Fantastic family holiday!

Everything about this place is so well thought out, from the ample areas to sit and enjoy the sunshine to the little gift box and water in the fridge on arrival. We travelled as a young family and there was a good quality high chair and cot for our stay, along with a microwave for sterilising bottles. The hosts arranged a free airport transfer service for us which had a car seat available for our baby which was great. The house and pool area was immaculate and cleaned every day. The location was the icing on the cake, so much to do and so many places to eat in the little village which was about a 10min walk away. We had an amazing time here on our family holiday and would definitely come back again! Thank you so much!

The property was absolutely immaculate, modern and private. The owner was a very kind person who. Couldn’t do enough for you. Just what we required for our stay. 5 star all the way. Highly recommend this property for couples and families.

Prachtige villa met comfort en alle luxe voorzieningen

Een prachtige villa met alle luxe voorzieningen. Iedere dag schone handdoeken, schoon beddengoed en cleaning. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaar. 'S ochtends rustig wakker worden met zonsopgang vanuit je bed. Daarna ontbijt op zonnig terras met een lekkere nespresso. Heerlijk zwemmen in eigen zwembad en gezellige overkapping met BBQ. Villa is gezellig ingericht, beetje Ibiza style en op loopafstand van het gezellige plaatsje Tsilivi. Kortom een heerlijk comfortabel verblijf die onze verwachtingen overtrof. Tassos we komen zeker terug.

Would highly recommend had a fabulous stay!

We stayed in Villa Ioni. Great location, beautiful modern villa with all the mod cons you need. Tasos & his wife were so helpful, collected us from the airport, arranged car hire & a private boat trip which was amazing! Super friendly staff, cleaners kept it very clean coming in every day.

Only thing we didn’t have was a bread knife but we managed, also plastic glasses for around the pool were very small. Larger ones maybe more useful. But just suggestions not a criticism.

This is my second visit to Aguacate and Tasos & Vicky made my stay unforgettable! The villa is super modern and clean with access to a street full of restaurants A must try when visiting Zakynthos.

Amazing! Best holiday in years!😊

WOW! Firstly, I found this property here on Booking.com when I was looking for a nice villa to stay in on the island of Zakynthos. I originally booked for me and my partner but, we brought my friend and her partner along with us. the villa is very modern, exceptionally well kept and the owners are some of the nicest people we’ve met whilst staying away! They let us check in earlier than planned, gave us a personal tour of the property, provided us with a basket of fresh breads/biscuits/pastries/home made jam and a free bottle of wine to enjoy! YUM!😊 Each morning the owners would check and clean the pool as needed, house keeping would arrive around 2pm each day and clean EVERYTHING! it was always spotless when we returned from a day out. Tasos gave us his number so any issues or questions we had he’d be on it straight away. The owners will also book excursions for you and recommend excursions; the owners won’t let you pay commission on any trips you book so you pay for your excursion and they’ll give you their commission directly back to you the next day which is beyond amazing! There’s various facilities on site such as a huge pool, BBQ facilities of which you can book a chef to come cook for you personally! coffee machines, toastie maker every utensil you could possibly ever need! dishwater and washing machine etc. The villa is located 15 minutes from the airport from which the owners will provide free transfer to and from for you, the beach is a 10/15 minute walk and all restaurants/supermarkets/shops are along the road as you exit the villa to the left. I’ve recommended this property to my friends and family who are looking at booking next year and I personally will be looking to book again next year or the following. Thank you to Tasos & Vicky for the most amazing holiday! Truly an endeavour to be proud of☺️ Stayed 6th June - 13th June 2022.

Wonderful stay at the Aguacate Villa’s

Our vacation started from the moment we met Tasos and Vicky who’s during the whole our stay was super kind, helpful and doing everything to make our stay as remarkable as they could. If you’re looking for a quiet, romantic stay on a beautiful island of Zakynthos, this Villa’s should be your choice. Perfect location, shops are just across the road, 10 minutes by taxi to the main city and many restaurants around. On the request you can also get a homemade breakfast or sandwiches by local which was very organic and delicious. If you want that person can also turn into a private cook and prepare a nice dinner right in your place. Whatever your plans is give the Villa’s a try and you’ll not be disappointed 🙂

Fantastic

Words are sometimes not enough to describe how you feel. It was indeed one of the most beautiful vacations that will stay in my memory. First of all, we remember the beautiful surroundings, newly built villas with special architectural aesthetics surrounded by olive trees where we enjoyed private moments of relaxation in the pool under the bright sun during the day. When night fell the whole complex was transformed into a magical landscape where in combination with the specially designed lighting it offered us unforgettable dinners on the stone barbecue under the stars and the bright moonlight. On the other hand the human element was so kind and warm that we felt comfortable. Tasos was always happy, kind and at our disposal at any time to offer us any information and any help we wanted and to make our holidays unique and unforgettable. The staff was available whenever the need arose to serve us and meet all our needs. We really lived unique moments and experiences in an environment with so much beauty and warmth.

Everything was fine. The villa was very close to the centre of the village, close to bakery, super market and fruit market. We would love to come back next year.
