Charming village with a beautiful beach access right outside your door.

The beach is stunning if you like a heavy surf. It’s a powerful break so swimming is a challenge but fun. It’s clean and uncrowded so it’s a great place to just enjoy the ocean. This hotel offers direct access to the sand which impacted our choice to stay there.

The beach chairs provided by the resort are in a roped off area and quite a distance from the water. We enjoyed walking down the beach and just resting in the sand but if you want a beach lounger with umbrella close to the water, yoh may end up renting from a local vendor.

I would stay again due to the positives but would request a different room

loved the location and the grounds and pool was very manicured and clean. steps from the beach yet right in town. easy walking distance to everything. The cleaners were very quick and thorough.

Room was very sparse and empty feeling. Not enough amenities: no coffee maker, no cups of any type or dinnerware. just a fridge standing alone with no countertop or table/chairs. no hairdryer, no ice or ice bucket.

The location of this property is excellent. Penelope and her staff were very helpful gracious and accommodating. I would suggest management consider the inferior quality of the “ground floor” room in their pricing as it certainly is not up to the excellent standard of the other rooms there. We had an excellent experience and recommend all but that room.

During the day, anyone could access the property so couldn’t leave your stuff hanging around. was looking forward to the covered beach chairs on the beach but they didn’t exist. Didn’t know the restaurant’s were closed on our days there.

A perfect boutique hotel.

Penelope and her staff went out of their way to make us feel at home. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The grounds and the pool are beautifully kept. The location was perfect. You couldn't get any closer to the beach if you tried. We would definitely go back

This was our third visit to San Pancho, but the first to Hotel Ysuri. We couldn't have been more pleased with the property, the friendly and accommodating hotel manager, and it's location. This gorgeous property is situated right in the heart of San Pancho at the end of the main street, next to the main beach entrance. It offers spacious, landscaped grounds, and a heated, clean, and well looked after pool. The property borders the beach, a small beach bar, and a breakfast restaurant. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would recommend this hotel to our friends. We will be back. Special thanks to Penelope for being so understanding, when our flight was very late in arriving.

we had the family suite there is only one washroom upstairs so it was hard in the middle of the night to go to the washroom if you were downstairs.

Enjoyed our time at Ysuri

The location and setting were perfect. The grounds were well kept. We enjoyed our time around the pool and were close to beach access.

There were only a few things that were lacking in our room It would have been nice to have a coffee maker, microwave and a hair dryer in our room.

A delightful, well maintained property with friendly staff and a relaxing stay. We would definitely stay here again!

The staff was wonderful, very friendly, helpful and hospitable. The grounds were well maintained and pretty. It was nice they provided beach towels and complimentary water, always a much appreciated added benefit. Our particular room was great because of the view overlooking the grounds and out towards the ocean, a calm relaxing environment.

Unfortunately the things we didn’t like were fairly out of their control…some noise. There was a particular dog that barked all 3 mornings we were there, so not sure if it was outside the property or someone walking their dog in/through the property. And there was a party on the grounds which was noisy until late. But various levels of noise is to be expected, and this was on the lesser end of the spectrum.

Right on the beach, the organi-k cafe right there in the mornings. Beach is quiet and beautiful.

The sun-loungers at the “beach” are roped in and not near the ocean at all. have to pay for other ones if you want to be closer.

The bathroom shower was a bit of a disaster. The water temperature swung back and forth between ¨cold ¨and MUCH TOO HOT!, on its own, resulting in the necessity to move very rapidly around the enclosure, to avoid being suddenly scalded by the unsolicited change in water temp. To make matters much worse, this all took place on a VERY SLIPPERY floor! There were only two(2) tiles, on the whole floor of the shower enclosure, that were covered with a non-slip coating of some sort - the rest of the shower floor was like trying to walk on ice! NOT an enjoyable shower experience!
