Friendly owner, who remembers names of guest and gives immediate response on requests.

It's not obvious on the booking platform, that credit cards are not accepted here, since a credit card is needed for the reservation.

A one week vacation that met my expectations.

if you want to stay downtown this is the place for you. you can walk to everthing

this the cleanest place i have stayed in Cozumel. Carlos the host treats this as his home as he also lives there. He treats you as part of the family do i need to say more. the two ladies that work there are outstanding. We will be coming back. if i had to rate this it would be a 12. WOW WHAT A STAY thank you Carlos.

We had a wonderful stay at Quinta Suites!

This place is a hidden gem located in the heart of the city, location does not get better than this. Excellent restaurants within walking distance. We felt at home, comfortable and safe. Very clean room and the property was well kept. Would definitely stay there again. The owner and staff are very friendly and show that they truly care about your stay.

Home away from home!

The location and the cleanliness was amazing! It is located in the centre of Cozumel yet you can sleep comfortably at night without any noise from the activities in the town. The host Carlos is the BEST and his support staff are wonderful as well and they made our stay of 3 weeks really enjoyable. No doubt about it, when we visit Cozumel again we will definitely be staying at Quinta Suites!

Excelent host, excelent location, clean and friendly atmosphere!

Location was perfect, close to everything bit not a very busy street and Carlos and his staff took really good care of us and recommended places for diving, snorkling and other activities. We really appreciated the free laundry service and the pool and terras was lika a small oasis for us to enjoy!

Could try to do a little better breakfast, im not much of a sweet tooth so only having sweetend yougurt, musli and milk was really not my thing. But since we had the possibility to cook in our room we kind of solved it that way some mornings.

Nice room, great location.

The rooms were larger. All the rurnituremwas in excellent contition. There was an outdoor area under a paylapa with tables and chairs that was a good location to work or relax. There are two dive shop within a block. Carlos the owner is exceptional. He is very detail orientated making sure your stay is perfect.

The property was just one block in from the Main Street/waterfront and only a few blocks from the main square—so easy to walk everywhere. The apartment was clean and the beds were comfortable. There was a continental breakfast available which was nice the have. The owner, Carlos, was there to answer every question we had, and help with suggestions for meals and activities—very responsive

Bed was a little firm for us and we would prefer TV in living area instead of bedroom, but we weren’t there to watch TV all week so it wasn’t missed much.

The most comfortable stay we had in Mexico and Carlos is the best host!

Quinta Suites is a home away from home. Carlos, the owner, was so friendly and helpful, and took the time to show us around the place and even how to use the TV (which includes Netflix and 1000’s of movies if you fancy a night in). He even shared his wonderful freshly made (and caught) homemade ceviche with us! It really made us feel at home. We used the pool area every evening and also played cards on the lovely deck. it was like having a private villa. The rooms are incredibly large, spacious and comfortable and the air con and WiFi works really well (really hard to find in Mexico!). And all for an honest price. I honestly couldn’t rate this place highly enough - 10

Our Quinta Suites stay for 10 days in Mar 2022 was simply perfect in all aspects. Out host Carlos was exceptionally gracious and attentive to any of our needs...and always laughed at my jokes. Our housekeeper Julia was always smiling, efficient and unobtrusive. You will not be disappointed should you decide to stay here. 10/10

The location of the property and the owner Carlos with his team is perfect! We slept very well and had everything we needed in the apartment. Drinking water, a full equipped kitchen, AC, fans, and Amazon Fire TV.

Safe, well equipped apartment

it’s close to city center(ferry station). The room is very tidy and clean, even behind the sofa. There’s water dispenser in the kitchen which you can drink. Carlos, the host, gave us all the information we need for the stay and he was very helpful. The front door is locked all the time and there’s surveillance camera, which made our stay feel very safe. we have been to several apartment and hotels in Mexico so far, this one is the only one till now that has proper shower, proper water pressure, functional fan, fridge, water tap, TV, and AC. Nothing is broken, amazing.

Fantastic place in perfect location!

Carlos was a fantastic host, always on site to make sure everything went smoothly. The room was perfect, no problems or complaints from me. Location is in a quiet area, but close to everything you need. I will be back!
