Julia the owner was really helpful and kind and always with a smile. The best accommodation we had in our holidays. The rooms are cozy with beautiful decoration. Price really affordable. Beds are really comfortable. And location in the mean road. We didn’t have problem with noise and beach is 6 min away.
Nothing I have to say bad about this place. I would recommend it to everyone.

La cama y almohada muy comodas.
No hay recepcion, cualquier cosa que necesitas debes buscar a la encargada.

Great location, super comfortable beds which is tough to come by in the area. Relatively quiet compared to other places in the area.
Didn’t understand how to check in

Bed was fine. Pillows were good. Fresh water on site.
Poor ventilation. Big window in room was unopenable, with the only fresh air from a 1ft sq bathroom window. Musty smell at all times, along with a faint sewer smell.(Yes, we put the plastic cover over the shower drain when not using it. ) Exhaust fan in bathroom is directly connected to the light, with a glass block shower surround. So, if you want fresh air, ya get free light included. Augh! Also, BOOKING.COM location map says almost on the beach, and the actual location is 6 blocks away. No blackout curtains either.

The room was perfect and very clean! Located on the main street about 10 min. to the beach. There is an (instant) coffee bar in the hallway but the owner did get me a coffee maker (requested in advance). The room also has a fridge.
We had the unit at the front facing the main street and so it was very noisy, especially on Friday night/ Saturday morning. Motor bikes and delivery trucks! The window doesn't do much to block out noise. The owner did say she was going to do something to block the noise better so this may be a non-issue in the future.

Kitchen
The noise of the main street. Loud music and drinking from the neighbors. Also the owner a couple of days was making a lot of noise and said he had to go to work. And started making a lot of noise while I was inside the studio Apt and he was outside working on the walls by the stairs that went upstairs and he was like hitting on the walls. I was staying downstairs. I finally had to leave a couple of days because of the noise whatever he was doing and working on. I got stressed and got a bad headache. He was kind of rude I thought. His wife was nice and helpful if I needed something like clean towels and toilet paper, most of the time
I would recommend staying elsewhere busy street noise all hours of the day and night.
Sorry I'm 70 and I was looking for a much quieter place.
Sincerely
LV

The place is super cute, well decorated and there is plenty of closet space. There are some pretty nice restaurants very close from the appartment and reasonable walking time to the beach (about 10 min). The host is easy to join and very helpful to accomodate us.
The room we had was directly by a principal road so it was noisy even by night. I would say it's ok for people who have deep sleep or will spend a short amount of nights.

it was very loud at night in the room with the Balcony which was facing the Main Street

It is a very cute, small room in the middle of San Pancho. The host, Julia, is extremely friendly!

Having to contact the owner to gain access. It would've been nice to have known ahead of time that there was no front desk.

location, service and cleanliness
The fridge’s noisy.
9.0 / 10.0
cozy, stylish (modern amenities like AC and well designed room and bathroom) and located close to everything (like taxi station, atm at kiosko, the unique local shops and playground/parks).
wish it was closer to the beach but for the price and accommodations it was great!

It was in a good position, close enough to the action but not in the centre of town.
Excellent WIFI. Good air con, clean, secure & comfortable.
Julia, the host was very friendly, helpful & welcoming.
It’s a little hard to find due to an odd numbering system & has 3 locks (but this is for security)

I had a lovely homely stay at Habitaciones Samy which was a great base for my stay in San Pancho.
The rooms have a lot of personal touches and have both a ceiling fan and aircon.
Around a 5-8 minute walk from the beach, you are also within easy reach of a number of the towns many restaurants, bars and shops.
I wish I could have stayed and explored for longer!

location and cleanliness
just a bit small

The room itself was very nice, clean, spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Cute little balcony to sit on and watch the world go by. The location was great.
The sink was not in the actual bathroom but awkwardly placed in the bedroom and only has a cold water faucet. It is squeezed in next to a small refrigerator so not easy to stand in front of it. There were no hand towels, just bath towels. The shower room and toilet were fine but I let the shower run for five minutes and never got any hot water, barely even luke warm. Sadly, for these reasons, I would not stay there again but it was fine for one night.

The bed was supremely comfortable and the full-size shower had great water pressure. Beware the donut shop next door!!

it was spacious, very bright and clean, has both an overhead fan and an AC unit. it’s just a bit outside the main area for restaurants, but still on the Main Street and close enough to everything. There’s a great breakfast place just downstairs and a pizza place (I didn’t try it).
only had about 3 minutes of hot water, which I wasn’t expecting… so that ran out before I even finished washing my hair… the rest of the shower was cold:(

It was clean, very comfortable, great light, cute all around. Loved the shelves and having a daybed, terrace and mini fridge - felt like a studio apt. Very cozy! Great location too! Julia was wonderful and I would highly recommend staying here!

A very lovely place to sty. Lots of feminine tou he’s from plants in the room and bathroom, Kleenex available, hearts on the wall an a cozy comforter. Things not typically found in a guesthouse. Highly recommend.

Nice clean room with private bathroom in San Pancho. Very kind and friendly host. Good AC
The wifi was not very strong but that's everywhere in San Pancho especially during rainy season.
7.0 / 10.0
The owner is very nice, and its in a great location for walking around town and to the beach. Rooms are clean and cute, with everything you need. BUT, if you take the room on the street side, with the balcony, make sure you have quality ear plugs because the noise at night from the main road (San Pancho only has one : ) is substantial. Hopefully the owner can do something to try and seal the windows and sliding door more and maybe offer earplugs for that room, because other than that it is a great place to stay.
