About this house rental
The Family unit is one of the housing solutions proposed by L’Ospite - Lifestyle Residence, an elegant and welcoming recently opened residence, the result of a careful renovation of a building from the 1930s.
The Guest is a design structure with four rooms (three quadruple and one triple), all with mezzanine, and an overall accommodation capacity of fifteen beds. Located in a central position, it allows you to easily visit the whole city on foot.
The suite has a development of 43 m2. overall (26 on the ground floor, 4 of which occupied by the bathroom) and 17 on the mezzanine).
It is equipped with summer and winter air conditioning systems (radiator) both controlled independently by the guest, free high-performance Wi-Fi network, satellite TV, desk, minibar, safe, kettle for tea and infusions and folding suitcases.
The bed system used is manufactured by Dorelan. Conceived specifically for the hotel sector, it is made up of wide slatted sommier and high-quality high-thickness spring mattresses.
The bathroom is equipped with a bidet, a generously sized shower cubicle with RGB chromotherapy lamps, rain showers with thermostatic regulation, wall-mounted hairdryer, heated towel rail, stool, linen rack and courtesy set.
The indicated price includes bath and bed linen, courtesy set for the bathroom, free use of the Espresso coffee machine and the Kettle, the supply of coffee pods and tea and herbal tea bags.
Breakfast is not included. The renowned Pasthello pastry shop 20 meters from the property can be served in a dedicated room at very reasonable prices.
The price does not include the tourist tax of 2.00 Euros per day per guest starting from 14 years of age, to be paid only for the first three days.
A few meters from the hotel there are free and paid public car parks (7 Euros per day, excluding holidays).
Guests can freely use the coffee corner and the bathroom in the common area.
Small-medium sized dogs (up to 14kg.) Are accepted on request and at the discretion of the property.
