Loved it. No TV, and I didn’t miss it. Just look at the amazing view from all the windows: mountains, glaciers, green fields, birds and horses. It was just perfect.
Absolutely nothing

Amazing location and well equipped cabin. large, comfortable bed, clean bathroom and functional kitchen.
Easy to find, beautiful surroundings, glacier view from the cabin, quiet and peaceful.
Keys in the locker by the door, easy check in and check out
Ideal for a short stay. Recommended!

We absolutely loved the two nights we stayed here! The cabins have absolutely everything you need - comfortable beds, private bathroom with shower, kitchenette with hot plate and refrigerator, tiny dining table and sofa. And the view is wonderful!
Nothing! Everything was wonderful!
4.0
location, nice glacier view
hot water available for 30 mins only or wait for another 4 hours, very complicated for a group of people staying
4.5
Amazing views of the glacier! Located perfectly amidst a lot of viewpoints and places to visit in Eastern Iceland and right on the route around Iceland but away from the road. Nice rural surroundings with a lot of outdoor space. A trampoline, swing and soccer field for children. The cabin is not very big but definitely very cosy and welcoming. Funny local brewery with simple restaurant and entertainment next door (Jon Riki).
Pillows could be better and it is difficult to get in and out the bunkbed because of steep stairs and low ceiling but that’s just minor stuff.

The location was perfect, the views splendid. We were greeted by Icelandic horses, who were "waiting" for us right next to our cabin. My son loved the bunk bed. We couldn't have asked for a better location, halfway between Höfn and Jökulsárlón. Highly recommended!!
We couldn't find face clothes in the bathroom, only hand and bath towels... but not a big deal.

totally clean cabin, thanks
easy check-in
heater
environment
nothing special for 350 Euro for one night for one room /cabin !
why not a common usable scandinavian jakuzzi , sauna etc…?
the owner could put some breakfast things to the fridge complimentary. it would cost 20 Euro for ! Nutella, toeas bread, jam, milk, honey, eggs, cornflakes etc…

The views, the farm setting and the simplicity of the cabin. Wish we had be able to stay another few nights.
I did not receive check in information until after we had checked in. It was difficult to know where to go to check in once we arrived at the property.

Lovely cabin in great location

Great location. The couch was very comfortable. We enjoyed the bunk beds
The steps to the cabin broke as we walked up.
They charged way too much for laundry. The site said they had laundry facilities but what that meant was they do the laundry for you. They charged us close to $22 US dollars for one load.

This is a very small apartment, not suitable for a longer stay. For 1-2 days it is sufficient. Views, animals around and perfect location compensate for the minor discomfort.

Cozy beds, large couch, more spacious than expected, clear instructions provided, great blackout curtains.
Nothing!

Clean and very spacious with beautiful views of horses and glaciers.
No paths to the cabins so be prepared to drag your suitcase through the grass (and uphill for a couple of cabins)
3.5
Well, we booked this place for the novelty of staying in a log cabin. There were horses on the field nearby too so that was a nice thing to wake up to. Good WiFi, comfy beds - the bunk beds were surprisingly big - more like an almost queen size bed instead of the standard single you normally get with bunk beds. So good sleep to be had.
The cabin was much smaller than I thought it would be and for two people, it ended up being a bit of a squeeze. The key and its keychain was very weighty and big too; not very fun to carry around.
4.5
Location, cosy cabin, self check in and check out
Could have used more towels
Parking was sometimes hard

amazing landscape in front of glaciers!! small tiny houses covered internally by wood . 2 beds very spacious!! a small kitchen very well equipped ( pot , induction, kettle, cutlery
unfortunately there was a lot of wind and the house trembled ( I’m not joking ) all night long.. as you imagine difficult to sleep . I think that, due to wind, a lot of draughts from various parts brought cold air into the house .. I solved the problem closing these with toilet paper ( that I removed at the check out) .. anyhow the scenery is breathtaking

Despite being small the cabin has everything you need. Very cosy
With three adults you manage
