Séjour satisfaisante à part la banquette lit

La propreté, le lave linge disponible ainsi que le lave vaisselle avec le nécessaire , la cuisine propre, réponse rapide de l’hôte, un grand dressing pour stocker les bagages, le grand lit très confortable par rapport à la banquette lit. La proximité des commerces

La banquette lit n’est pas confortable, juste esthétique. Pas de possibilité de regarder la TV si vous n’avez pas d’abonnement. Le bruit du train qui passe si vous êtes logés à l’arrière de l’immeuble mais il y a à disposition des bouchons d’oreille dans le hall. Nous n’avions pas eu besoins après une journée bien remplie.

It was perfect.

Everything was perfekt. We loved the stay. Everything was prepared. There where even 3 pods for the washing machine! The fishtown area is really nice and it was our best stay on our USA trip.

You could hear the train from our room, but that was a minor thing! :)

We enjoyed our stay. We had a few issues but the staff was available to help us resolve them.

The location is perfect, with many restaurants nearby. The security guard in the lobby, on duty in the evening, was nice and helpful.

We had some issues but they were resolved by the on-site staff and by calling the company or using the chat feature on the app.

Quick Leisure Turn n Burn

Location wasn't too bad, it wasn't super central but it was close enough that it wasn't a major hassle. The price reflects this. If you're a savvy traveler you didn't have to pay for parking. If you're hunting for cheese steaks some of the best spots are all 10-15 mins away tops.

The refrigerator smelled like something died in it. Some bathroom fixtures were broken. The room was ice cold when I came in, and the HVAC system was annoying with how loud the fans were. Had to turn up thr volume of the TV to hear properly.

It had everything needed for a short or extended stay. Homey. Clean. New.

Accommodations. Roof top. Close to where I wanted to be. All amenities sufficient. Comfy beds. Bigger and more comfortable than a hotel room.

Some may be put off by the noise on the city street but I am accustomed to that.

I didn’t sleep bc of AC for 4 days

It was a good location. I was able to find restaurants nearby.

There was no on-site person to address concerns/ questions. AC was making noise all day. Walls were thin so you can hear people talking at a normal tone. I didn’t feel safe & slept with stool behind the door. The building sweeps.

10/10. would recommend anyone to stay here!

This was my first time in philly and it was a wonderful experience! This suite looked just like the pictures! It was beautiful inside, very clean, has soap, clean towels, and everything you need. also it was near a lot of great food spots and it reminded me of a little town! Definitely will be booking again at this same spot.

The only downside was the parking. finding street parking was a little hard but i can’t even be mad at it especially when the suite was so great!

Elevator was out of service, trash chute was out of service, the sofa bed is unconfortable but the main problem was the air conditionning system out of service, 81 degree in the appartment day and night ,see picture attached

It was a picture worth experiencing, a picture where you were the one painting but canvas is endless.

I loved the aesthetic of the property. Along with the properties location, everything had its own touch of different cultures and vibes.

Roomy, comfortable, and convenient.

Room was very spacious and contained everything we needed for a great stay. Enjoyed the walk-in closet and deep bath tub. The living room set up was great since it had a nice table and soft couch. The laundry machines were very useful and helped a lot as well.

Room was next to a passing metro track, since the metro comes from both sides you will hear it every 10 minutes and it can be quite loud. The AC was also very loud.

Let start with the location, awesome location! A lot of food around, the groceries store a little bit far away (10 min walk). The apartment is with kitchen tools and awesome view.

A little disappointing…

The Sonder presented really nicely. It has a lot of amenities and was well stocked for my stay.

When I first arrived to the Sonder, I noticed the AC wasn’t working. I left it run for 2 more hours because I didn’t know if it kicked on once I checked in. I quickly realized it wasn’t working and texted their 24/7 customer service number. I didn’t receive any calls or texts back regarding this issue. My tub also wouldn’t drain properly, so I stood in a puddle while showering. I texted the number again this morning and still have no response. I will say that I ran into someone who works for Sonder in the elevator and she said to just keep texting the number because sometimes (even though it shouldn’t happen) it gets overlooked.
