Magnifique hôtel

Le lit est très confortable, les deux piscines sont extra, le mini bar et pas mal aussi. Hôtel calme et très sécurisé.

Des qu'on prend une douche il y a de l'eau partout dans la salle de bain et pas de sortit de douche ou de tapis. La chambre et plus petite que celle que j'ai réservé et il n'y a pas de prise a côté du lit , seulement deux : un pour le frigo et une pour la TV donc faut faire un choix.

ASI Y TODO ME COBRARON MÁS QUE LO QUE DABAN LOS CALCULOS (+USD20) TODO ESO DEBIA ESTAR ACLARADO EN LAS ESPECIFICACIONES EN LA PAGINA DE BOOKING, NO CUANDO LLEGAS AL ESTABLECIMIENTO Y TE COBRAN. ADEMÁS TAMPOCO ANDUVO EL AIRE ACONDICIONADO EN NINGUN MOMENTO.

Le roof top et piscine propre

Douche froide et sans pressio , équipement vétuste, personnel pas sympathique, hôtel clairement en plein délabrement et l'abandon. Hors de prix par rapport aux prestations.

we stayed at the dorms. the room wasn’t clean, also the bed didn’t feel clean. the shower and toilet were smelly and not comfortable.

Cleen, comfortable.

Nice, spacious, clean hotel with a large pool in the courtyard and another one on the roof. Windows and terraces facing the courtyard. So there is no street noise.

Loud music and uproar at night.

Nice place close to the bus station

The location was really good - right next to ADO bus station. In the centre of the hotel was a big pool with sunbathing area. The stuff was very nice and check-in went very smoothly.

The pool was a little dirty and people were smoking around the common area so I saw some cigarette butts laying around.

Exceptional

Perfect location next to the bus station and close to all amenities. Amazing chilled vibe and entire setup of the place - hamocks, swings, 2 pools, great for younger crowds. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Felt more as a hotel rather than hostel. Proper water pressure, which is very rare in Mexico. We really enjoyed our stay.

Rude staff who lie constantly . Lying about the price (charged 20% more than booking price). and trying to charge extra for everything.

I switched the room twice and when I got the new room I didn’t have a bed. they put my in dorms and asked my to pay on private room . no warm water and all the people had to go down to some room to take a shower in turns . when I complained about this the lady at the reception said it’s not her fault and she isn’t the manager

It's a decent stay for a few nights

It was a good party hotel.

I travelled alone with the intention to meet people at the hotel, in my experience I found that a large amount (if not all) guests were from Israel - which is fine but unforunatley this may have created a barrier and it was difficult for me to socialise.

Please market yourself as a party hostel.

- great building/pool - clean

- go there if you are looking for party hostel - LOUND and very bad music 24/7 - no water (to drink and to shower) - no kitchen - do not take other reviews into account, they give you 10% instant discount if you give a good review - drunk and impolite people staying

There is a great vibe in the pool, many people, after parties at weekend nights at the hostel

They dont let you get alchohol inside the hotel because they want you to buy from them. Also, even worse, they will not let you fill your water bottles at the hotel, so you always have to buy water from the bar.

It was fine for a short stay and staff were really helpful but I wouldn’t return

Hostel life

Lovely clean room, nice pool area and great location. The food menu was good and the fresh salads available were great. They had security staff on site each night.

Customer service was not great. There was a large group of people constantly blastered their own music even when staff asked them numerous times to turn if off. They were also opening taking drugs and had no respect for others staying there. At times it felt intimidating

Restless stay. Dosent fit to everybody.

Good location. Close to the central and parties.

Noisy mornings and nights, party all day long. Need to go down each time and ask for new sheets/towels/soap. Sometimes staff doesn’t agree to bring an additional sheet for when it’s cold.

Rotten

Wide space. Relatively clean.

It was like Israeli youngster's resort. All the people spoke hebrew. My room touilet didnt flush after several complaints, someone came and fixed it but after it was on and off. Shower head was constantly leaking. Definitely wont go back.
