Incredible Location

The location was amazing, right in the heart of San Pancho. The room was clean, and the shower was fantastic.

The only window in the room leads onto the corridor, therefore no real ventilation and you have to rely on the air con. With no natural light it would have been nice to just have a bedside lamp and not just the harsh overhead light. Some of fittings, ie the sink taps, were loose. Communication with the owner wasn't great, he wanted to borrow my key to make another cut half way through the stay but then seemingly forgot to return it after 5 hours and I was just left waiting for an hour for it. No apology.

$90 a night was way too much for this place.

Location

Loud, had to listen to people fighting and slamming doors all night. Ants all over bathroom. Disgusting pillows. No one there to discuss anything with.

Excelente ubicación , te queda todo cerca. Si quieres algo sencillo para dormir y bañarte es tu lugar. Tiene camas cómodas.

No tuve agua en la ducha dos días , la verdad nos resolvieron pronto el problema. Nunca nos hicieron limpieza en el cuarto en 4 noches que nos alojamos.

Ok for 3 nights, wouldn’t like to be there any longer though.

We had a room in the backyard, they were the good ones with natural light. All the others looked quite horrible and some of them didn’t even have windows. So our experience was good, just because be had the luck to get this room.

There is a lot missing like hooks to hang up stuff, there is not even anything to hang up towels in the bathroom. The sheets of the bed were not really comfortable. The ac didn’t work properly. Interior very very basic.

L’emplacement est parfait, la rue est calme

Il manque des services comme une réception ou si ce n’est pas le cas au moins un service de conciergerie pour déposer des valises Il manque dans la chambre, des verres pour boire (Je devais prendre un médicament soluble et impossible sans verre) Le prix est eleve pour un hôtel sans réception ni service La propreté était bien mais un matelas entreposé, pas d’une grande fraicheur sur le sol du 2eme etage dans les parties communes fait toujours un peu douté

Clean, great bed, awesome location. Too light at night.

Locatie. Clean.

Building is very noisy. You hear everything from neighbours. The doors have a huge window. At night the room is lit completely. Please install curtains to the hallway, that would make all the difference.

Clean and comfy

The host was very kind and let us check in early which was very helpful. Very comfortable bed, clean basic room but has everything you need, excellent value for money. and the cafe downstairs does great coffee!

The only let down was that the wifi didn’t work for us.

I cannot wait to book here again! Absolute gem of an accommodation!

I honestly liked mostly everything. The rooms were very clean and well maintained and the photos were up to date. my room was upgraded and had a fabulous view of the sunset each night from my front window. the cleaning staff were lovely. Super easy checkin/checkout process.

The main doorway is difficult to open. have to wiggle your key to get the perfect angle. Each room has a air hole out to the hallway so you hear everyone else very easily especially when people come in and out from the main door. also the doors to the rooms are frosted glass so you get alot of hallway light come through your door. didn’t bother me at all but might bother a light sleeper.

We liked the location and the room we had was nice with a balcony and a view. Close to everything.

Location

There was no reception/staff around. We would’ve liked to have dropped off our suitcase before and after checking in/out so we could’ve had more time to walk around the town before having to catch a bus.

I didn't pay close enough intention to the actual pictures of the place - my bad. No microwave, no fridge, not even a coffee pit! No chair! Only a bef. TV never worked - despite several requests to fix.

okay if you just want a bed and shower. VERY thin walls and impractical for more than a day

suuuuper close to the beach, very good wifi, beds are comfy, shower is amazing! very pretty paintings and the cleaning lady was super nice as well as the staff that was amazing and helpful when i needed.

you can hear EVERYTHING from EVERYWHERE in the hotel. if someone in the other room is watching TV or talking. you hear it!!! you hear ppl taking showers, everything. also there are no facilities. no kitchen, you can’t use the terrace and there’s no place even to keep luggage. if all you want is a bed and shower, it’s perfect. but nothing else. there’s not even drinking water available to fill bottles or anything, no kettle in the room… etc. just a hint more of a practical touch and the noise could be excused but it’s really not a great place for more than a night or if you’re doing work from home like me.

Very decent.

For the price it was very good, noise levels were low, there weren’t many other guests staying so we didn’t get sleep interrupted. There were these small bugs coming out of the cracks so tiny but they would make you itch your legs and feet. Felt creepy. I imagine it’s hard to avoid but I didn’t have the same issue in another hotel I stayed in the next town over.

Very poor

Bed bugs, plus other bugs. Woke up with a huge lump with a white dot in the middle, it's still with me days later. Plus the bed smelled like urine after a nights sleep, must of been why there was something plastic covering the mattress. Oh, at check in locals surrounded my car yelling at me not to park on the public street while simultaneously having the rental guy yelling to park there. Then he got mad because I parked on his building's property to avoid a riot over parking on the street. Why are united states prices being charged in Mexico?! It's one of the worst values anywhere. The stay sucked especially because of the bed bugs biting me around my ankles.
