Welcome to Vista Hermosa! An 8 bedroom abode nestled up to the idyllic white sandy beach and beautiful tranquil turquoise water! The moment you enter the villa, you will experience a captivating view of the water and talc-white sand from many areas. Vista Hermosa features 8 suites each with its own large private bathroom. Some of these bathrooms have both showers and jet-tubs. There are 6 large king suites each with one king-size bed. The remainder of the bedrooms consist of 2 double queen suites, each with 2 queen-size beds.
Vista Hermosa boasts a large kitchen and complete in door/outdoor open living and dining area that welcome your entire group to commune in one area; eat, relax, sit at the outside bar on the terrace or watch some TV after a day of sun and sand. Vista Hermosa is equipped with outdoor living and dining areas and a huge plunge pool on the rooftop. These great areas of the home invite you to plan a group event such as an afternoon lunch or an evening BBQ under the starry sky. The villa includes it's own Chef, Butler and housekeepers to take care of you while you enjoy your vacation with your friends and family. They will also arrange for a Beach Set up steps away from the Villa with poofs, beach chairs, towels and umbrellas and cater to your needs on the sand with drinks and snacks.
In addition to being just across the street from the beach, Vista Hermosa is located only 12 minutes’ walk from town or more specifically from La Quinta’s (5th Avenue), restaurant, shopping and nightlife district!
Please also note that pricing is based on a per bedroom basis. Pricing for 10 guests will yield 5 bedrooms, 12 guests - 6 bedrooms; 14 guests - 7 bedrooms and 16+ guests - 8 bedrooms.
There are two alternative meal options available, an all inclusive meal plan (with non-alcoholic beverages) is available at $49.95 USD a person per day ***to be paid at the villa on arrival. Or full chef service including purchase of groceries with an additional delivery fee.
*A 3% Service fee is included in the final accommodation fare
Need To Know:
-Extra guests exceeding the double occupancy are 75 USD per person per night + taxes ***for children under 5 years old there is no additional charge
-Day passes available at $50 USD per person per day
-Events welcome, please enquire direct for a quote
-Short term rentals are possible but have an extra nightly fee
**Strictly quiet hours in the community after 10pm (no loud music allowed)
Penalties for noncompliance may apply.
**Please be aware that, due to warming weather and fluctuating ocean currents, the Riviera Maya may experience the presence of naturally occurring seaweed during the hotter months of the year.
