should have been warned before booking, that the condo was 3 stories up! Wife just had her hip replaced.

Great property for skiing! Close to Canyon Lodge, the Village. Property was very clean and comfortable for my family and our pup. Would definitely stay here again!

The place was ideal for 6 people. Very well stocked silverware for eating in. 7 min walk to Canyon.

We had a great stay with family and our dog. The property was very clean, well equipped and the beds were comfortable.

We called 3 times to company and they said they are checking. and it was very bad experience as its regular day and we did our work on phone hotspot. The Shower is making some noise as well. I can give 0 review out of 5 for this as nowadays people need wifi in every house. i mean thats the first thing we see in any house. but anyways... not happy with experience.

Easy booking and check in process. We were contacted shortly after booking and downloaded an app that had all the check in info. Property was clean and a short walk to canyon lodge. Super quiet and kitchen was well equipped.

Before even getting the unit for our stay, the Property Manager Sarah was a pleasure to work with. The unit itself was very well appointed and has a great layout. Perfect for a large family or two smaller families. The location was about a 5 minute walk to Canyon Lodge which is the main reason we chose this unit. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. The unit was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. I brought my own crockpot, but didn’t need it. The unit is a 5 minute walk to Canyon Lodge which is great. We didn’t have to use our car or the bus.

Perfect spot for skiers and snowboarders. Only a 6 minute walk to Canyon Lodge. Dog friendly, which is a huge plus. There were plenty of towels and pillows. The place was clean and as described. I appreciated the dog bowls and extra poop bags. Kitchen had all utensils and pots we needed to cook. I would definitely bring your own cooking oil and spices though. Like others have mentioned, the unit is on the 3rd floor, with no elevator. The garage is a tandem garage - space for 2 cars. I would probably stay here again in the winter.

Great location just a short walk to Canyon Lodge, clean complex the property manager where responsive when reaching out to them. Here are the heads up per the description “no digging out” Well, due to the amount of snow it was impossible to honor that. We had to dig for about an hour to get one car into the garage the driveway was very icy and slippery even with chains on, and when the snow plowed the street by the driveway, it left a pile of snow blocking the driveway. Then we had to shovel the snow again to get out. The upstairs queen bed squeaks quite a bit which made it hard to get a good night’s sleep. I heard the downstairs upper bunk bed wasn’t any better. Also, the description for the downstairs bedroom had a full-size bed and not queen size as described.

This was our favorite property we’ve ever vacationed at. It’s an easy walk to Canyon Lodge for skiing, super cozy pellet stove to come home to, garage parking, and plenty of space for our gear. The property management company, however, is pretty much nonexistent. I still am not sure how we were supposed to reach out to them. They never responded to my numerous messages with questions.
The directions were confusing about parking because they make it sound like there is another car in the garage, which there wasn’t. There’s in-unit laundry but no detergent so we couldn’t wash our things for our 5-day stay. There was no coffee provided. There was trash left behind in our unit from previous guests. There were hardly any blankets. We couldn’t find a spatula but we were glad we brought our own. You also have to bring your own toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. The trash dumpster was not accessible due to snow covering it so we had to walk to another complex to dump our trash.
Overall, the space was great and so easy to access skiing which is what we were there for. I’m just not sure I understand the purpose of having a completely unresponsive “property management” company.

Super convenient walking to the mountain and to the gondola for the village. The property management company wasn’t super responsive (emailed 3x but 2x never got back to me). Recommend to have cleaning spray, laundry detergent and extra trash bags in the kitchen-none of those things were available but to me are very basic items to have. Overall though, very clean, great spot.

First time in Mammoth, had a great time staying in this cozy condo. Great location, close walking distance to Canyon Lodge. Nice option to have 2 car garage, there was alot of snow so it was great not having to search for parking!

Nicely updated, decorated, fully stocked kitchen. Great location, minutes walk to village and also Canyon Lodge. Very responsive property Mgr. Will definitely return.

We really enjoyed our stay. The rental was clean and as pictured. It’s nearby the canyon lodge ski lifts, we walked. Also a 20 min walk to the village or you can catch the trolley down the street. The transit app was helpful with that. The only downside was the jacuzzi. It is located in the next building in a downstairs unit. Due to the amount of snow they received they had to board up the fence around it and there was a tarp over it. Otherwise this was a great stay and would recommend.

My family and I had such a great time staying here! Another big plus was the 2+ feet of snow we got too! The unit had absolutely everything we possibly needed…including a milk frother. The mud room was such a great addition and having a garage for two cars was beyond lifesaving! The plow service also gets a huge shoutout at being so efficient and working constantly to clear out the driveways. We were initially unable to get into the garage due to the large buildup of ice, but the neighbors were beyond friendly allowing us to use their ice breaker and shovels.
Would absolutely stay here again! Thank you!

This property immediately felt like a home away from home. The decorations, color scheme, and cleanliness made for a memorable and pleasant experience. Not to mention, the location was great for its price.

We really enjoyed our stay so close to Canyon Lodge. The unit is very nice and clean with a great view. The jacuzzi is incredibly convenient and the two parking spaces were so fantastic!

I could not recommend this place enough!! The location is amazing. Just a short walk to canyon lodge. The place itself is spacious and so cute. The kitchen is fully stocked and there are tons of board games. Having the two garage spots is HUGE, just know it is kinda difficult to find parking if you have more than two cars. Will definitely stay here again!!

We had a pleasant stay despite a few inconveniences. The bedroom screen was in need of repair and the one for the patio sliding door was missing. With no AC we needed to leave the windows open. The flies and mosquitoes were not as bad this year. My husband is allergic to mosquitoes. When I mentioned it to the management company she mentioned she has never seen a screen on the door and it would take over two weeks to receive one. I would have liked to know the unit was on the 3rd floor and the garage is tiny. It was difficult to park our suburban. We had to take the thule roof rack off and fold in the mirrors to park. We were also not notified that the spa was not operational until we arrived.

Excellent location! Clean, comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. Will definitely stay here again.

Neat place in a good location with a nice view from the balcony. Had a properly stocked kitchen with dishware, utensils, new stove, and fridge that made preparing meals easy when heading out for the entire day. Nice to have two bathrooms as well.

Although the location, layout, and functionality of the condo was very good, the place smelled like dog urine. We had to keep the windows open and the ceiling fans running. Luckily we spent most of the time outdoors hiking, but too bad to have to spend the evenings coming back to that smell, not to mention waking up to it.

Conveniently located near village and path to lakes. Great amenities (updated appliances, bathrooms, cable/smart tv). Kids loved bunks. Unit on 3rd floor accessible by stairs (the altitude is real!). We would have liked blinds/curtains on slider but other than that everything was excellent!
5.0
Loved the layout of the space and board games were a really fun bonus for our group. The kitchen is beautiful and well stocked, mud room was super great for our ski stuff, and we were very comfortable in the bedrooms. Check in was super easy. Only downside we experienced was basically non-existent wifi which was a bummer for one of our group who needed to work from home and ended up having to go to a coffee shop. But we were otherwise very comfortable and had what we needed.

This is an updated condo tastefully decorated with all brand new appliances. The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of room in the loft and downstairs bedroom. The mud room area is a great space for ski boots and wet gear. It is definitely walking distance to canyonside lifts which makes it perfect for a ski vacation. There are plenty of amenities like spices, coffee & filters, toiletries, board games, etc. and it feels like someone’s home. The only downside is that it is on the third floor with open outdoor stairs. If you can’t get up and down carrying your luggage and equipment (or have a toddler), I might think twice. For me and my teenage son it was no problem. Also, having the garage is awesome, but it is like threading a needle with an SUV so keep that in mind. Ice buildup on the driveway made it even trickier. And yes, the jacuzzi is under renovation and was not available when we were there, but it didn’t bother us ( plenty of hot water and great showers in the condo). We would stay here again!

Nice, clean property walking distance to Canyon Lodge. Spacious loft with separate full bathroom. Main bathroom was nice that tubshower and toilet have a door separate from the sink. Bedroom has plenty of room with a bed and a bunk bed. Toys, legos and puzzles available.

It was a very nice condo with a great location. I think my only complaint is that there was a jacuzzi advertised but when we got there we were disappointed to find that it has been and will be closed for remodeling for a significant amount of time. Clearly, that it is listed as having a jacuzzi is more than an oversight. I would say that it is false advertising.

The unit was comfortable, clean and bright. Loved all the hooks to hang our stuff and the “ski- gear” storage area was super-thoughtful. Dog-friendly with bowls was a bonus! Fairly easy walk to slopes. Only downside was the hot tub and sauna weren’t working during our stay.

This cabin has a great location and was very clean. We were very satisfied except for the fact that the jacuzzi was not in service. This was not advertised correctly on the site.

The condo had all the amenities you need during your stay. The kitchen was well equipped. The garage is very tight if you have a bigger car (expedition or suburban)-we had to take off the ski rack.
5.0
Very pleased with this condo and it’s location. We stayed here for 10 nights and enjoyed the large well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, abundant natural light, and close proximity to Canyon Lodge. Nice to have a garage (although would be too narrow for large truck) and washer/dryer. I am pretty picky and I was more than comfortable here for extended stay.

It was a wonderful vacation. House very clean , good kitchen supplies. perfect location! we walk to the Canyon lodge and to the village. We look forward to come back.

Easy check in to this nicely remodeled unit walking distance to Canyon. This is a really well appointed condo that made for a great few days with our family of five and pooch. Being able to walk home for lunch is a huge plus (but leave the skis at the mountain to save some energy). Some reviewers commented on the low garage. Our big SUV with ski racks fit, after I removed the skis. Having the garage to store your stuff is a big plus. This is not a new construction building, but the small size of the complex makes for a peaceful stay even during Christmas week. The unit itself feels all brand new. If you have a dog (or not) and this unit is in your budget, book it.

Fam of three + pooch stayed for Thxgiving week. Really enjoyed this place! Very clean, remodeled, new appliances, nice linens/towels, garage parking that's shared with a neighbor so it's more like a single car space (room for a small car--we have an Outback but had to take off our rooftop cargo carrier to fit. Would not fit a truck or large SUV). Condo is spacious enough for 4 but more than that might start to get tight. Close to everything--5 min walk to Canyon Lodge, 15 min walk to Village. Quiet. This condo is on the third level with steep stairs--not ideal if you have any physical issues. I also baked a cake and tons of cookies for a b-day celebration and kitchen worked great (Owner: I left you some extra mixing bowls and a new can opener :) ). Pooch friendly--dog bowls , mat and blankies available--a nice touch! Everything provided but laundry detergent. We would definitely stay here again and look forward to our next adventure!

The unit is very clean and well appointed. The only issues are that the parking is a bit tough, and the hot tub is under construction.
