Lovely short stay

Lovely clean studio, nice balcony. Great location for the old town and a few minutes walk to a beautiful beach.

Great central location.

Excellent central location for the Old Town and one of the beaches. Very clean and well presented room. Friendly and helpful staff. Happy to keep luggage after checkout on final day. 25 mins walk from the Tram station. Sea view over roof tops including building work but at least it was the side of the building in the sun.

The apartments are clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. Location is also great for beach and bars restaurants

Superb

Our staying at Ribera was very nice and comfortable. Staff super friendly and helpful, they recommended us what to see and where to eat. The position of the apartments is great, literally 5 min away from the sea and the city center. The apartment itself was big enough for us, super clean, with a nice balcony and the kitchen. Beds were comfortable and pillows too. Overall, great staying and we still thanks the staff for the lollipops they gave us when we left! :)

excellent stay at Ribera but transfer let it down

very clean very comfortable beds the staff on reception were excellent very close to town centre everything you needed for your stay kettle toaster hairdryer even an iron

view from balcony had booked transfer bus but dropped us off at another stop it took us a while to find apartment

Perfect location

The cleanliness of the apartment and the location.

It was quite noisy in the nights when people come into the building. You can hear everything.

Clean,.modern apartments..excellent friendly staff and great location. Would definitely stay here again

The apartments were on the small size with two adults and a child, (& a bany) albeit manageable with being organized. We were a large family split over four rooms The penthouse on the other hand was very good and more spacious with excellent sea views which extended to a spacious outdoor terrace.

Excellent stay, and thanks to Alberto for your help

We arrived later than expected but Alberto was still within the property and was able to hand the keys to us . The apartment exceeded expectations in regard to space . The view of the sea from apartment ( 7th floor) was better than I had expected . Apartment was well appointed

Only comment is that it would be useful for there to be a ramp into the accommodation for ease of getting cases in / out . I would also like consideration to be given to also having charging points and storage for mobility scooter.

Exceptional

Lovely clean modern apartment with terrace which was ready for our early arrival. The terrace with sun loungers & patio set was in the shade all day, it suited us but may not suit everyone. Great quiet location just yards from everything.

The sound of someone in heels walking about late at night. Unsure if it was in the next apartment or the one above. Wouldn't put us off staying again though.

Friendly helpful staff. These apartments are always clean and well looked after. The location is perfect in the centre of the old town and minutes from bars restaurants and Poniente beach.

Fantastic stay

Fantastic location, close to the beautiful Old Town and about 15/20 minutes walk (a very pleasant walk) into the main strip/central benidorm. It was spotlessly clean. The apartment was stunning 😍 we had the penthouse. Very spacious, had everything we needed, including 2 bathrooms. The showers were powerful and lovely. The view from the balcony was incredible. Such good value for money and cannot fault the apartment at all. We had a late check in and were provided with an app that let us in with an electronic key, this was really good and easy to use. We had very little to do with the staff, as they are only there 9am-5pm, but in my dealings with them they were very lovely and friendly. Highly recommended and if I visit Benidorm again, I will stay here.

We would recommend if the doors are fixed

The property is in a great location if you want to be in the old town. Staff are very friendly, helpful and accommodating and the rooms have everything you need for a comfortable stay

Twice we came back from a day on the beach and our room door was left open. This was disappointing as we advised the staff after the first time and it happened again. It’s very unnerving when it happened the first time as we didn’t know if we had been broken into. Apparently it was the cleaner

Exceptional accommodation, excellent staff!

We loved it here, apartment was spacious plenty of room for our family of 5. Location is perfect, very close to all amenities.

Superb location near beach and old town plus great restaurants and away from the madness!

Great location right on the edge of the old town and just outside the madness. On the edge of a residential area within Benidorm. The rooms have been recently modernised and are immaculate, with great sized balconies and comfortable beds. The showers are powerful and refreshing, with all of the mod cons you need and were extremely quiet so you can get a good nights sleep there after a night on the town. Would definitely stay again!
