked the staff for scent-free detergent to be used on my sheets, as well as unscented cleaning products for my room they went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Wow! Very impressed and grateful to have stayed here.

Location, comfort, and especially the staff. Special shout outs to Angelica in the kitchen, Judy at the front desk, and Nicole in the bar. All fo them are just extraordinary in their dealings with customers
Nothing.

Location was excellent, service was also great. Valet service very quick and convenient.

Very convenient to catching a concert at the Salt Shed venue (15 min walk) and to hanging out in wicker park. If driving take division exit and approach hotel on Ashland from south to enable turn into parking valet. Very good breakfast included on 7th floor with nice view of the skyline. Bed was comfortable.
I wouldn't pick this hotel if I planned to use the metro trains to get around as it is not close to train lines.

The staff is great-especially Judy

the staff was exceptionally kind and helpful, modern room, very clean and super comfortable bed. access to rooftop bar was lovely
having to pay $50 for valet parking for 1 night, after the room was already almost $300

La chef del desayuno siempre es muy amable y sonriente y la comida deliciosa. Creo que su nombre era Angélica
Realmente todo fue muy agradable para nosotros.

The location is perfect for visiting my daughter and close to the expressway. The room was spacious and clean, with the most comfortable beds. Kennedy Rooftop has a wonderful ambiance, great food and cocktails, and a spectacular view of the Chicago skyline (the view from room not too shabby either). All of the staff were exceedingly gracious, helpful, and polite.

Charged for parking even though on booking it says parking was free.

Location
The lounge and restaurant was a separate entity from the hotel

Breakfast was great. Kennedy rooftop was awesome! Staff was accommodating and pleasing.

Staff was super nice!
The sheets had bits of dirt or something on them under the covers. Almost like the bed was made but sheets weren’t washed.

Breakfast was good, but was the same for all 3 days I was there. Fruit (bananas) wasn't really fresh, hash browns were a little soggy - not crispy (were in a streamer pan). Would have liked to see some link sausage and a waffle iron with batter would be a great addition! Room itself was amazingly functional - probably the most functional hotel room I've ever stayed in, Lots of space that made me feel like I didn't have to put my duffle on the bureau! Lots of functional touches that really made it an EASY stay, Nice clean linens, great shower pressure and plenty of hot water!
Bed was a little soft. Traffic noise was constant - I am not used to that. Folks in the room next door kept going in and out (probably 15 times in 45 minutes) around 10PM and kept letting their door slam. Super irritating.

The location and the roof is good.
ı dıdnt like the breakfast … the buffet could be more attractive and the stuff could be more delicious.

Location was great, staff was friendly and helpful … especially Tony who checked us in & then checked-in to see if everything was ok.

Perfect location in the west town area of Chicago, situated between two blue line train station for an easy trip from O'Hare. Quick bus ride to Milwaukee Ave where lots of great stores are located. The Kennedy Rooftop is really nice, insane view of the city from there. Complimentary breakfast is great and very nicely set up. Housekeepers, valet staff, bar staff and receptionists were all very kind.
Bathroom water pressure was very awkward. The shower was difficult to work with, pressure was really high, caused a little flood on first use. Eventually figured it out but I couldn't have a light shower.

I really enjoy the special king size rooms - they’re like a mini-apartment, with lots of space and wardrobe space.
like every thing - sometimes its a bit busy at breakfast

Breakfast had a good variety of cold and hot choices. The only think I would suggest was to offer Expresso coffee. Either have a espresso machine like Nespresso or similar. Coffee was not good(:
Coffee:( need options for espresso/ cappuccino options).

Room was nice and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Neighborhood around property was full of things to do and places to eat. We felt comfortable walking around.
Road traffic was very noisy and make it difficult to sleep. Shower had a slow drip that was loud because of it hitting the metal drain cover. Pull out bed in the sofa smelled like a dog had slept on it recently.

Room was beautiful! Staff when we arrived was fantastic! A really cool spot!!!
The cleaning staff literally came into our room to clean at 8 am! We had a very late night and we’re in bed and the literally came in the room! It was so alarming. An hour later they tried to do the same thing!!! It was AWFUL
