Spectacular Museum Hill Residence. Walking distance to museums, 2 minute drive to Santa Fe's historic Plaza. Great home for entertaining or just relaxing and enjoying the views from all rooms in this modern and stylish residence. Open concept living/dining/kitchen, large island with additional seating. Gorgeous central courtyard. Spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, two office spaces, t.v. room, laundry room, wifi, surround sound with bluetooth.

This private and conveniently located 4000 sq. ft house on an acre and a half is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay or spending your time entertaining in the open concept living/dining/kitchen area. The gourmet kitchen has two ovens, two refrigerators, gas stove, and all the amenities you could possibly desire. The bar area offers a bar fridge, wine fridge and ample glassware for any cocktail you can imagine. There is a t.v. located in the main living room, the master bedroom and the t.v. room.

Sliding glass doors in the living room, t.v. room and master bedroom open to a spectacular courtyard that is perfect for morning coffee in a serene setting or for entertaining friends and family.

Radiant heat and air conditioning throughout, indoor and outdoor fireplaces, built-in outdoor gas grill are just a few of the features in this home. Geothermal system provides instant hot water to every faucet and shower head. There is strong Wifi and the Onkyo receiver system with easy bluetooth access provides music throughout the house and the portal with individual controls in each room/area. T.V. room features satellite dish with premium channels, sound bar, Apple T.V.

Master suite has two sets of sliding glass doors opening to a private patio to watch the sunrise over the mountains, and opening to the central courtyard. Additional features include a t.v., gas fireplace, master bathroom with three head shower and extra large bath tub. Two additional bedrooms include en-suite bathrooms, incredible views, linens, toiletries. Two office spaces and a laundry room round out this fabulous house.

The grand outdoor area boasts 1000+ square feet of flagstone courtyard/patio area. A portal, built in gas grill and prep area, galvanized top outdoor dining table that seats 14+, outdoor furniture for lounging, and a gas fireplace make this an ideal spot for entertaining. Pick grapes from one of two grape vines growing over the pergolas. Bistro lights and outdoor speakers provide added ambiance. Enjoy watching one of Santa Fe’s spectacular sunsets from this perfectly situated courtyard/patio.

This pet friendly property has two dog doors and over an acre of enclosed area secured by coyote fence. A pet/child gate in the T.V. room can be used to minimize the indoor space your pet uses and dog door allows outdoor access. Also useful for separating pets and small children, and/or pets at mealtime.

We had a great stay at this beautiful house. Views and outdoor space were lovely. Interior was roomy and artistically furnished. Kitchen was fully stocked. Location was great for Santa Fe restaurants and attractions. Highly recommended.

This house more than met our expectations! The house itself is spacious, gorgeously furnished, and completely private. When sitting on the lovely back patio, you see nothing around you but mountains. The feeling is a lot like having Santa Fe all to yourself. The landscaping is so well done! Aspens, flowering gardens and fruit trees surround the house. Still, you are just minutes from anything you would want to see in Santa Fe. The master bedroom is large and surrounded with patios and gardens just out the glass doors. There are two other smaller bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, great air conditioning, several fireplaces, chef's kitchen, and spacious living areas. We loved this house! We took our large golden retriever along, and he was perfectly at home. A fenced in back yard made traveling with a pet a very pleasant experience! We also appreciated that the owners went out of their way to make sure we had everything we would need for the week we were there. In summary--just a gorgeous home that looks even better than the pictures. Next time we visit Santa Fe, this is where we will want to stay.

Great property just outside of the Downtown/Plaza area. Quick and easy access both from the interstate and into the heart of Santa Fe. We enjoyed many aspects of the home, including the dog-friendly yard and the three on-suite bedrooms, but the kitchen was the standout! All of my group were professional wine/food folk and they wanted for nothing. We’ll be back for sure! Thanks again to the hosts… it was a wonderful weekend getaway!

We have rented several properties in Santa Fe over the years, and this is by far the best. The location cannot be beat; privacy, view and proximity to town. The house is nicely laid out, and the large patio is fabulous. For the meals that we ate at the house, we always ate outside. The owners are exceptional. If we had to narrow down our favorite restaurants to just two, we would pick Clafoutis and Restaurant Martin. Hiking the close trail at Sun Mountain was a bonus. We hope to return.

Wonderful home!

Often the posted pictures oversell the home, but in this case, the home and furnishings far surpassed our expectations!! This home was really really lovely! and so well appointed! It was also extremely spacious - the rooms themselves were large, open and airy (and yet amazingly cozy and comfortable) and the spread out nature of the layout was perfect for the five of us (our daughter and son and his fiancée were with us) as it provided us with 3 totally private bedrooms each with their own bathroom, two different office spaces and multiple and abundant areas, both large and small and inside and outside, for congregating, entertaining and relaxing, We were there for almost two weeks and never found a thing to complain about - the house was equipped with everything we needed/wanted and more and the owners were truly “hosts“, so gracious and accommodating. We definitely recommend this beautiful home.
