You have chosen to stay in picturesque Bright and in a beautiful home which is fully furnished and contains everything you will need for a fabulous stay.
Bright is perfect all year round, and currently, the Autumn foliage is breath taking. A center for outdoor activities such as skiing, snowboarding ,hiking, jogging, Bright Park Run, bike-riding, playing golf, playing tennis, fishing, swimming, paragliding, kite flying and much more. Explore the surrounding areas with its lovely wineries and restaurants, its all within easy reach.
* Enjoy your day indoors with many books and movies or outside in the sunshine watching the sunset in the hammock on the outdoor beanbags. Try relaxing on the lawn, listening to the birds chirping and the sound of our trickling water feature. This is a perfect home for entertaining and spending time with family and friends.
* Lounge Room – Large area to enjoy quality, comfortable couches with Large TV, Dvd Player, Two Drawers full of Dvd’s and CD’s. Split system heating/cooling is located in lounge room. There is a nice Chess set for you to play and many magazines and books are located on the bookshelf.

* Dining Area – 6 seater Dining table is adjacent to the kitchen and leads to the outdoor entertaining areas through sliding door.
* Kitchen – is well equipped with everything you might need, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer (second fridge in the garage if required), microwave, quality indoor and outdoor dishes, wine/champagne/whiskey/gin glasses and cooking/baking pots and pans. Bar stools at the breakfast bench. Filtered water in on tap although the normal water in Bright is also beautiful & safe to drink. Oil, Salt, Pepper, Tomato sauce, Herbs and other ingredients are here for you to use. Coffee Machine with 6 free Pods, Instant Coffee, variety of Teas and Milk is also provided.
BBQ utensils and dishes are provided
* Bedroom 1 – Queen Size Bed, Bedside Tables with Lamps, Split system heating/cooling, TV and Towels. Large En-suite with Shower, sink with vanity unit, toilet, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hairdryer are provided.
* Bedroom 2 – Queen Size Bed, Bedside Tables with Lamps, Towels, Desk and Chair, Writing Stationary, Large Mirrored wardrobe with Spare Pillows, Blankets, Pedestal Fan and Portable heater.
* Bedroom 3 – 2 x Single beds, Bedside Table with Lamp, Towels, Books, Games, Chair, Games Table and chairs in the cupboard, Large Mirrored wardrobe with Spare Pillows, Blankets and Pedestal Fan.
* Bathroom – Bath, Separate shower, Sink with vanity unit, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hairdryer. Separate Toilet.
* Hallway Cupboard – Here you will find, Extra Hanging Space , extra pillows, cushions, blankets, Baby Bath, High Chair, Yoga mats and various small gym equipment.
Clean Ikea High Chair and Baby Bath are also Provided.
* Large Laundry with new washing machine, washing powder and Dyson vacuum cleaner.
* Large remote control Single Garage for your car and direct access into the house with bike maintenance station and plenty of room to store your bikes, ski equipment and lots of hanging space to dry off your gear. Bike washing area is at the back of the house.
* Undercover Outdoor Area with BBQ and 2 gas bottles.
Private Garden, a beautiful tree offers partial shade on those hot days, Fairy Lights, Outdoor tables & chairs, hammock, Outdoor Beanbags, Water Feature and large lawn area to relax on, perhaps with a glass of local wine.

Please clean up after yourselves to help keep the house in the spotless condition you found it in.
The BBQ must be cleaned after use - a cleaning fee will be charged if you do not.
